Theo Sunset Bay Holiday Village    

The Theo sunset is in a great location and good value for money. Transportation links are easy using the local bus service. The staff at Theo sunset are excellent; in particular the bar staff. There is a small spa on site, which is excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are considering returning with a larger family group later in 2013.

Really great value for money, beautiful rooms with great views

The view was fabulous! Great services, very clean and quiet place to spend your vacantions.

The room was perfect, had everything you would need, topped off by wonderful sea view! Lovely big pool that looks onto sea, with indoor pool & massage area, and outdoor restaurant with perfect sunset viewing.

Not really a complaint as such but staff weren't as friendly as other apartments during our stay, but I think more to do that other apts were excellent & family run, were as this bigger so less personal service, but wouldn't hesitate for a minute to rebook!

Staff were very friendly, location was excellent. Plenty of room at the pool. Minimart was cheap and good value. Good restaurants in Pathos and Coral Bay.

Buffet breakfast wasn't good value. Mattress was uncomfortable, the staff did what they could to add extra padding, but it was still lumpy and uneven.

room was large and spacious, room clean and full kitchen utensils.

room was cold and no hot water for whole 3 days, only 1 cooker top worked and fridge was a freezer. We went to the indoor pool 3 times and doors locked with no staff, evening meals start at 630pm which is too late for young children.

Everything was great!! We didnt need to go out of the hotel, because it had it all: a grocery store, a nice cafe with a great view, an indoor swimming pool, a nice path next to the beach to walk. The room had a lovely view. It was super clean, tidy, and well equiped as an appartment. The staff were really helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my long weekend. Highly recommended!!!!

nothing-great value for money!

I have being in more than 100+ hotels in the last few years and I must admit that Theo was one of the best places I have been. Its position gives you easy access to the main City and also you can easily go to Coral Bay. Also Golf resorts, zoo and other facilities are really close to it. Althought it was a last minute reservation, we did the reservation at 23:30 the day before we go, all rooms were ready even before check in time. I surely recommend it both to couples or families with kids. My friends had also 2 kids with them.

The price for the time I stayed there was excellent, the food was really good aswell and the drinks to was cheap aswell.

it is near coral bay and to papho's centre

The room was not clean especially the toillets.Into the toillete were feces from previous travellers. When i asked them to come and clean they told me that they did not have cleaners after midday so the receptionist came to clean.Also the tv was so small that we could not hear and see anything. The bed's sheets were dirty and you couldn't sleep because the bed was old and very uncomfortable. It was the worst place i 've ever been to my hole life and i don't reccomend it to anyone.

Food quality in the restaurant was poor (bufet menu only). The apartment was in a nice complex, but a bit dated interior.

The sea view was perfect. It was quiet and good for relax. The staff was helpful.

The hotel give free Wi-Fi in public areas but not in the rooms. At my opinion this service is a need for all customers and must be free and accessible in all hotels. We could not connect the camera with the TV, because the connections were blocked.

The View and the pool area

The room was very clean and comfortable.the view from the hotel especially during night was breathtaking.!

Although we arrived at the hotel after 14:00 we had to wait for half hour cause the room wasn't ready.normally I dont mind but we wanted to fresh up and dressed for a wedding and cause of this we were late!!! Also the windows in the room was so dirty!!..we couln't see outside the beautifull sea view!!

This place is fabulous!!! We had a one bedroom unit with a beautiful seaview and were self contained. The unit was simple but modern and well equipped for our needs. The facilities were brilliant - great pool - great restaurant and bar area. The restaurant food was lovely. A bus stop was right outside for getting to Coral Bay in under 10 mins and another just 5 mins walk for going into Paphos in about 20 mins. The bus service in Cyprus was brilliant - 3 Euro per day for all day travel and under 12's free - we didn't need to hire a car. A small shop right outside the holiday village had all the supplies we needed. Would most definately go again and certainly recommend.

Hotel have very good quality service and staff is very helpful and friendly, they will try to make your stay as good as they can. The money value / quality service is very very good!

Clean, great service, phenomenal view of the sea!

The best part of the hotel is the view and its swimming pool.

We booked a one bedroom suite and when we arrived we found out that the room was in fact suitable for only 2 people. The beds in the sitting room were in fact sofas and as one of the sofas was approximately 140cm length, it was impossible for an adult to fit in. Two people had to sleep together on one of the sofas which was far from being comfortable.

Trivsam atmosfär och bra boende. Frukt på rummet. Bra sängar, dusch, kök och stor balkong med havsutsikt. Trevlig pool. Nära liten sandstrand. Mycket trevlig personal. Nära till coral bay med bil. Gratis parkering.

Gym var inget att ha. Wifi funkade dåligt i lägenheten.

Appartamento ampio, nuovo e pulito con patio esterno, affacciato sul mare. Dotato del necessario. Piscina comoda e vicinanza alla spiaggia. L'albergo dispone di bar, ristorante, centro benessere, lavanderia e supermarket. Wi-fi non buono, segnale molto scarso. è a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Paphos e a pochi minuti da Coral Bay. Ci sono gli autobus e le fermate sono davanti all'albergo!

La presenza di un gruppo di ragazzi russi che urlavano e cantavano in 10 nella camera accanto. Dopo due la,e tele alla receptionist però avevamo risolto il problema.

La Habitación/Estudio estaba muy bien, todo es muy moderno y funcional. La ubicación es bonita, con vista al mar y bastante amplia.

La conexión WI-FI no llegaba a la habitación.

calme, familial, bien arrangé, facile d'accès, vue sur mer très agréable , petite plage tranquille en contre bas à 200 m (au mois d'avril) .
