Venus Beach Hotel

The hotel was in a good location and central to external activities. The local bus was easily accessible.

On arrival air conditioning not working. Reception were a bit curt when we reported this and we were made to feel like we were troublesome. On asking we were moved to another room which had not been cleaned properly, glasses were dirty, floor was dirty. we were very disappointed when we thought we were coming to a 5 star hotel.

Although the hotel looked clean I believe that it does need some renovation and an update in furniture, the furniture is old and out of date.

The room was large and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The evening entertainment was not very good, if any at all. The hotel staff did not stick to the proposed timetable. When it rained there was very little to do at this hotel.

I liked the location, next to archeological site and the beach.

This hotel should be equivalent to a 3* hotel not a five. It was a total dissapointment from the food to the surroundings. The hotel has not been cared for at all.

You advertise this hotel as a ***** star one but I think that it does not apply so.

More variety of cheese for breakfast.

The Hotel is very close to the beach and the swimming pool was excellent. The rooms were fair and the breakfast could be improved.

Definitely this Hotel is no more than 4 stars. Also what kind of hotel asks for advance payment of the rooms ??? Did not like this at all .....

Only stayed 1 night ,suited use as oppersite the resturant we wished to use that night

the internet is too expensive!! the internet should be free because i have already payed money to stay in this hotel. or it should be very cheap. its very expensive!!

Indoor activities were not children friendly! Only for adults and even for senior citizens!

The terrace door could not be locked anymore. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. This is a 4 star hotel on his return. A 3 star categorie would be more on his place here.

Καθαριοτητα

μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση το θέμα της καθαριότητας. παντού, τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, μύριζε καθαριότητα. πολύ ωραία θέα, όμορφο ντεκόρ, φιλικό προσωπικό. οι καμαριέρες το πρωί να καλημερίσουν, να μιλήσουν με τον κόσμο, το ίδιο και στο ρεσέψιον.

το θέμα των προγραμμάτων στην τηλεόραση. στις περιπτώσεις που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο δωμάτιο για ξεκούραση, δεν είχαμε την ευχέρια να επιλέξουμε κάποια ταινία ή κάποιο κανάλι εκτός από τα ξένα κανάλια.
