The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful at every turn. Beyond that, my room was amazing with beautiful hardwood floors, luxurious bedding and gleaming chandeliers. |

Excellent location, beautiful residence and rooms, friendly staff, I plan to stay again. I recommend it! Using booking.com I made one booking in may for one night and made one more booking in June for one more night as my schedule had changed. This apparently caused some confusion and took a couple of phone calls to eventually resolved. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful during all of our stay. The food was excellent and the atmosphere cozy The hotel rooms had to be paid in CZK, which turned out to be about 10% more expensive than the euro prices in our reservation confirmation... |

The hotel offers luxury whilst placed only minutes away from the City Centre. The room was theatrically furnished and the bathroom was palatial. Thick towels, slippers and robes were provided and the staff spoke excellent English and booked tickets for us as well as some internet research on anywhere we had questions about. Parking is opp. the hotel, secure but expensive. We were asked to pay extra when checking out due to the Exchange Rate fluctuation since we had originally booked and paid in full - we refused the charge and it was removed from the Invoice but we do not think it should have been asked for. The Hotel had 100% of our payment for over 2 weeks before we arrived. |

This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. |

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was very roomy. The staff were very accommodating and eager to help when needed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to keep you going all day. There was everything there you would expect for a 5 star hotel. In fact, it was better than some Relais & Chateaux hotels we have stayed at. Very peaceful but central location. |

Ωραιότατο boutique hotel! Πολύ ήσυχο κεντρικό σημείο, πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη γέφυρα του Καρόλου στην πλευρά του κάστρου. Εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό (εκτός της υπηρεσίας αφύπνισης), ιδιαίτερο ντιζάιν (λίγο κιτς, αλλά ταιριάζει με το μπαρόκ της πόλης και δημιουργεί ζεστό & ευχάριστο περιβάλλον). Πολύ καθαρά και ευρύχωρα πολυτελή δωμάτια. Την υπηρεσία αφύπνισης και την ακρίβεια του ραντεβού ταξί για το αεροδρόμιο |

トラムの駅からも近く、スーツケースを持っての移動も苦にならない程度でした。また、周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気でとても静かでありながら、プラハ城をはじめ市内観光はすべて徒歩で回ることができ、大変便利でした。部屋の調度品もきらびやかでヨーロッパの雰囲気を満喫できます。朝食も美味しく、スタッフもとても親切に対応をしてくれました。お勧めできるホテルです。 |
