Score from 488 reviews Very good
The room was clean and much bigger than I had assumed it would be. (We had the jr. suite.) Staff at front desk were helpful. Breakfast was alright, the breads and rolls were stale most mornings, but there was a good amount of protein to choose from.
Hotel was further from the city center than I thought it would be. However, there was a subway stop a few blocks away. There was a loud and scary altercation outside our front window one night, but that's no fault of the hotel. It did wake us up.
Beautiful Hotel with HUGE rooms (we had the apartment in attic with 160 m2!). Fully equipped, very clean facilities with great location and perfect breakfast.
Friendliness of staff was great. The atmosphere was very good almost all the time smiling and extremely helpful staff.
Parking is a problem but we got parking in the hotels garage at a price.
Helpful staff and comfortable surroundings
Good custom servis all day and all night long
I was satisfy

- breakfast does not match the 4 stars hotel - ridiculous small LCD TV like 15" or so, try to watch it from distance of 3m? - 2 light bulbs was not working
The location is not bad. It's not far from hotel to train station. Take taxi only for 250CZK. It's a little bit far from city center, but still can walk.
The staff were brilliant especially the staff in and around the Breakfast room and also the chambermaids.
We were in room 210. The smell from the sink plughole was awful. The hotel was in my opinion too warm, when we returned from anywhere, the first thing we did was open the window in the room. The Remote controller for the heating went down to 17C but the corridors were so warm it counteracted the Remote setting. We could hear the lifts operating even when we were in the room furtherest from the Lifts. Every so often during the night there would be a very loud noise of water dropping and gurgling down a big pipe behind our room which would wake us up.
Location, breakfast, clean and tidy, staff accomodating parking good to be so close to centre.
Great room, good breakfast and welcome coffee/cake a nice touch
A touch further out than other hotels but makes up for it
The room was spacious, the bathroom large and both spotlessly clean, good shower and plenty of toiletries, the hotel is very convenient for most of the sights and within easy walking distance for really good restaurants. I would definately stay here again.
Televisions are small and only 2 English speaking channels, but who goes to Prague to watch t.v ???
Booked very last minute and still great value for money. Have stayed here twice now and would happily go back/recommend to others.
located in a quiet and calm zone, but close to Wenceslas square. Comfortable room, parking places available. very kind receptionist and staff. Was possible to keep my baggage and car in hotel after check-out in my last day in Prague in order to sightseeing until night, and all were OK. I recommend it!
In between two very interesting sides of Prague.
Stairs no ramp on access. Problem with luggage.
Very easy to drive to, nifty parking (put it on a pad and mechanically takes it away, therefore take everything out you want). Nice staff and good location
Rooms are a bit small
Everything was perfect! Very good bed, Very good brekfast.
Clean, good breakfast, friendly English speaking staff, helpful, good shower, good closets and drawers. Traveled with my adult son.
Room was a bit small like a dormitory buy ok for my son and me.
I liked everything about the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and slept great on the memory foam mattress. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even noticed it was my birthday and gave me a card and bottle of wine.
Lovely clean quiet spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Near to trams and Metro and within walking distance of new and old town. Would definitely stay there again.
Good location - walking distance from Vaclav square, yet on a quiet side street. Parking available from the hotel (for a fee).
Single room is very small - like a closet. Breakfast menu is very limited.
Big and clean room and toliet. Comfort bed. Buffet breakfast is excellent.
Location far little bit from metro and tram station.
A very quiet hotel to stay in.Good car parking and close proximity to the city.
