Location ideal to a short trip Die Organisation der Rezeption.niemad kennt sich aus,alle habenm behauptet ,ich hätte keine Buchung,mein Pass wurde für drei Tage beschlagnamt und ich wurde täglich deimal zitiert,die Anerkennun der Bezahlung von Expedia für weitere 3 Tage war bis letzte Sekunde unklar.Ich glaube nicht an böse Wille,nur die haben nur zerknitterte Listen,und die sind nicht aktuell,alles wie vom vorgestern. |

primary selection was because of lits location, cost was also a factor. Convenient and good service Everything was good. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and town. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The rooms were very basic and could do with some updating especialy the bathroom which wasnt a very good standard at all. The shower was very poor and definatly needs upgrading. Also the towels had seen better years and were very thin. |

location very old 4 star hotel, old blankets, dirty covers on beds, no mini bar and kettle in the room, broken doors in communal areas, staff that is not bothered about complaints, it is the only big and 4 star hotel in the Phinikoudes area of Larnaka and they do not bother to improve. I would select another hotel if booking. |

The sea, sun, nice people , but would prefere more attention vis a vis the women alone Bottles of wine paid and not find out after, but I cannot complain as the manager of hotel replaced it - should not pay charging mobile phone phone !!!!! |

The long electricity disconnection which caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers. I believe that hotel must pay passengers a penalty. |
