Brilliant location. Centre of town but still quiet in apartment. Lovely staff. Security excellent. Apartment huge :) such excellent value too.
Great staff , appartment was very comfortable and clean.
I liked the location of the accommodation which was right on Wenceslas Square. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The level of security was very good with card access required to the lift, corridors and rooms. My apartment overlooked the gardens at the rear of the building which was a nice outlook for the city centre. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. A very pleasant stay.
The security of whole place. The breakfast facilities & menu Proximity to all tourist areas Value for money Large room
Freundlich, sauber, komfortabel, central.
Possibly crispy bacon for breakfast, but I'm Scottish!
Very good localisation Helpfull staff Nice breakfast on the terrasse
Should cost less
Good location and good sized room.
Alles war ok
We especially appreciated Julie at reception. She helped us feel welcome, have excellent directions and suggestions and understood is.
The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and tidy and the location is excellent.
Nothing i did not like
It was a good location, though a little odd to have the reception on the 4th floor. The room was large. Breakfast on the patio was nice.
Had to re-login to Wi-Fi any time the phone locked (another EA Hotel in town had the same set up). Asked for a double bed and a single, but got two singles and a sofa sleeper. My 19-year-old son had a very uncomfortable night on the sofa sleeper.
Warm milk at breakfast for my cereal.
Good central location
Although the terrace was available during the excellent breakfast, it was closed for the rest of the day. There is no proper sitting area away from the rooms. Our room faced a wall about 2 metres away, no views over Prague, not even a tree in sight
when we had a problem with noise from the next room, we complained and were moved straight away to a new room with no problems. The staff were very helpful.
The location was great and they offered parking.
It was a long walk from the parking garage (several blocks) to the hotel. Our room was at the front and it was quite noisy, despite being several stories up. Our kids room was in the back; roomier and quieter.
Breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the variety of food and pleasant service of the staff.
Excellent location for sightseeing. Good breakfast that can be enjoyed on a terrace.
Not very clean. The swimming pool is in the basement and is used for baby swimming I suppose, far from deserving such a big fee. Internet practically not existing
This is the worst hotel we have stayed at in all our travels over the past 2 years in Europe. Terrible service. Faulty advertising on available facilities (do not think you will actually get to use the pool listed here under facilities; and if you do pay the exorbitant price and make the crazy hours you will get kicked out by a lifeguard after 30 min.), terrible breakfast. We were completely unsatisfied and it tainted my families trip to Prague. Booking.com should take them off their list of hotels.
Great location. Superb breakfast, ignore other people's negative comments! I had a spacious studio apartment, quiet, very comfortable, perfect!
Ilike to have smoking room also like to have restrant
Location, good quality room and room facilities, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and terrace. Overall a very nice stay, great value for money, would definitely stay again and recommend
Shame terrace wasn't open after breakfast, would have been nice to be able to sit outside later in day. Room on front of hotel bit noisy at night. Wifi dropped out constantly. Gym and pool extra cost, not really part of hotel.
Very comfortable room, great wifi and amazing location.
No parking near the hotel and need to pay for pool.
Nice people ready to fulfill your needs or answer your questions or correcting their mistakes Studio 1 king size + sofa bed : quality ok, not extraordinary Warm swimming pool
swimming pool: - one panel not fixed, so I hurt my leg - time constraint : not opened all day long TV channel - mainly Czech ones Breakfast : good, not extraordinary - awful coffee
Excellent location. Quiet room with view on the gardens. Excellent breakfast.
