Close to the airport
* old furniture * dirty bathroom * restaurant all in the smoke from cigarettes
Close to tram 22
In the room windows didn't have any blankets, one of the windows didnt have a hook, the cleaning lady didn't come in room like two days in a row, last day we didnt have any water ( the water was dirty and there weren't any hot water at all ) and there was a smell of a shit all day...anything ells?
filthy carpets old furniture restaurant did not cook during weekends far from city center (had to transfer 2 times) cigarette smell
Despite difficult communication staff tries to help. Location great.
Clean linen, only hand towel provided, sheets not fitted for beds. Slips off bed while sleeping. Hallways rundown worn-out stained. Stray cat wondering hallway s. Smoke smell permeates the hotel. Staff only speaks Czech. No hotel reception, only in adjoining bar.
The staff was terrible, he was unable to find the key for my room. The location is pretty far to the city center and you need to change the bus with tram. The hotel is dirty and the reception is at the bar.
no elevator, staff without smile, no food, wifi signal quality and speed are not so good.
Whilst the owners had little command of English they were accommodating when we took longer to get to the hotel than anticipated and were late for check-in.
The rooms were not as specified on the booking page. We booked 2 twin rooms and 1 double ended up with 3 rooms with 6 single beds in it. They were of varying quality, but were all clean. There was no fridge in any of the rooms we booked, but there was a fridge one of the corridors of the rooms. There was not a safe in very room and we couldn't see how to lock the safes that were there. There is no housekeeping so the towels do not get changed. This was a particular issue for our room as the shower was in the bath and there was no shower curtain and the water sprayed out of the shower head at a peculiar angle which meant that the floor and everything in the bathroom was soaked. One room was in the loft area and was extremely hot and noisy. The private parking was across the road and was always full and right next to an 'erotic city' shop and across from a nightclub with sauna and neon flashing lights. Rooms were paid for on arrival and no refunds were allowed. Had we seen the rooms we were actually given and seen they were not as booked on the website before paying we would have probably asked to all move into 1 room at a cheaper rate and been a little happier about it. It would be ideal for a stag weekend, but not a family holiday.
Only 11 min drive to the airport, free parking outside, reliable WiFi
A Soviet era relic hotel, barely good enough for a sleepover before your flight.
- the price -stuff was young and helpfull but hotel does not have anything to offer besides this
- restaurant was closed, even not possible to order breakfast - no possibility to change pillows or whatever (very uncomfortable pillows) - no single shop nearer 2km
The hotel is on an excellent public transport line which makes it easy to get around.
The room very clean, WI-FI
The fact that 24 hour reception should not be part of the add!!! I got there at 1 in the morning and had to go and find a place since no one was there!!
The hotel was perfect for the price we payed, it has a very good restaurant for a very affordable cost, and also the rooms are very comfortable and have good views
The only problem about this hotel is that it`s far from the center of Prague, but there`s a tranvia that is available 24/7 that leaves you right there in 30 minutes
The price, close to airport
With many old fashioned stuff, but this price is already fine
The worst place I've ever been to. They didn't clean the room for 7 days There is no reception but a stinky bar so I had to change all my clothes before going to meeting the hot water needs age to start and once you try to mix it with cold water it becomes freezing TV does not work Take it off from booking.com!!!
Near to Train station
Communication problem. The staffs there dont know english
It was very cheap. It was comfortable and clean.
Room was not attended to by housekeeping. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The television was the smallest and oldest I have seen in quite some time. I had to remove questionable photographs from the wall during our stay because we had young children.
The beer was cheap.
Everything stank of smoke! Bad behavior of guests and lack of response from owners.
Cheap food, cheap beer, you can easily get into the city by tram.
The staff didn't speak english, carpet on the walls, bathroom, no cafe in the morning (just from a vending machine)
it was close to the airport
every wear is smoking do room smells really bad, its not for families more gotworkers. it is in the middle of no wear, we felt very unsafe the only shop around was a sex shop.
Nice location: there is a tram stop near hotel, it's about 10-15 min to get to main sightseeings in the center of Prague. Good price. Value for money.
We got to the place only at night and although we had asked to meet us, there was nobody on the reception and the doors were closed, so we slept the first night in the car near the hotel. By the way, we met another man, who wasn't given a key from the front door and who also had to sleep outside.
