987 Design Prague Hotel  

This hotel is well located close to the main station yet accessible to all the things you want to see in Prague. It has a funky feel being up to the minute in design. D not expect much from the dining room. Also, beware that prices quoted for mini bar, room service, are all subject to twenty percent tax which is not mentioned anywhere. However, No hesitation recommending this.

Lot Design, confort less sheets with polyester fiber Night staff didn't show polite (No costumer orientation and without solutions, however always at phone) Room with lot dust women's hair (black) in sheets Staff (cleaning woman) was make meeting and speak loud voice in rooms area, at time before breackast (when many guests sleep) Rooms without soundproofing from outside noise from the streets Blackouts that smaller windows (too much light at dawn and early morning conditioning the rest) Suspicion that the sheets are not changed in the change of guests Absence of feedback on complaints Always expect founding by a design and luxury group Hotels differentiated atitude with costumers ....................................................... Viel design, wenig komfort, schmutzige Bettlaken Bettlaken aus Kunststoffaser Nachtpersonal unhöflich (ohne Lösung für den Kunden, obwohl immer am Telefon errreichbar) unser Zimmer war voll mit Staub schwarze lange Haare auf der Matratze und auf den Bettlaken (wir vermuten, dass die Bettlaken nach dem letzten Hotelgast nicht gewechselt worden sind) Housekeeping hatte eine laute Aussprache im Zimmerbereich noch vor dem Frühstück (Sa 8 Uhr) keine Möglichkeit zur Beschwerde (die Hoteldirektorin Frau Nikol war die gesamte Zeit nicht anzutreffen) Design und luxus habe ich schon sehr oft anders vorgefunden.

Very near the main train and bus station that connectsto other countries and airport. Next to the tram station that could connect you to most important tourist spots in Prague city. There are groceries nearby.

Very friendly staff. A laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Very well presented and clean. Good city location. Would definately return

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly and very helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, superb breakfast, helpful staff.. Value for money, will stay there if I have a chance to visit Prague again.

Tissue not supplied. Not enough coat hangers, only two for a couple! As there is no wardrobe in the room, we need more hooks to hang the clothes.

Near the main train station, easy access to city centre and making short trips to Vienna. It is a nice boutique hotel, good selection of buffet breakfast

The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the main Train Station and 15 minutes walking from the best tourist atractions in town. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast very good and the hotel´s infrastructure is also very good.

Great location, near some great restaurants (try Zvonice, the Belltower down the road and Potrefena Husa), was only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Square and down the road from Wenceslas Square. Breakfast isnt extensive but has the basics and tastes very good and is available til 11 on the weekends!

nice room design, centrally located, good internet speed

no private parking space (and parking outside is very expensive), the rooms were nice designed but not that functional - bathroom doors (wc separate from shower) would not stay closed, poorly lighted, 2 out of 5 days the elevator would not work, waitresses at breakfast were not too friendly (never even smiled?)

curtains don't close very well. always light from the outside coming in. bathroom/toilet no privacy as glass door did not really close or lock, so had to use toilets downstairs
