wonderful location, good service

The entertainment provided was varied and very good.

The service was extremely poor especially in the bar and cafe public areas.

I was surprised how noisy the neighboring rooms were, I could hear every word of their conservation, also how loud their Telly was, and the room were I was over looked the yard were the bottle bank was for the bar. And was kept awake at night due to the emptying of bottles into it .

Inside there are many areas where you can sit. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was very cold but the heating was not working. They told us they switch it on after 18.00 which we did not like.

The beds were comfortable and it was in a good location.

The reception on arrival was inviting however as soon as you entered the corridors to go to the bedrooms all the corridors appeared dirty and in need of a revamp. Room 2312 was a disabled room, not requested, had a bathroom door which was difficult to open even for an able bodied person. There was rust running down the walls and the smell in the room was awful. Towels placed in the bathroom on a daily basis smelled musty after an hour of being placed in there. Food and restaurents looked uninviting so we didn't eat in the hotel at all during our stay. Do not consider this hotel should have a 4star plus rating and was extremely expensive very poor value for money. I visit Cyprus regularly and wouldn't stay there again unless improvements were made or cost reduced.

Was there only for one night. Reception personnel was very helpful. Room was nice. Linen in the room were very clean. Room service was quick. Breakfast was great.

Το φαγητό μου άρεσε αρκετά, επίσης ήταν πολύ φθηνό και γενικά όλα στο ξενοδοχείο είναι φθηνά , και τα spa είναι τα πιο οικονομικά που βρήκα ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρίζει ανακαίνιση επειγόντως , τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ παραμελημένα

Wir sind zum 6.Mal dort gewesen. Wir wissen wo alles ist. Wir haben gerne etwas Komfort, gute Lage am Meer, leckeres Essen und super Service.

Leider sind einige Sachen alt geworden und nicht renoviert zB die Sonnenliegen/Sonnenschirme, die Badezimmer sind altmodisch und dieses Jahr war die Animation und Sportmöglichkeiten schwach.

εχουμε επισκεφθει πολλεσ φορεσ το συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο και γενικα μασ αρεσει σαν χωροσ, τοσο εσωτερικα (σαλονια/καφετερια σε σχεση με τη θεα) οσο και εξωτερικα. ειναι ενασ χωροσ για ηρεμια και ξεκουραση. εχει επισησ ενα πολυ ωραιο και πλουσιο μπουφε στο προγευμα.
