Very clean room, very modern with a very comfortable bed, decor was beautiful with a grand piano on the landing. Staff friendly but found the communication difficult to understand. Could of explained the use of Tram and underground more as was our first time visiting Prague. Overall though a lovely modern hotel, and would definitely recommend to a friend or couple. The restaurant looked beautiful but my partner and i decided to visit other places to eat, as only there for 2 days. The only thing i didn't like about Assenzio was the location. Plus located on a very busy main road.

ειχε ανετα δωματια και πολυ ζεστα δεν εξυπηρετησε απο το μετρο γιατι η σταση απεχει 400 μετρα και η επομενη ειναι στο κεντρο,αρα δεν συμφερει να το παρεις και περπατας παραπανω.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, das Frühstück war ok, Ambiente im Keller sehr schön. Und das mit 300 Wörtern ? Hier wird man gefordert... Beginnen wir mit einer Keycard für ein bereits bewohntes Zimmer, keine Entschuldigung, sondern einfach der nächste Versuch. Die angekündigte Tiefgarage stand nicht zur Verfügung, 5km vom Hotel im Kongresszentrum geparkt ! Unverschämtheit ! Zimmer mit dem Flair der späten 90er, Flecken an Möbeln und auf dem Teppich. Der Fernseher eine Leigabe des "adlon" (stand als Begrüssungstext noch unverändert...), Steckdosen lose, beim Frühstück Personal lustlos und unbeholfen ! etc.... niemals 4 Sterne !!! Wenn, wer vergibt sowas...

La struttura veramente accogliente e ben curata; la colazione molto abbondante e varia, anche qualche sera che abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo abbiamo trovato la cucina molto buona (dato da non trascurare con una bimba di quasi 2 anni); la camera ampia e pulitissima così come i servizi. Non da ultimo la cortesia dello staff ed il fatto non trascurabile che oltre al personale italiano quasi tutti comprendono la nostra lingua

Мне понравилось расположение отеля - удобное, недалеко от станции метро, да и пешком до центра минут 15. Поэтому мы в отеле только ночевали, все остальное время гуляли по городу. Персонал доброжелательный. На мой взгляд, хорошее соотношение цены и качества отеля. В остальном отель обычный, все достаточно просто, без излишеств. Мне в общем все понравилось, за исключением одного - плохая шумоизоляция. У нас окна выходили на улицу и был хорошо слышен шум проезжающего транспорта. Возможно это проблема не только этой гостиницы, а и многих других, так как практически нигде в городе мы не видели пластиковых стеклопакетов, а только деревянные рамы.

Хорошее расположение относительно метро и достопримечательностей. Приветливый персонал. Неожиданно (по сравнению с многими европейскими отелями) хорошие завтраки. Ночью тишина, есть возможность отдохнуть после интенсивного осмотра красот Праги. Есть какие-то проблемы с вентиляцией. Включение кондиционера свежего воздуха не прибавило, а окно почему-то приоткрыто на тоненькую щелочку, не закрыть, не открыть. Но для нескольких дней пребывания в мае это было не критично, на рецепшн с этим вопросом не обращались.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Spreken voldoende Engels. Kamers netjes. Op loopafstand (voor iemand die goed ter been is) van het centrum. Bij ontvangst worden plattegrond en folders ter beschikking gesteld. Ontbijt kan 's-morgens wat druk zijn.

оооочень приветливый персонал. хорошие и удобные, хотя и небольшие, номера с ванной. очень чисто, каждый день смена полотенец. удобное расположение на нешумной улице. вкусно готовят, но немного дороговато (по сравнению с кафе и барами вне отеля). в общем, все очень понравилось, только положительные эмоции))) ездила на майские праздники, отопительный сезон закончился, (несколько дней температура на улице была +2)...кондиционеры на тепло уже не работали....очень замерзла...но на ресепшене дали теплое одеяло....помогло )))

Хороший отель, соответсвует своим звездам, нормальный завтрак, большой номер - мы бронировали классический, персонал вышколенный, готовы помочь со всем, включая подогреть ночюь ребенку молоко и т.д. Не совсем понравилось - мы хотели выехать на сутки раньше, так как перепланировали поездку, но отель не уменьшил сумму за проживание, сослался на правила booking.com, мы бронировали отель с платой отменой за 30 суток, но про изменение количества ночей там ничего не было сказано, в общем заплатили как было забронировано - 250, благо сумма за сутки небольшая - 60 евро, но отель сделал нам небольшую скидку - 6 евро и бесплатное такси до вокзала(мы доехали по приезду за 20), так что учитывая включенные хорошие завтраки мы не очень расстроились.

Camera accogliente e pulita, anche se la moquette ormai non e' piu' usata negli alberghi. Colazione molta ricca e gustosa, e il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Inoltre alcuni di loro parlavano, l'italiano, e tutti l'inglese. L'hotel si trova ad angolo, sulla arteria principale e il traffico è intenso anche di notte, non si sente molto il rumore delle auto, ma le sirene si. E sia la polizia che le ambulanze, le usano anche per andar al bar . Meglio richiedere una camera sull'altro lato.

Прекрасный отель. Ежедневная уборка номера со сменой полотенец. Восхитительные завтраки - итальянская кухня. В номере тихо. Отель в центре города. По всем параметрам было все замечательно.

Hotel gestito da italiani, si denota il gusto nei materiali utilizzati per la ristrutturazione delle camere, nell'arredo dalle linee sobrie e moderne. Frigo bar in camere ben rifornito. Bella e accogliente la sala ristorante, ottimo l'assortimento e la qualità dei prodotti per la colazione. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. I più giovani parlano anche italiano. Da consigliare, inoltre, per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'unica pecca riguarda la mancanza, in bagno, della cordicella di allarme in caso di malore.

Le rapport qualité/prix : la promo offerte par le site m'a permis de m'offrir un séjour en 4 étoiles ce qui aurait été impossible avant. Personnel serviable. Super déco et chambre impeccable. Le room service ne sert que jusqu'à 21h30, on ets arrivé à 22h30, impossible de manger quoi que se soit.
