The price is reasonable for what the hotel offers and is within the resort itself, not far from the ski slopes. You can only pay cash. They should accept credit cards.

Много народа,много снега,но на горных лыжах кататься лучше когда небольшой мороз,потому что если +1,то за полчаса синяя трасса превращается в кашу,ооочень напрягает. Бесплатный лыжный автобус не останавливается около отеля,нужно идти от подъёмника либо наверх 1км или вниз около 400м.

Venlig service. Billigt. Godt børnevenligt ski område. Dejligt med restaurant på hotellet, efter en lang dag på ski. Rent og pænt. Ærgeligt at du kun kan betale med kontanter på hotellet

приветливый персонал(некоторые разговаривают на русском языке). очень понравился вид из окна, тишина. в ресторане неплохая вкусная еда. также есть в отеле детский уголок с игрушками 3-х местный номер очень маленький, отсутствует холодильник,на весь номер одна розетка за столом внизу(попробуй дотянись).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Heizung im Bad konnte nicht reguliert werden und trotz abgedrehter Heizung im Schlafbereich war es telweise unerträglich warm.

S pobytem na Alpském hotelu ve Špindlerově Mlýně jsme byli více než spokojeni. Atmosféra na hotelu je vlídná, až domácí. Personál ochotný, pokoje čisté a útulné, jídlo velmi chutné... Rozhodně máme v úmyslu se vrátit. Nic mě nenapadá. Vše k plné spokojenosti.

Prijemny a ochotny personal(od recepce po uklid),ciste a vkusne vybavene pokoje,priznive ceny,moznost wellness,vecere,vyborna poloha hotelu i v pesi dostupnosti. Rozkosny pejsek jako maskot. Cena vs kvalita -nelze vytknout ani jednu chybu :) Doporucuji !

Styl stavby a interier restaturace. Blízkost k lyžařskému areálu Sv. Petr. Přátelský personál restaurace. Paní recepční, která vystupovala jako úřednice magistrátu. Zarazil nás také požadavek na úhradu ubytování v hotovosti. Když jsme odmítli jít vybrat hotovost do města, tak nám byla účtována přirážka 2,5% za platbu kartou. V restauraci rovněž není možno platit kartou.Středověk. Neexistence jediného české TV kanálu.

Familienzimmer mit Bad als Durchgangszimmer. Kein Zimmerservice- Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Skiraum war nicht nutzbar. Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Keine Akzeptanz von Cardzahlungen- nur Barzahlung möglich.

Ochotný personál na recepci. Dobrá úroveň placené večeře, která ani nebyla předražená. Dostatek tepla. Levně opravený. Nekvalitní lůžkoviny na úrovni ubytovny a ne hotelu. Neuvěřitelně "drzá" pokojská, která se prakticky šla zeptat až na toaletu, která se v tu chvíli používala, stylem" Kdy už konečně vypadneme"! Ano bylo 10:21 hodin. Při tak zvaném úklidu se ani nestlaly postele. Velmi nízká úroveň snídaně, byly použity velmi levné a nekvalitní potraviny. Za plnou cenu hotel nedoporučuji.

Poloha, pěkné prostředí, přátelský personál, možnost dokoupení různých služeb, čisté a útulné pokoje, velké parkoviště, strava. Při zakládání rezervaci nebyl nejmenší problém a komunikace s hotelem ohledně našeho pobytu byla velmi příjemná. Vše odpovídá ceně, která je na špindlerův mlýn velmi dobrá...Byli jsme spokojeni a určitě bychom pobyt na tomto hotelu doporučili. Pobyt jsme měli od vnučky a nemáme, co bychom vytkli.
