Very nice personnel, nice large rooms, fully equipped, close to University of Cyprus campus

excellent staff. although it was not supposed to be clean everyday, I simply asked at the reception and the room was cleaned. I also kindly asked for a 7 hours extension f my stay (the flight was at 9pm!) and it was granted for free. Very good WiFi, high-speed elevators , nice view from the room to the university (new building). The rooms (studios) offer a perfect environment for work. Definitely I will stay again during my next visits.

no hair dryer in the bathroom (but I did not need one!).

Like having my own little well-appointed studio where I can cater for myself. Good parking, adequate gym, nice cafeteria, access to good university canteen. Extremely good value for money, though it's not a hotel.

Though I don't mind my room not being cleaned daily, it would have been nice for it to be cleaned every 3 days or so. It would also be a good idea for guests like me to be provided with a basic kitchen survival kit - knife, fork, spoon, plate, cup, something to boil water in etc. plus bedding - I had to go in search of a duvet. It wasn't hard to get someone to oblige, but could perhaps have been thought of before I arrived around 1am!

Cleaning only once in a week, not easy to reach the city center

- Spent 30 min looking for a road to the parking. There's no entrance from the main road and navigation is unclear. - May become noisy during nights. It is a residence mostly for students, youth likes to party.

The owner was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us with transport and directions - thank yyou very much for this!!! I loved the gym facility (although the one bycicle is making a lot of noise when peddling and the other one's saddle is unstable). Very nice and comfortable facility and friendly people there!! Friendly staff, new, clean. Close to the bus station (~40 min. ride to the centre, bus nr. 150), close to the supermarket (Carrefour). Free and reliable WiFi at the room.

Far, far away from the old City of Nicosia (~4,5 km). The room has ceramic sove, fridge, microwave... but NO tableware. Taxi drivers constantly have to ask from the headquarters for the directions.

It is very clean and by car it is not far from the city centre.

The room was incredibly hot! Even the sheets... And the airconditioning worked only when you were in the room... So we could not cool it... It was a pity. The swimming pool is not a real swiming pool! It was a pity.

New, clean, everything worked.

I did not know how to work the air conditioner, all the time. But mostly it worked perfectly. Perhaps some directions? Also , none of the taxis I took knew where the hall was. A card with the location is a must for all guests.

As the above poll shows I think tha place is great with all respects except the location which is: 1. 7 km away of the turist area, with a comfortable bus which however operates only until 6 p.m. on week ends; later a taxi must be used (about 10 euro); 2. nobody ever heard about a residence hall at the Univesity: neither a bus driver (where should I get off the bus?) nor a taxi driver (who had to call to get directions). Even worse: when I walked across the campus in a horrible heat, with my luggage, not a single living soul was around to ask for directions. When I approached a security guard, 20 meters away of the hotel itself (of course I have not known that), he swore that there is NOT ANYHING LIKE THAT AROUND, ha ha! But after one finally gets there, then all is really wonderful!

avere a disposizione un angolo studio con linea wifi gratuita. L'energia positiva, l'ambiente giovanile e la tranquillità del posto.

la difficoltà a trovare l'ingresso dell'hotel il primo giorno.

το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και καθόλου μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης. μάλιστα θα έλεγα ότι ο πιο γρήγορος δρόμος για το κέντρο από την περιφέρεια της πόλης είναι η λεωφόρος λάρνακος. όσο αφορά τους χώρους και τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ όμορφοι και σε πάρα πολύ καλή κατάσταση. στα δωμάτια μέσα υπάρχει κουζίνα και όλος ο απαραίτητος εξοπλισμός για να μαγειρέψει κανείς ή να φτιάξει ροφήματα και ποτά.

Hotel jest nowy I wygodny.Idealny dla młodych ludzi-studentów. Bardzo wygodne łózko, przestronna łazienka I wygodny aneks kuchenny.

Pokoje sprzątane są tylko raz w tygodniu.

Ουσιαστικά πρόκειται για ιδιωτκή φοιτητική εστία ολοκαίνουρια (εγκαινιάστηκε τον 10/2011), ήσυχη περιοχή -όχι κοντά στο κέντρο- ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, ευγενέστατοι & πολύ πρόθυμοι οι φύλακες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ καλή οικονομική επιλογή εάν έχετε αυτοκίνητο.

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ καθαρό και καλή τιμή!
