It was amazing. Stuff was very polite, helpful and nice. I chose wrong date for our stay in the system and they were able to sort out my problem and let me and my family stay in the hotel anyway. Moreover they prepared a room very quickly - just 30 minutes. I loved the breakfast. They have everything you can imagine. They also have options for those who don’t eat sugar and don’t drink regular milk. The pool with slides was heated and worked in the middle of April. I really enjoyed the big outdoor pool. It’s 2.75m in depth and really long in length. The gym is in excellent condition and also has everything that you need. Even live music in the bar was really high quality. So we definitely will be back.

We visited for the Limassol marathon running weekend.
We visited for the Limassol marathon running weekend. We have attended this event many times and always stayed in a hotel. This time we stayed in a house which was a much nicer experience. We also got to see a different area of the city which was really nice. We had a very nice lunch at Juego where they have a lovely courtyard restaurant and bar with lots of umbrellas hanging to keep you cool

Not a bad city, but definitely not one of my favorites.
Not a bad city, but definitely not one of my favorites. One must not have high expectations and I think 1-2 days are enough for a visit. What I really liked was the local zoo, albeit small, and the archaeological sites. This is a city of the "rich", there are nice places, but there is still room for improvement.

Limassol is very car friendly and not at all pedestrian friendly. Missing traffic lights for pedestrians and in a lot of spaces even missing a side walk at all. Even if a side walk exists it is blocked by parking cars.
Everywhere you look you see construction sites for new buildings when on the other hand a lot of old buildings are run down and even half destroyed.
The city is very dirty and loud because of all the traffic.

We came to Limassol as a part of a trip to Greece and regret...
We came to Limassol as a part of a trip to Greece and regret coming here. The city was pretty mediocre compared to Greek cities and towns. The locals were not as friendly and it was very difficult to get around. The buses are extremely confusing and can be very infrequent depending on where you want to go. If you want to go see any historical sights this town is not the place to go. I also did not feel overly safe walking around. I would say go to a different city.
Very nice old-fashioned Hotel, we like it in this sophisticated way and it offers an individual style. The restaurant is in a very big hall, lots of space, generous. The Pool offers space, nice color, clean water. You can take breakfast at the pool, inside, well equipped breakfast, typical for Cyprus. The room was clean, the bed good, but not fabulous.
The situation of the Hotel is a bit outside the City-Center but there are many buses going into town. It is quiet and not on the front row to the sea, near to the big Museums.
We spend 2 nights here during our 10 days trip around Cyprus and this was the best accommodation of all. Fast communication via whatsup. Very good bed (good rest guaranteed!). Very clean and modern. Good place to explore Limassol and Kourion archeological site and Kourion beach. 15 min drive to Governor's beach. Good starting point for a day trip to Kykkos Monastery too. Overall, beautiful and spacy flat and great value for money as most places in Limassol area usually cost more. Thank you!
The whole staff was super friendly, and gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in, as well as access to the executive lounge which was great. the location cannot be beat, it's right next to the water and the old town. The hotel breakfast was included, and was easily the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting more NYX hotels.
Good vibes, young, elders all kind of guests.
The Hotel is nice, organized and with helpful stafff. The rooms are really nice and complete for a short stay. Breakfast good, nice amenities and good food at restaurant or room service. The room was one of the most better organized and clean i found in Cyprus (plugs, bed lights, clean, bathroom, all good)
We paid for a standard double and were upgraded to a large family-sized room with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The location just outside the center of Limasol. The hotel is right on the beach which is lovely. The room was very large and comfortable. the bathroom was too small and crowded. The breakfast was sufficient but not exceptional.
Hotel is located right on the beach around 15 min away from Limassol city center with bus right next to the hotel.
Rooms with sea view are definitely worth it
Spacious rooms with comfortable beds
Very good breakfast buffet
Very affordable prices for drinks and tasty food at the beach bar/restaurant
We liked the location -- it is very close to the historical city center and main street with shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is fresh and clean, everything was automated and convenient. Spacious garage on the ground floor and access to rooftop with sofas and chairs. Very quiet surroundings.
The hotel was awesome!
It met all our expectations
With Three pools a gym spa and a bar and located right on the beach you wouldn’t want to leave:) the staff was hospitable and always happy to help for
our “tourist questions”
Thank you for a great experience! Most definitely will come back!
Could not ask more from a hotel, it’s beautifully positioned on the beach, great position in the city with a bus route just outside hotel. The standard of cleanliness is second to none. The staff are helpful and very pleasant. The quality and price are excellent.
Staff are brilliant, very comfortable rooms but small, breakfast buffet is top notch, pool & beach are really great, expensive hotel but it’s probably best in Cyprus. Only downside for me was how small the rooms are compared to other 5* hotels in Cyprus
The service we received from the front desk to each restaurant we used was exceptional. The hotel manager even greeted us in our arrival and every member of the staff at this hotel made you feel special.
This is not a 5 stars hotel but the price is very low to be in Limassol. So its OK! The outside really looks bad but the apartment is in very good condition and is acceptable.
The property was clean and the staff were polite, however I don’t consider this hotel a 4 star anymore. There are much modern hotels in the area and are close to the beach.
Amazing place, amazing people! Thanks to YOU my time in Cyprus was unforgettable. You are very kind and friendly and your hotel is very beautiful and comfortable.
The hotel in general is fabulus, very cean and comfortable and offers a great internal and external ambience. Stuff was very nice also....and a 5 stars breakfast.
