planty of free breakfast, near the metro, easy to find, good location.
Close to the old town
The hotel is not clean an my room was not cleaned on Saturday.
Location (just opposite to Main Bus station), good breakfast, look and feel, cleanliness, room safety (with digital lock), staff's prompt guidance.......Excellent, I will stay here once again.
The hostel was in a walkable position from most of the tourist places. Bus and tube station was very close as well. For being a hostel very clean. Warm and comfy. Wifi was available for free in the whole building, quite slow in the room though.
A snoring man in my shared room and young Italian teenager shouting from the floor below.
The room was spacious and there was space to move
The bathrooms were dirty. The breakfast was crappy.
Location is quite OK
Stayed in the room with own facilities, found a bunch of dirty glassware in the room, half of electric sockets did not work. The staff is permanently confused and not too helpful. Breakfast facility features perestroika-style bread lines due to a poor space arrangement. It literally takes 20 minutes to get a slice of a toast bread. The jubilant herds of young hostel guests will wake you up you at 4 a.m. even though they are not even at the same floor. Clearly better deals are available in Prague for the same money.
The accomodation was okay for the money that we paid for it, and it was good that we could have breakfast. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It is recommended to have breakfast in time, not last minute, because that can cause chaos.
The cleaning and restaurant staff was unfriendly, and sometimes they freaked out about normal things.
Cheap, comfy bed, good location, quiet, big and spacious room. Breakfast free and not bad for the price
Didn't have laundry as advertised, didn't have karaoke as advertised, rude staff on reception,
We checked out at 10:30 in the morning and ask the receptionist to let us put our luggages in their luggage room because the bus from Prague to Germany is going to board at 23:00. During this time, we go out and in, use their toilet rooms, ask them borrow the key to luggage room 4-5 times but they're still happy. Thanks to them, we didnt need to bring along all luggages to every street in Prague.
Almost everything especially cleanness.
I chose that hostel mostly because of the localization; it is just 2 min walk from bus and metro station. 15 min walk to Old Town and 25 from Charles Bridge. However I was spur ice that for 15 e everything was clean, service very helpful and nice breakfast
Nice location to station, nice staff
Hostel is so close metro station and you can go old tawn after 2 station by metro in ten minutes and beakfast was very delicious
Breakfast was great! Everything else was nothing outstanding. But nevertheless you get good value for your money.
WiFi was excellent Location was very close to train station Value for money
We were travellers who haven't stayed in this type of dorms before and didn't like the experience. Laundry was not working and staff sent us to a self serve Laundromat that closed down 2 years ago. Spend 3 hours looking for it
For shared showers and toilets, it was very clean. We booked a 4-person room and when we arrived we were told the rooms were fully booked, so we got a 6-person room all to ourselves. Decent location, right next to the underground, lots of food options nearby.
Showers didn't offer much in the way of privacy. I didn't realize that towels don't come with the room, that would have been good to know before. Wifi was spotty but that's not a big deal. All in all not bad for the price!
Loved this hostel, everyone was friendly, great kitchen facilities, strong wifi in the room, awesome shower head pressure and can get the temperature really hot! Nice 20min walk into town, never felt unsafe! Loved it!
My one-night in this hostel was generally good. Bathroom and kitchen were clean, breakfast is OK, Wi-Fi is very good, location is walking-distance from the main train station and the old town. Staff was nice.
The room itself wasn't really clean, at least the floor. There were these fluffy things of dust all over the floor. The bed itself, however, seemed clean to me.
A Plus Hotel & Hostel provides a variety of travellers--from young backpackers to families which keeps the hostel/hotel busy by offering typical hostel events (free tours and pub crawls through outside organisations) but keeps the noise to a minimum and a safer environment. The beds were comfortable and the balcony in our room led to a nice breeze to make sleeping in the summer easier. Staff were helpful.
The shared bathrooms and showers. I would have preferred each room to have a shower/bathroom instead of having to share multiple baths and showers with the whole floor.
living room kitchen comfort
showers are few
Good break fast, enough support from staff
No way to get the hostel by walk from railway station and have to take subway. Poor sound proof. A flat on a wall is not clean
Wifi was pretty good, the room was very basic but a good location especially considering the price. Breakfast was pretty good and free.
The room was really hot, there was no air con but when we opened the windows, we couldn't sleep from all of the noise outside. The bed was really old and uncomfortable. The laundry facilities were unavailable for guests and we were told quite rudely that we couldn't wash our clothes.
The wifi was great, and the breakfast was nice. If all you want is a bed to sleep on, this hostel is good for that. Easy to find, right near the station, good location, and not far from the main attractions in Prague.
Showers in the bathrooms were not very private, or secure, and there was no where to hang/place your clothes in the shower room, so you would have to leave your things in the bathroom which is not secure. The curtains in the showers didn't close properly. Not enough powerpoints in dorms I used a toilet on the reception floor, and something above from the roof was leaking, when I got up I had realised that whatever it was had leaked onto my pants and they were quite wet. I think this hostel needs to have some repairs made. As we were checking out, some people were checking in and I heard that the customer was quite angry, I think that the hostel had lost his booking or that some mistake had happened and they had to find somewhere else to stay. He was in a big group. I wouldn't recommend this hostel for big groups incase a mistake happens.
next to subway
not much choice of breakfast, not very nice also! no atmosphere in hostel couldnt communicate with staff no bars near by
