The Library Hotel Wellness Retreat  

All staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The room and the bathroom were clean.

You can relax in the library. Very good restaurant.

I liked the place. You feel like you are home because it is a very small hotel. The rooms are great. We got the Suite Georgios Seferis and the room was very nice with a large jacuzzi. We had dinner on Valentine's day but the food wasn't so good. The staff is very helpful. I think what they need is to find another one massager because we were four people and at the end only the two of us we had massage.She didnt have more time for the others. It is very difficult for one person to make massage one after the other. They should have one girl stand by.

Relaxing environment.

the hotel is beautiful. very calming spaces and the room is very comfortable with beautiful decoration.

During our stay the warm water and the heating in the room did not exist. The staff informed us that a problem had occured and there was no hot water during the night. The rooms have split units as to produce hot air and that did not work either. When we informed the reception noone came to the room to check it and we were left all night in a cold room without hot water in the bathroom...it was a tragedy! The next day we checked out and they did not offer to compensate us in any way..they were just sorry..

Friendly and polite staff, tasty food, good inclusive breakfast. Convenient for the excellent motorway network. Comfortable, large-sized bed; good bathroom, excellent towels.

The menu was limited and several of the items were not available. Our room was not serviced until we prompted at 1800. The aircon did not work until we asked for it to be restored, which occurred the following day. Though the staff were very well-intentioned and kind, they were very poorly organised, often with no-one on duty with the authority to sort-out some problems. Not the hotel's fault, but the village square was being excavated from 0700, so we ended-up moving out for 3 days until the noise was over and the hotel subsequently offered us a fair reduction for the 2 difficult nights. I would recommend this hotel with some reservation.
