If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

All villas are close enough to amenities to be convenient, yet far away enough to be private. Each Z&X villa has been carefully built to blend in with its surroundings, whether it stands on a hillside or amongst village houses.
The impressive choice of villas range in size from 2-4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Facilities are also available for families with babies.
The location of each villa has been carefully chosen for its spectacular views of the countryside or the coastline, or for its close proximity to the fragrant citrus groves.
The luxurious Z&X villas stand in their own private grounds with a private pool, sun terrace, shaded seating area and barbecue. Inside, the villas are attractively decorated, with many of them incorporating local design features and traditional furnishings. Comfortable living is provided with main bathrooms, en-suite shower facilities, television and excellent kitchen facilities, including microwave and washing machine. Many of the villas have reversible air conditioning/ heating units (at a nominal extra daily rate) and open log fire, making these villas the perfect accommodation for holidays throughout the year.
Many of the prettiest villages in Cyprus can be found in the Paphos district, scattered amongst the rolling countryside of the Chrysochous valley. The valley links Paphos with Polis Chrysochous, a small market town on the island’s northern coast.
Polis is located 30 minutes away from the town of Pafos, 45 minutes from Pafos airport and less than 2 hours away from Larnaca airport. It blends mountains, sea and plain and has a wonderfully healthy climate with particularly warm, clear sea and sandy beaches. Winter in Polis is mild.
Latchi is the picturesque harbor of Polis, situated on the west coast and known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish. In the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation.
