I enjoyed the experience of New Years in Prague.
The staff was horrible there was only one young man in the counter who had a smile and was friendly everyone else was rude. The location was good not to far from the city center, around 30 minutes walking, the rooms there was no quietness you could hear everything which made it hard to sleep and there was no control for the heater.
good location, friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast, clean room
WiFi woks well in the restaurant, but very poor in the room
Location was very good - totally walkable to the old city centre. Free parking was available right in front.
We arrived 15 minutes before the end of the breakfast period, and staff made it clear they were not pleased. The coffee station was disassembled at precisely 10:00 and when we asked if a second cup was possible we were told "Breakfast! Is! Over!"
Staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly Tony on reception who has considerable knowledge and is always ready with a smile and advice. Great atmosphere, staff and location.
View, good location, new experience
miss the friendly staff at the restaurant
Design of restaurant was very elegant and nice. Good breakfast.
Very small room and bathroom.I couldn't move in the shower although I'm slim. The staff on breakfast was rude. They started to clean tables at 9.55 (breakfast stopped at 10) while I was still eating!!!!! The reception staff wasn't nice as well only one man was OK. The boat could be located closer to the centre... it was 40 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge.
Service was excellent and the restaurant had some awesome dishes at reasonable prices. Breakfast came with the room and was good. Loved being on the water and a good location.
Shower nozzle leaked, cracked head. Beds were very firm.
room tv the bed the food everything was well done
Free parking, nice restaurant, but a little too expensive near too cheap bars with local (very cheap 25Kc/0,5l) beers
low wifi signal or no signal in rooms Price for rooms is a little to high ~70Euro/night (but parking place is free:)
Very friendly staff who were always helpful. Excellent evening menu, lovely interior and great location.
Poor breakfast menu with little choice, cabin was poorly ventilated & no air conditioning, cabin ceiling was covered in dead insects as was the main light shade, expelled air in shower room was inadequate leading to condensation spreading into room and very noisey at night due to river boats passing and loud music from adjacent riverside bar.
Free parking was fantastic and breakfast was really great. The restaurant and facilities were just great in every way.
There was no air in the rooms. We could not open the window because the bugs swarmed in. When I asked about the air in the room, they said there was none. I did ask for a fan and they provided one. It was small and noisy but 100% better than no air on a hot summer night.
Clean, different style with other hotel, staffs are very helpful and friendly, easy to book for last minute
Need to refurbished, no AC, no wifi
To stay on boat is romantic simply romantic in any condition, terrace is great to have too, sip your cocktail and rest by watching boats is relaxing.
Room was bit smelly, tiny and design is few years (10?) out of fasion. If you look for something different, its a gioodoption form sure.
Great staff. Special thanks to Tony
The idea of staying on a boat for a change , clearly picked the wrong one.
Old linen with holes in them Carpet dirty Staff smoking in dinning room Rude staff, unhelpful Location in old area , did not feel safe Curtains very old and smelly Bed hard as a rock and have no idea about the pillows what they supposed to represent
Unique, economical, great staff, clean, delicious food.
1 - No wifi throughout entire boat. I would pay $5 extra per day for wifi. 2 - A little off the beaten path, however, major tram stop and metro close by. 3 - No english TV except for BBC & CNN. One more enlish speaking channel (other than news) would be nice. English subtitles OK.
Good price to quality ratio. Very friendly personel. Great restaurant. Unique experience of spending a night on a boat - priceless.
For the price - nothing. Small cabins and metal construction ofthe boat make you hear every detail of your neighbour's life but that's obviouson boat.
Service, cleanliness of the room
Everything was very good... the service, price, locations, food etc... we really enjoyed ... We have been several times in Europe I this was a really excellent experience.
A recommendation at front desk about a city tour in the red buses... They do not have so many cars and you have to wait some much time to take one.. and to early the time of finishing... we lost our money at that city tour....
- Relaxed atmosphere at the river. - Great restaurant (the Captain's Cabin - not the room where the breakfast is). - Friendly staff.
- No shower gel and no shampoo in the bathroom. - No queen beds (only two twins standing together).
We liked it because it was a quiet area at night, not much noise, around a 25 min stroll along the river, good value, rooms were small but clean, staff were pleasant and we booked our tours from reception and they were good to, breakfast was good and plenty to eat and topped you up for the morning as we were out till evening. yes i would stay here again.
nothing every thing was ok.
