St Nicolas Elegant Residence  

We booked 2 single bedroom apartments. One was a 2nd floor apt and the second was a ground floor apt in Daisy Block (see below). The 2nd floor apt was bright, roomy and airy and overlooked the pool. It was adequately equipped and comfortable for 2 people although the single beds were on the small side. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful

The ground floor apt was dirty, dingy and extremely cramped. There was a damp smell in the apt which persisted throughout the stay.The cleaning utensils were stacked in the small bathroom. The shower curtain was ineffective and leaked water on to the floor. There was no space to hang out washing and the tv did not work for the entire period. I would not recommend a ground floor unit to anyone.

I have visited St Nicolas Residence many times. The things that I like is that all the appartments or villa houses are new, and very clean. The staff is also very kind and here I would like to give special thanks to Mrs Nicoletta for all the help and support we had during our stay there!! There are many swimming pools and there is a restaurant to accommodate any needs if you do not wish to cook at the kitchen that is available in any appartment. Their prices are very good. It is very good!

The only thing that troubles you is to actually find where it is because it is a bit difficult to notice it there where it is. I think they should put some signs to help you over finding it. If someone goes for the first time, is rather difficult to understand exactly the location.

Located only a few kilometres outside paphos, this is an excellent value-for- money choice. It's recently built and everything looks new and clean. The studio we rented was sunny and comfortable with a reallly big balcony. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped so that one can cook and eat practically everything. The swimming pools also look very alluring and add a lot to the overall outlook of the facilities. Very quiet place.

Some darker shades would be better for the windows - some rooms have a blasting sun! Also, the place does look a bit understaffed - although I had no problem with that.

отдыхали семьёй в аппартотеле "St Nicolas Elegant Residence" с 09 мая по 15 мая 2012 года в корпусе "penelopa house". из плюсов: красивая и ухоженная территория отеля, ненавязчивый персонал, полностью оборудованные аппатраменты (холодильник, плита, микроволновка, тостер, эл. чайник, стиральная машина, телевизор, спутникоые tv-каналы, dvd- проигрыватель), огромный балкон с видом на бассейн и море. мы брали машину напрокат, поэтому до моря мы добирались за 3-5 минут. близкое расположение к выезду на трассу, к продуктовым магазинам (lidl, courefour), тавернам и кафе.

из недостатков: интернет работает только на территории ресторана комплекса и у администрации, существуют только спутниковые телеканалы в количестве 10 штук и то только на индийском, арабском и китайском языках, есть один новостной канал World News. отсутствие остановок общественного транспорта по близости. (поэтому рекомендуем брать машину на прокат и наслаждаться свободой передвижения).

τα διαμερίσματα είναι ακριβως όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ίσως καλυτερα, ευρυχωρα με μπαλκονι κ πεντακαθαρα. η κουζινα τους είναι πληρως εξοπλισμενη με παντος ειδους ηλεκτρικες συσκευες και μαγειρικά σκευη. ιδανικά για οικογενειες. το συγκροτημα ειναι ολοκαινουριο και ο περιβαλλων χώρος πολυ ομορφος. οι πισινες επισης καθαρες. τα συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!

η τοποθεσια, 5-8 λεπτα με το αυτοκινητο απο την πάφο, αλλα και δυσκολο στο να τα εντοπισει κανεις (για την πρωτη μερα εχετε καλου κακου gps γιατι ειναι πολυ πιθανο να μπερδευτειτε)

τελεια τα δωματια , εμεινα με τα παιδια μου και φιλικο ζευγαρι σε δυο υπνοδωματιων διαμερισμα , ανετοι χωροι ,καινουργια διαμερισματα ,δεν περιμενα τετοια ποιοτητα με την τιμη που πληρωσα ,το συστυνω ανεπιφυλακτα

θα μπορουσαν ισως να μπουν καγκελα στις εισοδους των διαμερισματων προς την πισινα για περισσοτερη ασφαλεια για τις οικογενειες με μικρα παιδια ,οποτε εβγαινε η μικρη στην αυλη τρεχαμε συνεχως μην παει προς την πισινα

la gentillesse de l'accueil, le confort et la propreté( l'établissement est neuf), la superficie de l'appartement, la piscine

l’environnement: il se trouve au milieu de dizaines d'autres établissement du même type, assez loin de la mer mais aussi loin du centre ville d'où la nécessité de prendre la voiture comme l'établissement est neuf il manque des ustensiles de cuisine( épluche-légumes, gant, râpe... )

El apartamento esta recien construido, a estrenar, y las instalaciones son buenas, esta en un lugar tranquilo.

El unico pero que le pondria es que aun tenia polvillo de la obra y que el ultimo dia el agua no tenia presion suficiente, por lo demas, todo estuvo muy bien!

The apartments are nicely furnished and with good appliances, full size oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave. Tv and DVD player, sky boxes. Lots of wardrobe space and comfy beds. Good sized balcony to bedroom and living room area. The site is large and there are plenty of pools and sunbeds to choose from. The pools were cleaned daily and the apartments offered everything you could need self catering. We were in a townhouse which was a really good size. The staff we encountered we're friendly and helpful. The insure restaurant is very reasonably priced.

The buildings and common areas are not being maintained which is letting the place down. Lighting outside is abismal lots of the lights need bulbs, couple of loose tiles regularly round the pool and no common areas seemed to be cleaned regularly the apartment was spotless but stairs to them we're dusty and a bit grubby. You need a hire car if staying here in my opinion.
