St Nicolas Residence

Great studio apartment. Nice and spatious with fully equiped kitchen and aircon which is a must. Balcony was lovely for sunsets. Free parking in the shade. Lovely pool which was not crowded but could be in the peak summer months. Easy distance from main coastal road to get to sites e.g. tombs of the kings, coral bay beaches, paphos harbour, restaurants etc but you definately need a car.

There was no reception on site as they had moved offices? There was only a telephone number to get in touch with somebody. We checked in at 11.30pm as we had a late flight and when we arrived everything was closed, even though the details said that check in was till midnight. If we did not have a phone with us we would have struggled. It would have been good of them to email us before hand to let us know that this would be the case.

Apartment of very high standard, pool very nice, complex very clean and tidy.

The complex was neat and tidy and generally comfortable.

Poolside beds broken and not enough. No staff were onsite for assistance if needed. Although the description said all rooms had a DVD player, this was not the case.

Good price,and flats with all facilities for a family .For family it;s one of the best choice.New and clean places.Good service.

The a/c system with timer.In the night you have to wake up every 2 hours to switch on the a/c timer.

St Nicolas residence is having very nice rooms, and the cleanliness of the area it was excellent.

We had some complaints during our stay. First of all, they make us problem with the money, when we went there, because they try to take the money from my card, 2 days before I go there. When we went there, one manager she say I can not take cash because the reservation we make it from the internet. But the money from the card I take them all because I wanted to have only cash with me. Second problem it was with the reception, they didn't have a receptionist, only the minimarket employee where he didn't know nothing. Whatever we ask, he say call my boss, call my boss. All the hotel staff it was not very polite except the owners where we called them many times. Also, the air condition is stoped every 2 hours, so we wake up during the night

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It was a nice modern house with a pool just outside. The onsite restaurant was good value for money with good food.

I did not like the fact that there is no member of staff on site to speak to if you have any problems - you are expected to phone the office on another site. The main concern that we had was that the pool was only open from about 9am until 7.30pm and my family wanted to swim later than that especially when we had been out all day it would have been nice to come back and take a swim. The villa wasn't cleaned for the whole 2 weeks we were there and there weren't enough spare clean towels and sheets to change over. Also the kitchen wasn't very well stocked eg the only sharp knife I had was a bread knife, there was no chopping board and some of the glasses and cutlery were missing. Also a clothes dryer for the balcony should be provided.

we rent a townhouse with 2 bedrooms. it was wonderful!!!! very luxury and comfortable!!! we were 4 persons and in that house can stay 6 persons!!! it was very clean. the swiiming pool was so relaxing!!!! we loved this place and sure we will go again!!

someone in supermarket-reception or in call who speaks greek... we are in cyprus, we are cypriots and some of us don;t speak greek.... i think is big cons for the hotel.

The studio was absolutely perfect. Before we decided to choose St. Nicolas residence we read peoples reviews, After our stay we are wondering where these people stayed??

The choice of swimming pools and design of appartment

We only dealt with three members of staff during our stay however two of these people were unfriendly and unwelcoming.

excellent price for what it offers. very big appartments very convenient and the pool is clean . it is worth going as long as you have a car.

Ideal for families, spacious apartments fully equipped with all modern appliances in kitchen. Kids enjoyed play area, pools and dvd player in apartment. Value for money.

Had difficulty finding apartments- not sign posted at all. Floor could of had a once over before arrival.

Value for money. What you pay is what you get though.

Cleaning, more services, more facilities, more personnel. Even though the appartments are in Cyprus, the phone number provided by booking.com is a uk number and nobody was answering on Saturday. The appartments are managed by ropuk and I only got a mobile number to call when I finally got there. The lamp in our bathroom was missing, the fridge was noisy and antenna had poor signal. They also asked me to pay 2.5% more for paying with credit card which was nowhere written in terms & conditions while booking.
