Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very nice. Perfectly situated for seeing Prague as the subway is just around the corner. The subway stop is only a few away from being in the heart of the downtown area of Prague where all the happenings are going on. Just up the street is a kfc, MacDonalds, and an assortment of nicer resturaunts. There is a pharmacy close by along with lots of other stores to meet your needs.

I feel very confortable there. Really nice staff.

The hotel is excellent. I came with my gf after 4 days in Prague. This hotel was the third which we stayed in. The rooms are excellent, big, clean, beautiful & air conditioned. In my room I had a bathtub which was quite a surprise to me and my gf.. Just great. The location of the hotel at first looks quit remote but the most prominent advantage of the hotel is the proximity to the metro and the tram. In prague the public transportation is extraordinary and the proximity to the metro (50 m) will allow you to get anywhere in the town in very little money spend.. Ofcourse the airport and the florence bus stations become very accible to you. The staff is super helpfull and nice and the buffet breakfeast was simply excellent which will be perfect for everyone. My gf bought them a flower when we left he he.. I had a great time there and I highly recommend it, very much worth the price you are paying!

Location was absolutely fabulous, literally across the street or around the corner to a metro stop. Right next door to a wonderful Italian restaurant that had a Lego table for our young children to play at while we waited for food. Hotel room was a nice size for a family. We had a double bed with an extra bed and a baby cot in the room and there was still room to walk around. Reception lady was pleasant and helpful. Large elevator! Breakfast was nice and included.

Parking is very limited. Beds are not pillow top and I thought they were hard though my husband thought they were fine. Refrigerator smelled bad so I did not want to use it. Otherwise we were pretty pleased with this hotel!

The location was perfect! Close enough to walk to all the major sites but far enough from the center to ensure a quiet night.

This hotel has a great location, right beside Metro stop. You can also walk to the city centre (6 to 10 minutes) or the Old Town Square 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast is good, buffet style

Poor breakfast; every day everything is the same, they even powder juice... Staff on the reception barelly speak english. We stayed on the third floor and the Internet connection barely works there.

Definitely the staff!!!! I felt like at home! I chose this hotel because close to the church where I was getting married. In this hotel stayed most of my guests, most of them Italians and some of them kids. The staff has been very friendly, understanding and helpful. A big thanks specially to Mr. Jaromír (I hope I wrote it right) who helped me and my family in a few occasions. I stayed on the 5th floor and there was no noise at all

Honestly nothing... I chose as "after wedding" hotel a 5 stars one, but I definitely regretted it. I would have enjoyed my stay more in this hotel!!!!
