St Raphael Resort    

The hotel facilities for a family is perfect with 2 swimming pools and kids area.

The service was non non existent - enquires on travel in the island was met with blank stares and no support. If you want to enjoy the resort for your holiday, away from the city this is the place. If on the other hand you wish to have a trip to Paphos, Nicossia and other cities avoid the hotel as it is away from the city and all transportation. Clean up of the room over the four days we stayed was cursorary at the best.

The way they made the bed with two single duvets on a double bed very uncomfortable. and pillows a bit grubby, bathroom not cleaned very well.

Hotel is starting to show its age in terms of decor. Staff clear plates away to quickly when at meals. Falls short of 5*.

When we went the hotel told us that they were over booked and had to send us for the first night to another hotel, this isn't good at all

Perfect beach, but sand is for those who like dark sand. Clean water in the sea, availability of free beach chairs, not crowded with people (exept weekends). People are local and from Russia and UK.

The location was great and the place in general was great.

The bathroom was covered with marble, but it had fungie!

We had a wonderful time there. The staff was very helpful, the room very comfortable and beautiful. Overall it was one of the best hotels we stayed in Cyprus.

The Sailor's Rest restaurant was excellent and the front office staff were very good. The buffet breakfast was also good with friendly attentive staff. The location and views were splendid.

Housekeeping was poor. Every day the room was made up late, towels or items were forgotten and the cleaning staff were either terse (even rude) or spoke no English. I spoke twice to the front office about the tardiness of room cleaning. We were up early most mornings (around 6.30 am) and after breakfast and visiting family and friends, came back for lunch around 12-12.30 pm. Until I complained about it, the room had not been cleaned during this time. There were never clean glasses, fresh water was not regularly provided and the ice bucket was never emptied. When we mentioned this to a cleaning lady, she just shrugged and said it was the person responsible for mini bar who was to blame.

It is not really a five star hotel but it ofers a good quality/price equation :)

Staff di buon livello e gentile rispetto alla media di limassol anche in alberghi di lusso. Il tanto pesonale dell' Est non ha la cultura dell' ospitalità ed è spesso sgarbato. Prato molto esteso ed anche la spiggia.

La quiete del luogo viene annullata e rovinata da giovinastri che con auto e moto con scarichi aperti percorrono su e giù la strada laterale che porta al Marina. Questo dalle 22.00 pm alle 4.00 am ! ! Inoltre quasi tutte le mattine , dalle 6/6.30 si viene svegliati da falciatrici del prato, decespugliatori e camion che puliscono la spiaggia. E' evidente che il management dell' albergo non ha la cultura della quite e relax dell' ospite e questo annulla la bella e tranquilla location dell' albergo.

Очень старый номерной фонд(отдельная песня это фен - модель дридцать пятого года - его считайте нет). Отель честных три звезды. В ресторанах подают самое дешевое вино и пиво, которое можно купить в Кипре, не надо его там пить, лучше сходите в магазин или закажите отдельно нормальные напитки.

Большая ухоженная территория. Хороший пляж. Приветливый персонал (за небольшим исключением).

на пляже точки для смыва песка с ног не чистят. асфальтированная площадка вся в мокром песке- мой ноги, не мой - все равно остаешься в болоте.

хороший ухоженный газон, тренажерный зал укомплектован практически всеми видами тренажеров.

не соответствует 5*. максимум 3*. завтраки очень скудные, одно и то же. мало зелени и фруктов, что очень странно для кипра. интернета практически нет: бесплатный в лобби - только для галочки, скорость очень низкая, даже почту принять невозможно. высокоскоростной интернет в номере на самом деле выдает максимум 500-600 кб/с. за неделю заплатил 50€ за высокую скорость - даже смешно. пытался вернуть деньги и отказаться от такой устуги, обещали вернуть при выезде, но не вернули:( сверх неудобство - одна розетка на весь номер, расположена в коридоре. чтобы зарядить телефон или компьютер их нужно класть на пол. такого вообще нигде не видел. пытался найти переходник для других розеток, куда подключаются светильники, но их нет даже в маназинах лимассола.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για περπάτημα κατα μήκος της παραλίας και μπανιο στη θάλασσα.

πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής/προϊόντος. άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. υπέροχη θέα. λογικότατες τιμές υπηρεσίας δωματίου.

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel Der Koch müsste nochmal ausgebildet werden (Frühstück O.K.)

οι εξωτερικοί χώροι ήταν πολύ όμορφοι.τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και άνετα.η παιδική τσουλήθρα και ο παιδότοπος.

Staff were efficient, food was good and varied, facilities very good, pool and grass areas and beach very good. Easy access into Limassol by bus outside hotel. Spacious bedroom with all facilities.

Could have done with a trouser press in bedroom.
