Assenzio Hotel was a pleasant surprise in Prague. I had canceled my reservation at Hotel Pod Vezi without my permission, I decided to stay at the Hotel Assenzio. There was an unexpected problem in air conditioning system Assenzio Hotel, but was promptly solved by Sr.Luiggi, those responsible for a hotel. We were transferred to another room, bigger and more comfortable than where we were. In addition, he was offered a discount equivalent to a daily room and a dinner at the hotel itself. All this, plus the impeccable service of the hotel and its staff always kind to us. It is worth mentioning the excellent coffee morning hosted by the hotel, one of the best I found in several hotels. Surely one of the best places to stay in Prague. I am very pleased.

Albergo in buona posizione vicino alla piazza Venceslao, a pochi passi vi è anche la fermata metro pavlova. Colazione inclusa abbastanza varia, personale alla reception che parla anche italiano, ottima la pulizia delle stanze.

15 minuten loopafstand centrum. Goed verzorgde kamer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, das Frühstück war ok, Ambiente im Keller sehr schön.

Und das mit 300 Wörtern ? Hier wird man gefordert... Beginnen wir mit einer Keycard für ein bereits bewohntes Zimmer, keine Entschuldigung, sondern einfach der nächste Versuch. Die angekündigte Tiefgarage stand nicht zur Verfügung, 5km vom Hotel im Kongresszentrum geparkt ! Unverschämtheit ! Zimmer mit dem Flair der späten 90er, Flecken an Möbeln und auf dem Teppich. Der Fernseher eine Leigabe des "adlon" (stand als Begrüssungstext noch unverändert...), Steckdosen lose, beim Frühstück Personal lustlos und unbeholfen ! etc.... niemals 4 Sterne !!! Wenn, wer vergibt sowas...

Non c'è la connessione wi-fi per internet, ma solo con il cavo. Lo avevamo dimenticato, ma il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile da prestarcelo.

Parecía una antgua casona por dentro, con grandes escaleras, la entrada antigua pero recatada. El personal, amable, habia un chico guaperillas que hablaba español, las habitaciones limpias y confortables. A pesar de todo ello, si volviera a ir escogeria otro hotel.

El parking privado del interior del hotel era una entrada de garaje donde apilaban los coches uno detras del otro, si llevas un twingo perfecto pero como lleves un turismo familiar nuevecito... Puede pasar cualquer cosa al tener que sacar varias coches para salir... La mujer mayor de recepcion resultaba un poco apatica.
