The room quality is a match to what you pay for. The breakfast has a decent range of food. The location of the hotel is in a residential area, around 10 mins walk to metro, but the roads are confusing, and the streets are dark at night, so it's easy to get lost.

The price. - This is definitely no 4 star hotel! - The character is the one of a youth hostel. - 4 floors - no lift! - no restaurant - booking could not be retrieved - loose hook for shower has not even been fixed after claim - loose srews on nearly all fixings - narrow bed room - ridiculous position of desk - sitting was only possible on night cupboard - mineral water in minibar had been opend and refilled with non-sparkling water

the price was really very low. the day receptionist was really helpfull and friendly it is not at all a 4 stars hotel! there is no lift (I was at 3rd floor)! the breakfast's food is just below the standard. it is very difficult to reach with public transportation

The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean warm room, tea/coffee making facilities. Free internet Good value for the money. We would definitively stay there again. We find the location very very hard by car. No elevator.

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station. Has a very good price and one more positive thing is that from this neighbourhood there is a really nice view to the city. This place is not a 4 star hotel, bearly even a 3 star. Staff was unfriendly. The room was not in good shape, with multiple dents and scratches on the paint. Furniture was also damaged. Internet patch cord was 25 cm long so your laptop needs to be near the wall to plug in. It is in the outscirts of Prague. I would nor recomend it since you can get much better 3 star deals.

Близо е до метро станция. Хотелът в никакъв случай не е 4 звезди, по- скоро 2. Когато пристигнахме стаята ни не беше почистена и се наложи да чакаме най - малко час, за да бъде приведена в необходимият вид. Една служителка изпълняваше ролята на рецепционистка, хигиенистка и портиерка. Останахме разочаровани от самото пристигане и това не се промени до края на престоя ни.

Apenas achei que o pequeno almoço era razoaável em função dos outros serviços do Hotel. Sim, claramente.Trata-se de um Hotel que aoarece com 4 estrelas e nem elevador tem (4 pisos). Os recepcionistas fazem o indispensável do seu trabalho, não tendo muita disponibilidade para ajudarem o cliente turista. Dominam mal o inglês. Hotel barulhento e sem serviço de restaurante. Má localização, o que obriga a andar cerca de 30 minutos de metro até ao Centro da cidade com um custo acrescido de 24 coroas por pessoa/viagem.

Tram stop and metro station is near hotel. around the hotel there are some shops, 10 minutes by foot from big shopping center Flora, where you can eat as well.
