The staff were nice,the quantity breakfast in room and the kitchen facilities.

Breakfast don't have any egg. Poor smell of towels and toilet amenities.

Location, friendly staff, very silent place to stay.

Towels, blankets and pillows seems never been washed.

The staff is friendly, the rooms were small but clean. You have a save box in your room.

The breakfast. It was cheap cheese and jam. The orange juice tasted so artificial. Coffee was not so bad.

Both days the breakfast was same. Weak WiFi in room. Water was leaking out of the shower area. The bathroom had no lock from inside.

Nice little apartment,right in the centre of Prague,staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was really nice. They answered every question we had (where to exchange money, ... ). The breakfast in bed was also a very nice idea!

The walls seem a little on the thin side. The orange juice was horrible (it tastes like medicine).

Very good value for money. Kitchen facilities were provided eg kettle,hot plate,fridge and cutelry / crockery etc.Almost self catering, which was a bonus as we were only looking for a room to sleep in. Would definitely recommend it and will use it again.

I asked for twin beds but were given a double. It didn't really matter as we were only there 2 nights.

They insisted on payment of the room BEFORE we stayed and were quite rude refusing to give us the keys until we paid. A friend of ours was also staying on the hotel and was not asked to pay beforehand. So it is not their general policy. On top of that, AFTER I paid, there was no hot water in the room. So I paid for a room with no hot water.

This hotel is a very nice place. Also the staff is very polite. The hotel is in a very good area, close to the Old Town. Clean and cheap. Big plus is that with every guest has a separate key. Close to the hotel there are bars, restaurants and tram. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Almost everything. All the doors in corridors and in the rooms are very old and are closed and opened with a bang. I spend about a minute to open the door to my room, cause you need to make some special manipulations to open the lock and the bang of my attempts is produced an echo for the whole buildings. Also there is a huge gap between door and the floor so there is no sound proofing. I guess that automatic turn off the light system in corridor was in defective conditions so the light had turned on and off all the time with a switch sound and I have this light blinking in my room because of the gap. Guests of the room next to mine have come back at about 1.30 A.M. and I heard all their movements and the sound of their tv. A company of guests of the one of the rooms on my floor have come back drunk at about 5 A.M. they were screaming and singing. Because all of this I almost don't sleep. The room itself is average. As was previously written rooms are completely smelled of smoke. Beds are awful: the sunken mattress and squeaking base. Also I have a problem with a hot water in bathroom. It runs for a 2-3 min then turns into a cold and come back in a certain period of time. So it's almost impossible to take a shower normally. I very disappointed with my accommodation choice, I stayed in pension only once in Madrid and I really enjoyed it, but after that stay I barely chose a pension for my future trips.

Room was clean and tidy, suitable for 3 people. Close to the main square. Owner was nice and helpful who came immediately for help when we reported that there was no hot water for shower. Also, she sent us New Year's gift during our stay.

It's in fact a B&B. The tiny toilet was separated from the tiny bathroom. No space for putting clothes and towels in bathroom. Hot water from shower was unstable and we did not even have hot water on the 2nd night of our stay. Wifi was poor which seldom get connected. It's quite expensive for our stay.

The service was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to us in our room every morning at which ever time we choose. We returned to our room on new years eve to complimentary snacks, champagne and a gift. The room was very clean, big, comfortable and serviced daily. wifi in the rooms worked perfectly.There is nothing more we could have wanted. Location was amazing. Will never stay anywhere else in prague and will highly recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to prague. Excellent all round.

When arrived at hotel there was no one there. Locked outside in -10 degrees even though we had confirmed our arrival time. Unable to contact hotel, had to contact booking.com who eventually got in touch with someone to let us in. An hour and a half after arriving standing outside in the early hours of the morning

Nice quiet place in the centre of the city, in five minutes from Staroměstské náměstí.

i like it because it was very comfortable, clean and near center.
