Good service. Reception staff friendly
The room was clean. For one or two nights ok, but not for a week.
No bar or restaurant. The outside area only open in the mornings.
Very close (walking distance) from all the visiting points in center of Prague. Very clean. Very nice staff and very helpful. The room is very cosy and the view to Franciscan gardens is nice. Internet connection works just fine. Breakfast is very good, for every taste. Definitely will come back when in Prague
For those who are looking for a self catering accommodation it is not quite so. There is a microwave in the room and a cooking hob but you cannot really cook in there because there are no cooking utensils.
Room was excellent, very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of room. A kitchenette with kettle, fridge, sink, small dishwasher [no dishes or tea/coffee etc] Good bathroom. Ideal location for walking to old town and museums etc. On arriving at outside of hotel was not sure as it is hidden in the middle of shops and very busy area. But room was quiet and very warm. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel secure with key pass to all areas.
Outlook from bedroom window was into windows opposite and rooftops, but room was quiet at the back of hotel
location, spacious rooms, facilities
the whole room has been stinky, maybe from the sinker in the bathroom (412)
Location was good. We had a lovely sunny room on the top floor with a terrace and a nice outlook over the gardens. It was very roomy and comfortable
We booked this as a self catering apartment but there was nothing in the kitchen at all, not even cups. We had to ask for-equipment and utensils and when we got them they were insufficient and inadequate. We never got cups. Luckily we travel with our own. This aspect of the hotel was disappointing.
Free Wi Fi
Very clean hotel great facilities in room
Additional charge for pool which has to be per booked
rooms were comfortable but the location is excellent.
Good location, excellent staff
Breakfast could have been a bit more international, and coffee selection was limited to Black coffee
Perfect location just 5 min. Walt to old town .
At night opposite from the hotel there is macdonalds 24 hours so the drunk people make some noise .
Free Wi-Fi, kitchenette, reliable key cards, spotless cleanliness, amazing location.
View - asked for over garden but looked straight out onto back of front building. The bed was very hard, so much so that I woke with backache each morning. We had to ask for cups to make hot drinks even though there was a kettle in the room. Only channel in English on TV was BBC World News and CNN. Breakfast was a bit of a mish mash of items, all thrown haphazardly together and the coffee was instant.
A great place from which to explore, friendly and helpful staff
Noisy from work on street - but that´s out of your control
Location and breakfast
Upon checking out the Front Desk clerk insisted that we still owed 15% Tax. We showed her our receipt from Booking.Com showing that ALL was paid for and she still argued with us. Finally she made us sign a statement reflecting this and we left. The receipt we did receive via Booking.Com did reflect all was paid for.
Great hotel, in a great location. The rooms are absolutely huge and very clean.
Only thing I would advise against would be ordering a taxi through the hotel. They sent an unmarked taxi to take us back to the airport. We refused to get in and booked one ourselves.
The location, right on the Wencesless Square and a short walk to the old town and other attraction. The reception staff were very helpful with tour advise and recomended good eating houses. The room was a good size and the breakfast was fantastic. On the whole a great place to stay and represented good value for money.
Car parking was expensive and wuite a distance from the hotel.
view from window quietness
The hotel was very conveniently located for walking to many of the sites. It was also walkable from the train station. The staff was very helpful. Despite being so close to a very busy pedestrian area, our room was mostly quiet. The breakfast was good. Other reviewers have commented on being fatty and fried, but it was very easy to make healthy choices.
The first night we were there was a Saturday night, and there was a lot of noise in the hallway outside our room, but I don't think that was the hotel's fault.
The breakfast was outstanding . We also liked the heated bathroom floors and towel bars! Very safe .. Card entry.
WiFi.. Constant need to reconnect.
Heater and air condition
No services no telephone
Evrything was great.
almost all the details are very good
The bed and the quietness of the room.
The poor service during breakfast (missing cups and hot water and plates etc.) plus reluctant service people in the breakfast room.
