Sentido Kouzalis Beach Hotel  

The staff hospitality was excellent, really excellent. Renovated areas are well balanced in terms of design, colours and materials used. Breakfast area and room colours more beautiful than many other four /five star hotels in the area. Loved the wooden tables at breakfast area. Pool bar music was great as well. Quiet and relaxed and despite no sandy beach directly in front of hotel, scenery and tranquility make up. With a car all other sandy beaches are a few minutes away so more important to have quality accommodation. Breakfast choice was similar to 5 star as well. As an adult hotel all guest are there to relax and respect each other privacy. It was great to see people at the balcony reading books, browsing with laptops, sunbathing in such a relaxed atmosphere. Mirror opposite elevators at reception could be updated in terms of quality. Towels by the pool so no need to return them to room or ask more from reception. Bathroom toiletries could be upgraded in terms of quality as well as adding some more beauty amenities like cotton wool pads etc.. Really though these are minor minor details.

We stayed for only one day and they gave us one spacious room in the ground floor. From the reception to the room there was a very ugly smell from toilets. From -2 floor to the swimming pool the same ugly smell. The view from our room was the parking. The place is not recommended for Greeks or Cypriots. We dont like the entertaintment in pool, hotel bars and laying down on the grass. We need real see. The hotel does have access to the see but it is not good.

Friendly Staff

This hotel is definitely not disable friendly. Even in suitably equiped rooms one is expected to climb over a bath to wash - what about walk in showers? Only one disabled parking spot and that was at the far end from the very steep ramp up to the foyer.

Breakfast. The hotel and the bedroom was clean.

The mini bar was empty. We didnt have even water in the room. The safe box was out of work and there was no remote control for the tv in the room.

Μας αρεσε πολύ το ήρεμο περιβάλλον και το όλο πακέτο. ήταν πολύ όμορφα.
