During my stay at the Stay At Prague Wenceslas Square I liked the services, the comfort and location. The hotel is in the city centre, very convenient for the city tour. |

the hotel is very central to almost everything you want to see and you do not need to use anyform of public tansport. Having the kithchen area was also great. one little thing the kitchen did not have a bottle opener and it would have been helpful if there was some info where the nearest supermarker was |

Large room with kitchen and cooking facilities, good location. Good choice for families breakfast was very poor, not very clean, one day even though we asked to clean our room there was misunderstanding and they forgot to clean. Internet was terrible, we even couldn't check the e-mail, it was disconnecting every 2 minutes. |

Excellent location. 0m from shopping, restaurants and the old town. 400m to central station. (train) and 50m from underground. Takes you to the airportbus, etc. Clean rooms with complete kitchen, nice but simple breakfast incl. in the price. We paid 50euro, and it is definitely worth the price. It can be a bit noisy from the street if your apartment is facing the street. The staff is really bad in English, but you will survive :-) |

Our experience staying at this hotel was most enjoyable. The staff were most helpful and we especially liked the Terrace Resteraunt on the 2nd floor. The location is excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends. |

Excellent location and well equipped kitchen (microwave, electric cattle, dishwasher etc). Good for family travels and shopping;) Staff makes you feel that you are one of thousands. But is not impolite! Take internet connection cable with you- wireless doesn't work, they will charge you for the cable 150czk. |

Excellent location, nice rooms, fair breakfast The website mentions that the hotel has swimming pool, jaccuzi and gym. These facilities actually belong to the gym located in the same building and are not free to hotel guests. |

Location and facilitites No Internet in the room. Staff did not provide necessary information when I checked in. I was NOT told what the number to call reception desk from the room was. No information sheet in the room. After 15 minuts I figured that out by turning on the TV and finding hotel info. on one of the menu's. I was not told that there was no Internet access in the room. I was told later that I had to go to the hotel restaurant to access the Internet. The receptionist did not tell me that 'restaurant' (2nd floor) is different from where we were to have breakfast (9th floor). I went up 9th floor -disappointed, came down to 4th floor to ask the receptionist and was told it was on the 2nd floor. At that point, my time was up! |

Breakfast better than US continental hotel breakfat. It is close to main city tourist sites. It is clean, not expensive for a group of 3 or a family compared to the hotels that charges for the third person. I ask the staff about tour , restaurant, taxi & they were helpful but not similey but most of Prague people are like this though. Seniors & disabled should request for a shower not a bathtub because the tub is very high to climb. We didnt take a walk out at night because of safety. Hotel itself is secure, their doors are securely lock & modern with key cards for elevator & doors. |
