didnt like the breakfast it was very poor for five star, bathrooms need upgrade, mini bar wa not working and welcme basket very poor i would rate it a four star

Clean and good staff

Honey&jam and others at the breakfast were not in small sealed packs but in bulk and exposed to the air&everyone. Looked a bit old, might need some refreshing.

Its a fine hotel with friendly staff, breakfast was buffet, it was a good breakfast good variety of choice.

Good location Internal: Outworn and old ; poor "Spa" with a tiny indoor pool (water was not clean), and a very old and tiny Sauna; Painting on the walls comes down almost everywhere

It was a great holiday, we enjoyed selebrating the New 2012 there! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite! The meals were delicious! Interesting sightseeing for the ancient history lovers!

this is not a 5 star hotel. they give us the invoice before they even welcome us! the staff was not helpful, they were kind of rude. Nobody escort us to our room or let us know where the restaurant is and what time dinner is been served. We ordered a double bed but instead we had 2 bed pulled together as one and during the night we felt into the gab. The dinner was very poor, they remembered to bring our drinks when we were already in the desert, not to mention that they didn't had enough bread! the breakfast was also poor and the hotel didn't offer the luxury that a 5 star hotel offers. We've been in many hotels in Cyprus (3stars and 4stars) and they were more luxury that this one. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who knows what luxury and politeness is.

the location

it is a bit worn down, catering primarily for English tourists, menu is very ordinary, bathrooms oldfashioned, no walk in showers etc, no free wifi etcetc, no heated pools, spa or indoor pools unheated as well!

Short notice trip, for 1 night, got a very good deal. 26% compared to the room rack rate. Very clean, room size seemed slightly larger than average/typical set up. Breakfast was pleasant enough too.

Being Cyprus in November we were a bit cold, and the air/con didn't switch into heat mode! They take a photo copy of your credit card which isn't destroyed when you leave. I paid via Amex which has the security number on the front, so wasn't happy. They told me the copy would be destroyed in one month when the payments have been confirmed.

Wouldn't rate it as a 5-star Hotel. Rooms and furnishing need to be replaced. Generally facilities (restaurants, quality of breakfast) are not like other 5-stars hotels. Swimming pool during our stay was always dirty. Not a value for money choice.
