Well situated close to main ski area

1. At the arrival, despite appropriate time (after 2 PM) room was not prepared; 2. In the room two heating radiators constantly leaked hot water, producing unbearable droping effect. 3. Standard of the room was definitively below 3* hotel level, with not properly fixed elements in the bathroom, spoiled hair drayer, completely destroyed mountings of curtains in the room. 4. The room was not even once vacum cleaned nor bathroom cleaned during the whole 7 day stay. Only waste bags were removed. 5. The food choice for breakfasts was extremly poor and daily problems with availability of clean plates occured, one day we were informed that food products couldn't be provided due to hygiene control. 6. Major problems to pay with credit card.

Nothing!! Somebody in 1920s gave this hotel *** but forgot to take them back one day.

My family did not like everything in the hotel. People are rude and not polite. The rooms are very poor and not clean and the smell inside is like from the times of Sherloсk Holmеs. No wellness, no room for children (everybody smokes in this children room). The restaurant is dark and with dirty tables. If you want to pay with a credit card then you have to pay additional 2,5% for the room. No Wi-Fi, it works only near the reception desk.

Personel not responsible for nothing !!! Problems with doors sometimes slam and u can`t open. Rooms like in shool dormitory not like 3 star hotel. No hangers in draws. Reception only till 7. Relation standart to price complitely incorect.

Very nice and friendly staff, great food at the Restaurant (!), clean, simple rooms, nice view, good location (if you're by car)

The Wellness Area is poor for the price you need to pay (12 eur for 1h Whirlpool and Sauna). The Whirlpool was medium warm and halfway filled, only. The water smelled funny. We got a twin bed even though we requested a double bed (oh well..).The hotel is not 4 stars, it's 3 stars. Nice hotel, but a little to expensive for what you will get. Don't pay for the "Wellness" Area!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder wurden neu renoviert. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nur 500 m vom Lift in Svaty Petir entfernt.

Das Restaurant ist nicht das Highlight. Es war in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet hätte üppiger sein können. An einem Abend war leider auch das Bier aus und das in Tschechien.

Poloha hotelu je dobrá, od centra města cca 5 minut pěšky. Ke sjezdovce je to také kousek. Bohužel pokud budete mít okna k silnici, nevyhnete se hluku aut.

Snídaně jsou celkem chudé a je vidět, že se na hostech trochu šetří (např. kvalita surovin). Dveře do koupelny se zavírají velmi ztěžka a klika od okna občas zůstane v ruce.

Das rustikale gemütliche Ambiente, nicht so ein riesen großes Hotel, hier fühlt sich der Gast wohl. Das unser Hund mit uns Urlaub machen durfte. Der nette sympatische junge Mann an der Rezeption, der auf alle Fragen eine Antwort hatte. Die fleißigen Zimmermädchen, die jeden Tag das Zimmer in Ordnung gebracht haben. Das Frühstücksbüfett hatte ein gutes Angebot für jeden etwas, die Küche gut und schmackhaft. Rundherum sind wir sehr zufrieden, leider waren 3 Tage viel zu kurz!!!

Die Gestaltung der Räume im Hauptgebäude insbesondere das Restaurant 1820 sind schön gemacht, Essen war lecker, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Ein renoviertes Zimmer mit lcd tv und schönem Bad wie auf den Bildern ist sicherlich zu empfehlen.

Leider standen nur noch Doppelzimmer im Anbau (altbau!!) zur Verfügung, die einer völlig anderen Kategorie als der auf den Bildern gezeigten entprechen. Da keine Zimmer im Hauptgebäude frei waren, haben wir uns um eine Alternative im Ort kümmern müssen.

Het is leuk dat er dingen zijn,zoals bubbelbad, zonnebank en masseur waar je gebruik van kunt maken. al is het wel tegen betaling.

Vies servies bij ontbijt, Kamer vies bij aankomst en slecht schoonmaken tijdens verblijf.
