Great value for money, clean and nice rooms, excelent staff!

Wifi did not work, neither did the computer in the lobby. Located far away from city centre.

Spacious rooms and very clean.

The rooms are very sober and the hotel is located far away from the city centre. I wrote in my booking that I would arrive in the middle of the night but they "forgot" and I had to wait thirty minutes at 4 AM for the night watch to let me in. Also the next day the reception was practically unmanned the whole time.

What you see is what you get. No luxury, not much comfort, just a good value for money place to stay. The flat was tidy, the neighbours quiet and the location fairly good, just a 200m walk to a large beach with a lot of bars and restaurants. The WiFi and air conditioning worked fine, which is all we asked for. If you don't have high expectations, it is a very reasonable price for a flat by the beach.

The actual neighbourhood is dreary, you walk through a strange field to get to the beach. Not all the light bulbs worked in the flat. The beds are poor (and we were given 2 single beds, although we asked for one double). The breakfast is a joke: for 5 euros you get two pieces of toast, a slice of bad quality ham and a slice of bad quality cheese, so I would recommend you eat elsewhere or shop for yourselves.

We booked a small studio (since we were only 2) and were very nicely surprised with the size of the room, the kitchenette (which had really everything you would need if you want to cook your own meals), and the nice balcony. Also the swimming pool was a very relaxing place, maybe also because we were here late September and the place was not too occupied. The breakfast is good price/value, everything was spotlessly clean and in very good condition. Yes, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

It was no problem for us since we rented a car during our entire stay, but if you don't have a car, you may find yourself a bit far away from everything...

Small and cosy hotel. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi internet was working well in the lobby and near the pool area.

Breakfast is really poor: Coffee – Nescafe 3in1. 2 pieces of toast, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of some kind of ham + jam and butter. The TV is available only upon request. We got one small flat TV, but cable didn’t fit. When we got a cable next day, we still could watch the TV. Not a single channel was available. :-( The Pool is quite small and opened for swimming only until 7PM. Shower armoured hose was damaged and it was not easy and not comfortable to use it. Towels are very old.

Great location clean modern rooms and friendly staff always there to help

We stayed at the hotel to get a nights sleep before an early flight. And the hotel delivered. It is very close to the airport and provides a nice cheap accommodation.

It is extremely convenient to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The pool is great, but the rooms are "tired". We used it as a quick stopover on our way to and from our main destination in Pissouri: we arrived late in the evening at the beginning of our vacation and we flew out very early in the morning at the end. For that it was perfectly adequate.

For sure the view, very close to the airport, 5 minutes from the lake and also 5 minutes from the sea. Very kind and nice people who run that Hotel ! i was only in transit at the airport for one day, i appreciated a lot my stay at this hotel. I also made a late check out. I will come back again if i make another transit at Larnaca's airport ...

poor air conditioning, inadequate and noisy, very old and worn furniture, run down location.

Had a stay of just one night for a business conference. Room very basic but clean, Bedding also basic. Shower and bathroom were functional. The basic nature of the room would mean that anything longer than a two night stay would make it pretty unbearable. (No tv!). The hotel's guest profile seems to be British, family, burger and chips. At 55 Euros perhaps a little expensive for what it was, but at barely five minutes from the airport, it has the potential to serve the budget airport hotel niche.

The Appartment was spacious, very nice and clean and the facilities provided were good. One could have made one's own meals with ease. It is well placed for the Airport and an early morning swim at Mackenzie Beach. I would recommend it for a one night stay.

The lady who (owned) ran the Appartments was efficient, but very busy. There was no-body to be found at reception during the evening, early night and information about wi-fi codes breakfast times was not available. The next morning the lady explained that August was their busiest month and the night 'man' must have been somewhere around the Appartments. [He could have been given a walkie/talkie or mobile in order to make contact] The included breakfast (continental) was very poor, and the butter in the little pack was liquid and had obviously not been kept in a fridge.

Nice family run hotel. Helpful and servicminded owners. Cosy feeling, nice layout and a ok little poolarea (unusual for apartements in the area). Close to the beach but a bit far from Larnaka town. A rental car would be recomended, public transportation are "non excistent".

Ants all over the apartement. Lasy cleaning lady. Some what outdated furniture and poor kitchen utencils.

Friendly helpfull staff and excellent hotel location (near to the airport), very nice swimming pool, dishes at buffet are varied and very good, every thing was good for me and for my girlfriend - we have really enjoyed there. If we will come back to Cyprus we will choose for sure this hotel !

I was overnighting on my own in Larnaca and the family running the hotel could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The pool area is quite nicely done and the the room was basic but adequet. It is very close to McKenzie beach which is one of the mospt popular in Larnaca. It is also very close to the airport and very easy to find in a hire car.

Friendly management, good parking, very good value for money, good location to move around by car, fully equipped apartment.

Friendly manager and nice price for what it is. If you are not too fussy with details this is a nice place to stay for what you pay. Furniture was new and the bedsheets clean.

No TV in the rooms and the air-conditioning was not working (maybe it was at an extra charge but i didn't find such thing in Booking.com and by the time we were in our room, 2am, it wouldn't be polite to call the management to ask for it).

The rooms were spacious and there were no noisy neighbours. The bar was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed the chats we had with the owner and some of the locals. The complex was very tidy with a beautiful pool, and the buildings were decorated to a very high standard. I will return.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and willing to help us settle in. We made our choice based on the apartments' proximity to a new major venue centre (Ktima Mackenzie) where we had a wedding to attend and did not want to drive back to the capital intoxicated. The apartment was spacious and with a view to the sea. I think all the apartments have a view to the sea or the nearby salt lake (hence the name). The sea is within walking distance.

The noise from the plumbing was a bit too loud but other than that our stay was pleasant, keeping in mind that we chose the apartments' based on location and price which is a very good value.

Great family run hotel! The owner is very nice person.
