It takes you about 10 to 15 min. to get to the centre of the town on foot. Near the hotel there is the biggest sports area Svatý Petr (5 minutes' walk). A free ski bus stops about 200 metres from the hotel. After a day on the slopes, the cosy Relax Club with sauna, jacuzzi, solarium and massages in the main hotel building is a great place to recharge your batteries. Alpsky hotel also caters for the needs of business guests, providing a convention hall and a wine room, which can be used for seminars, trainings and other company, cultural and social events. Well situated close to main ski area 1. At the arrival, despite appropriate time (after 2 PM) room was not prepared; 2. In the room two heating radiators constantly leaked hot water, producing unbearable droping effect. 3. Standard of the room was definitively below 3* hotel level, with not properly fixed elements in the bathroom, spoiled hair drayer, completely destroyed mountings of curtains in the room. 4. The room was not even once vacum cleaned nor bathroom cleaned during the whole 7 day stay. Only waste bags were removed. 5. The food choice for breakfasts was extremly poor and daily problems with availability of clean plates occured, one day we were informed that food products couldn't be provided due to hygiene control. 6. Major problems to pay with credit card.

Arrived had to wait 10 minutes to find someone to book us in. Booked a double room said it was for single only. Location quite different to what was explained over internet. Not happy staying there...booked out after 1 night and paid full price which was in conditions

Nothing!! Somebody in 1920s gave this hotel *** but forgot to take them back one day. My family did not like everything in the hotel. People are rude and not polite. The rooms are very poor and not clean and the smell inside is like from the times of Sherloсk Holmеs. No wellness, no room for children (everybody smokes in this children room). The restaurant is dark and with dirty tables. If you want to pay with a credit card then you have to pay additional 2,5% for the room. No Wi-Fi, it works only near the reception desk.

The food at the hotel restaurant was great and reasonably priced. We ate there for dinner all 3 nights that we stayed there.

Cozy restaurant. Not to bad location. Personel not responsible for nothing !!! Problems with doors sometimes slam and u can`t open. Rooms like in shool dormitory not like 3 star hotel. No hangers in draws. Reception only till 7. Relation standart to price complitely incorect.

Be ready to pay additional tax on check-in. You can get another room, not the one you have booked, with the story that it is better than the one you have booked. Beds are of bad quality and you will be tired in the morning. Breakfast is poor. This hotel can be booked if there are no any others available.

Very nice and friendly staff, great food at the Restaurant (!), clean, simple rooms, nice view, good location (if you're by car) The Wellness Area is poor for the price you need to pay (12 eur for 1h Whirlpool and Sauna). The Whirlpool was medium warm and halfway filled, only. The water smelled funny. We got a twin bed even though we requested a double bed (oh well..).The hotel is not 4 stars, it's 3 stars. Nice hotel, but a little to expensive for what you will get. Don't pay for the "Wellness" Area!

Urlaub bei schönem Wetter in ruhiger Lage und freundlicher Bedienung. Gute Bedingungen für Kurzwanderungen. Als Skifahrer vermißten wir einen Haltepunkt des Skibusses in der Nähe des Hotels.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder wurden neu renoviert. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nur 500 m vom Lift in Svaty Petir entfernt. Das Restaurant ist nicht das Highlight. Es war in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet hätte üppiger sein können. An einem Abend war leider auch das Bier aus und das in Tschechien.

Poloha hotelu je dobrá, od centra města cca 5 minut pěšky. Ke sjezdovce je to také kousek. Bohužel pokud budete mít okna k silnici, nevyhnete se hluku aut. Snídaně jsou celkem chudé a je vidět, že se na hostech trochu šetří (např. kvalita surovin). Dveře do koupelny se zavírají velmi ztěžka a klika od okna občas zůstane v ruce.

Das rustikale gemütliche Ambiente, nicht so ein riesen großes Hotel, hier fühlt sich der Gast wohl. Das unser Hund mit uns Urlaub machen durfte. Der nette sympatische junge Mann an der Rezeption, der auf alle Fragen eine Antwort hatte. Die fleißigen Zimmermädchen, die jeden Tag das Zimmer in Ordnung gebracht haben. Das Frühstücksbüfett hatte ein gutes Angebot für jeden etwas, die Küche gut und schmackhaft. Rundherum sind wir sehr zufrieden, leider waren 3 Tage viel zu kurz!!!

Hotel mohu vřele doporučit pro svou přátelskou atmosvéru,čistotu,milý a ochotný personál a výbornou polohu. Jediným malým mínusem je vzdálenost zastávky ski busu.

Die Gestaltung der Räume im Hauptgebäude insbesondere das Restaurant 1820 sind schön gemacht, Essen war lecker, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Ein renoviertes Zimmer mit lcd tv und schönem Bad wie auf den Bildern ist sicherlich zu empfehlen. Leider standen nur noch Doppelzimmer im Anbau (altbau!!) zur Verfügung, die einer völlig anderen Kategorie als der auf den Bildern gezeigten entprechen. Da keine Zimmer im Hauptgebäude frei waren, haben wir uns um eine Alternative im Ort kümmern müssen.

Gute Küche und freundliche Service-Kräfte. Die Bilder haben überhaupt nicht unserem Zimmer entsprochen. Man sollte zuvor abklären in welches Gebäude man einquartiert wird. Wir waren im sich gegenüber vom Haupthaus befindlichen Gebäude. Davon ist dringend abzuraten. Es gab etliche Mängel im Zimmer (Heizung ging nicht auszustellen, tropfte und Fenster gingen nicht zu schließen, usw.).Davon ist also dringend abzuraten. Da war ich schon in besseren Jugendherbergen.

Het is leuk dat er dingen zijn,zoals bubbelbad, zonnebank en masseur waar je gebruik van kunt maken. al is het wel tegen betaling. Vies servies bij ontbijt, Kamer vies bij aankomst en slecht schoonmaken tijdens verblijf.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Fin beliggenhed i forhold til byen og pisterne. Flere af informationerne fra reservationen stemte ikke overens med de faktiske forhold på hotellet. F.eks. tager Alpsky Hotel ikke visakort, hvorfor vi pludselig måtte hæve kontanter nede i byen, for at kunne betale opholdet.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Manque wifi ou internet dans les chambres, mais peu gênant.Un peu loin des pistes de ski. Règlement en devise locale, carte internationale non acceptée.
