位置好，酒店在河边，景色环境优美，酒店设施新，舒适温馨。

没有电梯，较为麻烦。早餐过分简单。

The best thing about Alchimy is the location. Although my room is not facing the river but it is really located on the riverside. Just a few steps to the bridge and very convenient. It has no lift but the staff offered to carry the luggage for us, which we very much appreciated. The room rate includes breakfast which is good enough for us, both choices and food quality. And we were having out breakfast right beside the river. The colour tone of our room make it seems like a bit old and too dark. But this is quite personal. Reference photos on the website quite reflect the truth.

It's so relaxing to have breakfast on the open air cafe facing the castle. Very comfortable room and very convenient location.

Very friendly hotel staff. Amazing breakfast on the terrace looking to the castle and watching the canooists falling into the water. Reccommend this place to anyone.

Het hotel was een mooi oud gebouw met ruime kamers, prachtig gelegen in het centrum van Krumlov.

Het hotel had geen 4-sterren niveau, terwijl de prijs dat wel was. Erg storend was het onderhoud van de kamer. - Bij aankomst waren er vlekken op de vloer van de badkamer. Onder de bedden was in geen maanden gezogen, zo dik lag daar het stof. - We waren er 4 nachten. In deze tijd werden de kamer en badkamer niet opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. Handdoeken werden maar 1 keer vervangen. Het personeel was erg jong (volgens mij was niemand boven de 20 jaar). Ze waren wel behulpzaam, maar spraken slecht Engels en geen Duits. 'Groeten' was er niet bij, maar dat deden alle Tsjechen.

Jen malá poznámka k postelím. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, bohužel postele byly v podobě dvou válend, které se při pohybu rozjížděly :-)

ホテルは見つけ易かったし近辺にはミニスーパー有り小さい町なので歩いて観光にはOKです。

ゴミが未処理だったのが目に入りがっかり、 人数分のタオル用意無く、 液晶テレビも故障、 ９月の時期に朝食８時～遅くおもいました。 従業員少なく忙しく動いてる様子が見えたのでクレーム付けませんでした。

Casa antica con camera spaziosa, bagno ok, atmosfera di altri tempi, parquet antico,direttamente nel centro storico ma tranquilla .

Parcheggio pubblico ( a pagamento) non così comodo, specie per trasporto bagagli. Più adatto a zaino che a trolley. Non del tutto semplice trovare l'hotel

Byli jsme nadšeni, personál dokonalý. Hotel nádherný, výhled na zámek. Prostě krása...
