Great location. Good breakfast. Nice day staff. Great value for the money. Night staff was terrible. Tried to charge me 24 Euro for parking on a Sunday. Found free parking 5 minutes walk away. |

Location was reaaly good. It was too cold at the night and the pillow was big, but thin. It was not very comfortable to sleep. |

Definately value for money, and happy with location if you like walking or metro and trams are around the corner and are very cheap. Would stay there again and recommend to those on a budget |

The location is okay if you don't mind walking about 20min to the old town. I assume it would be nice walks in summer. It's closed to the tourist tram line and metro stops. The parking fee per night at the hotel was not as expensive as the ones in the city center for sure. The first night we encountered the staff that was not so friendly but the next morning we met a friendly one. The first night we got a room facing the street and it was so noisy at night (even with the double windows) and it was especially Friday night where there were police cars patrolling the city and late-night drunks. Fortunately the other two nights we changed to another room and it was peaceful. |

The hotel is very well located, with subway and tram less then a block from the hotel. The room was very clean and the breakfast very good. It`s a comfortable and pleasant hotel to stay. I didn't like that it is allowed to smoke in the breakfast room. There is a separeted area for smokers, but the place is too small and it's obvious that the smoke spreads all the area out. |

Even if it looked a little bit cold at the first contact, the staff was very helpful, kind and flexible. The Breakfast was really varied and excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was easily reachable by public transports and close to the city centre (20 minutes walking). This hotel is a good value!! |

We booked and paid for a triple room, but actually we were given a double room with a small plus coach without bed linen and the staff didn't made the third bed, not even later. All he facilities in the room (towels, glasses) were only for 2. |

Room was very spacious and quiet (no street noise). Staff was helpful and courteous. We arrived around 8:00am and, to our relief, were able to check in right away. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was very good. We would stay here again. |

It is a good choice when you are traveling with a toddler. It was clean, there was a high chair, and the hotel was close to tram-metro-bus stations. the personnel was very helpful. the weather was fine, therefore I can't judge whether it was a cold or well-heated room. there was also a small "Potraviny" market closeby which made it convenient to get sth for our daughter when necessary. the garage came in very handy at the day we rented a car and didn't know what to do with it in the evening. It is about 25 min from the Old Town on foot when you are pushing a pushchair (up the hill if you take Wenceslas Square), which became a problem with a cranky, sleepy toddler. so we just started taking the tram or metro to the hotel which took us directly to our door. Interestingly, although the hotel is directly on a busy street, the windows are soundproofed very well. however, I don't know how noisy it would be if you wanted to crack a window during the summer. |

The hotel location was great and the rooms were good value for money, cleam and big with a more than acceptable bathroom. The receptionist offered to book us a taxi to take us to the airport. The "taxi" was a private car and the driver tried to save gas avoiding gears as much as he could. The trip to the airport was a nightmare |

The recently opened City Central De Luxe hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from Pragues main boulevard Wenceslas Square and only 50 metres from the I. P. Pavlova metro station. |
Close to the very centre of Prague, just 5 minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square, the hotel is a good base for exploring this beautiful, historic city. |
The building of the Best Western Hotel Páv dates back to the year 1806, when it was called “The house of the three blackbirds” according to the sign above the main entry. |
This cosy family hotel is just a short walk away from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum, within easy reach of all of Prague’s sights. |
