The Classic Hotel  

The hotel is recently refurbished in a rather stylish way. It is located very close to the old city, although not in the best neighborhood.

A series of small things made staying there a rather unpleasant experience. The room was quiet but facing a wall. The cleaning staff did not consider it necessary to take the used cups of the room, while the bed linen was not as clean and new as expected. There were ants in the room and the tv was programmed so that it was on and off during strange times (E.G. 3 in the morning).! My complain did not do much, since I was adviced to turn off the electricity of the room in order to avoid that! Finally, checking out was an adventure, since they tried to charge me more than the price of Booking.com and when I complained I had to wait for half an hour and go through a lot of complaining before I was finally reimbursed the difference - they had already charged my credit card (very quickly!) and they wanted me to wait until I go back home and then they would post the difference, etc etc.

Hotel is located just inside the ancient Venetian walls, a few blocks from the main tourist street. It is two short blocks from Nicosia's catholic church if that is important for you. I was served a nice fruit tray upon arrival. I went for the king room; it and the bathroom were huge.

The hotel nominally has three floors but the all rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are not served by the elevator - lift. It stops in the middle and you have to go either up or down a half flight to many rooms

Nice design. Good food.

The spa is not really one. The sauna was not switched off most of the time. No place to change.

Rooms were spacious and well designed. Friendly atmosphere. Smart and clean. Helpful staff. Location very handy for main street.

Minor irritations - Some signs of wear and tear in general areas not being addressed. Coffee sachets never replaced and no milk in rooms. Keycard room entry system continually failed.

Very clean hotel. Great location. Perfect for honey moon. The value is good. So friendly stuff. Would love to stay in it again

The location is convenient for exploring the old city. The hotel is recently renovated and well designed.

Service was awful. The persons at the front desk were not helpful enough-they could not suggest us a place to eat or even inform us whether the water in the rooms was drinkable. Toiletries in the bathroom were never replaced. Towels were worn out. Our room was rather small with no place to put the luggage. The hairdryer was plugged at the bottom of the closet and you could only use it lying down on the floor! Quality of breakfast was not good. Breads and pastries seemed like being three days old.

The staff is of no help at hall. Everything you ask about has always the same answer in return : "I don' t know"and there's any attempt to find out any kind of help. I wonder if they even know the address of their own hotel.

The sheets were very used and in a bad condition, not very clean also.

バス停から歩いてすぐという便利な立地だった。 スタッフはとても親切だった。 部屋はとても清潔で（キプロスは全体的に清潔好きなようだが）、シャワーのお湯はたっぷり出て、排水もよく- 快適だった。 キプロスは３穴コンセントだが、部屋には２穴コンセントがあったので、日本から持ち込んだプラグが使えて助- かった。

ライトを兼ねたスクリーンはおしゃれだったが、残念なことに電灯が切れかかってちらついており、使えなかっ- た。 エアコンが壊れたままになっていて（私の前に泊まった人もマックスで使っていた形跡があった）、部屋に毛布- もなかったが、なぜか内線が通じず、フロントに電話もできなかった。 ミニバーはフロントで鍵を借りて使うが、棚にあった説明がわかりにくくとまどった（ホテルの説明書にはわか- りやすく書いてあったが。）。

απαράδεκτο Wi Fi. δεν δουλεύει καλά. η απάντηση του προσωπικού ότι δεν δουλεύει γιατί το ξενοδοχείο είναι γεμάτο και όλοι είναι συνδεδεμένοι δεν αποτελεί δικαιολογία. χρειάζεται επειγόντως αναβάθμιση του Wi Fi.

πρώτα απ' όλα η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν η πιο κατάλληλη για την περίπτωση μας ( κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και στις συγκοινωνίες). δεύτερον έχει πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό, καλό service, λιτό και μοντέρνο ντιζάιν σε όλους τους χώρους του. ανετα και καθαρά δωμάτια. ΄εχει όλες τις προϋποθέσεις για να περάσει ο επισκέπτης της κύπρου ευχάριστα.
