Everything was excellent. The location , tram station in front takes you anywhere within no time. The Buffet breakfast was good . Overall everything was good and would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet -- it was just that everything was good and worked the way it should.

The breakfast is a really top point. And the localization at Holešovice, which is a district I learned to enjoy.

I think 4 stars is a little too much for this hotel, which, although is a good one, seems more a 3-stars one. And my bed was not comfortable: a little tough.

Only one bottle of water provided and i stayed for three nights.I would of expected a complimentary bottle for each night i paid.

Parking... Difficult to park the car, but is there so better then nothing.

The room is clean and the hotel looks modern. 10 mins walking distance from the metro station and 3 mins walk to the tram station linking to the castle and old town which is good. Can't remember if I paid the special offer but 3 nights for 130 euro is not bad at all.

Room is too small for a 4 star hotel. No orange juice for breakfast?

After a dinner at the restaurant the money had disappeared from his jacket pocket. Probably stolen from other guests at the next table.

Staff not very friendly. Sheets were changed after 4 days because i ask to change the bed! Booking say: "You will pay the hotel in the local currency (CZK) according to the exchange rate on the day of payment." - At the reception was a gentleman with glasses, massive and arrogant and he especially ask me to pay in euro not in local currency! The hotel restaurant is mexican. Breakfast give me the impression they have a part of food from the night before, mexican specific! The wi-fi is working poor with interruptions.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful and most of them spoke pretty good English. The location was alright, 2 minute walk to the nearest tram, and then a 5 minute ride to the center of town. The hotel had a nice deal - 2 days on a "Hop-on Hop-off" bus that takes you around the city. All in all - GREAT hotel :)

Very clean, pleasant, modern, comfortable hotel. The staff where courteous and friendly.

No tea and coffee facilities in the standard rooms which is very usual. The value added aspect for a few teabags and coffee sachets far outweighs the disappointment of not having what is included as standard in virtually all other western American and European hotel rooms I have stayed in. The food served in the restaurant needs to be a more neutral international favour. The food served in the "Mexican" restaurant is poor at present. Breakfast is too complicated (too much of it) and too Czech! Please take this as constructive criticism. Overall you are very nearly there to an excellent hotel.

the hotel was not far from center,easy to reach by tram and tube about 15 mins,the transport system in Prague is brilliant and cheap,I would stay at the hotel again.

It is conveniently located with transportation li9nks to the main touristic attractions. The hotel is good value for money with spacious rooms and in a quiet location.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and bed sheet and cover weren't changed. As far as breakfast is concerned, it offers a good variety of things however there was no information about the food ingredients. It may not be suitable for people with special dietary requirements such as vegeterians, vegans, muslims.

Quite nice hotel, room was clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff, quite good breakfast served in the Mexican restaurant. Close to the public transport - metro, tram; there is possibility of buying tickets at the reception desk.

Small parking with terrible entrance. I'd rather expect better facilities from 4 star hotel - but it was ok.

It's a really nice hotel with all comfort. Super friendly staff and a great breakfast. And the price is realy good. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee. For the rest great place to stay

Hotel Plaza is situated very well. It is a 1 minute walk from a tram that will take you either to metro (2 minutes) or to downtown in about 15 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast buffet is simply excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to sleep a jump away from a downtown but does not want to pay fortune for it.

Good location - close to public transport (tramway, metro), nice staff, fair Wi-Fi in the room for free. Acceptable breakfast.

Nothing wrong, but this is modest hotel and a bit far from historical part of Prague.

The staff was very friendly. Tasty breakfast, with regular variabiiity.

The toilette is located in small space, separated from bathroom - door is opening to inside and it is not really comfortable even for thin person. Very nice hotel if paying "special offer" prices, but I'm not sure if it is worth the money without discount

Mexican restaurant and bar attached was great. The staff were really friendly and can provide tram tickets and information. Newer lifts and great rooms. Stay here you won't regret it
