Hotel Alchymy Riverside  

ホテルは見つけ易かったし近辺にはミニスーパー有り小さい町なので歩いて観光にはOKです。

ゴミが未処理だったのが目に入りがっかり、 人数分のタオル用意無く、 液晶テレビも故障、 ９月の時期に朝食８時～遅くおもいました。 従業員少なく忙しく動いてる様子が見えたのでクレーム付けませんでした。

部屋が広く、インテリアのセンスがよい。また、ポプリやキャンドルなどが置いてあり、香りがよい。バスタブ- があり、入浴を楽しむことができる。スタッフが客の顔を覚えていて親切。

部屋の香りがよいのに、バスルームがカビ臭いのが残念。エレベーターがなく、ポーターもいない様子。タオル- を毎日取り替えてくれない。朝食のオレンジジュースに虫が入っていたことをスタッフに指摘したが、虫を取り- 除いただけで、再び出していた。

Beatyful castle view and location. Kind and helpful staff with good English skills. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Minibar is very well fitted. Strongly recommended all the way.

Room type was mixed up by the mistake of the staff, and therefore we should pay more than the original price; but we received discount and the staff was so kind and co-operative. This is not present on the booking.com webpage that the hotel has only 1 suit without castle view, and only 1 with it. Therefore you can book 2 suits on the webpage without castle view (with a better price), but when you check-in or during the payment, you will realize that in case you pay 2 suits, one of them will be more expensive... This should be double-checked and improved on the webpage.

Quiet and close to the castle.

Was a little surprise there are no cups, no amenities other than body and hand wash provided In the room. We stayed for two nights and our room was not make up after the first day, body wash was not refilled and it was quite empty when we checked in. Lastly, Was caught off guard when we were charged higher price than what I booked for on booking.com. So advisable to check your bill before paying.

The assistance of the staff was excellent.

The rooms were nice and spacious and the kind of rustic furniture nicely fits the whole feeling of Cesky Krumlov. The cafe on the castle side gives a great view on the river and the castle.

Very friendly hotel staff. Amazing breakfast on the terrace looking to the castle and watching the canooists falling into the water. Reccommend this place to anyone.

There was a receptionist who spoke really good English and went out of his way to help us. Location was excellent.

Jen malá poznámka k postelím. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, bohužel postele byly v podobě dvou válend, které se při pohybu rozjížděly :-)

Die beiden gebuchen Suiten waren sehr schön - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Die Lage und Größe des Hotels.

Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich.

Die Dame am Empfang war eine Katastrophe. Versteht kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch. Das war eine Zumutung. Weiters wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten deshalb zum Empfang und uns beschweren. Erst dann ist "die Kellnerin" mit auf das Zimmer gegangen und hat die Handtücher getauscht und den Müll ausgeleert. Bett wurde nicht gemacht, und sonst nichts gesäubert. Weiters wollte man uns dann noch den Frühstückskaffee doppelt verrechnen.
