The Library Hotel Wellness Retreat  

This hotel is in a small village where nothing much goes on - exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Both of us loved the peace and quiet. The library is a wonderful place to browse through books, play games or just relax with a glass of Commanderia. We also loved dining al fresco in the beautiful courtyard when the weather permitted. Service is good and unobtrusive and our room was very comfortable with a lovely marble bathroom.

The only thing I can fault is the limited choice of vegetarian food on offer. My husband is vegetarian and he had to take pasta every night. To be fair we did not bring this issue up with the staff.

I liked the place. You feel like you are home because it is a very small hotel. The rooms are great. We got the Suite Georgios Seferis and the room was very nice with a large jacuzzi. We had dinner on Valentine's day but the food wasn't so good. The staff is very helpful. I think what they need is to find another one massager because we were four people and at the end only the two of us we had massage.She didnt have more time for the others. It is very difficult for one person to make massage one after the other. They should have one girl stand by.

All staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The room and the bathroom were clean.

The room was very clean and we adored the huge bathroom!

The hotel was very expensive for what it offers, not too many things to do around the village.Also they must improve their menu at the restaurant, as it was very limited. No view from the room or any veranda, I think some rooms are overpriced, 120 euros for one night is too much for this hotel...

Friendly and polite staff, tasty food, good inclusive breakfast. Convenient for the excellent motorway network. Comfortable, large-sized bed; good bathroom, excellent towels.

The menu was limited and several of the items were not available. Our room was not serviced until we prompted at 1800. The aircon did not work until we asked for it to be restored, which occurred the following day. Though the staff were very well-intentioned and kind, they were very poorly organised, often with no-one on duty with the authority to sort-out some problems. Not the hotel's fault, but the village square was being excavated from 0700, so we ended-up moving out for 3 days until the noise was over and the hotel subsequently offered us a fair reduction for the 2 difficult nights. I would recommend this hotel with some reservation.
