The owner of the hotel was shouting & knocking the door to leave from the hotel at 11:30 and to switch off the A/C because the time was over. The bathroom was very very dirty, so we had to clean it on our own. The hotel didn't have personnel to clean in our room. At the reception was nobody and we were looking for somebody all over the hotel. |

The staff we mostly pleasant. Although it was self-catering we didn't expect not to have any toilet paper when we arrived at 11pm. As we weren't expecting someone to come in and clean the apartment daily, we were somewhat disappointed not to find a dust pan or brush, or washing up liquid and sponge. |
