Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very nice. Perfectly situated for seeing Prague as the subway is just around the corner. The subway stop is only a few away from being in the heart of the downtown area of Prague where all the happenings are going on. Just up the street is a kfc, MacDonalds, and an assortment of nicer resturaunts. There is a pharmacy close by along with lots of other stores to meet your needs.

The location , the only male member of staff was very welcoming , smiled at all times , willing to help and genuinely customer service orientated No exaggeration but absolutely all female members of staff including receptionists were not as kind and as gentle as his male counterpart. Especially the receiption female staff , the housekeeping staff were more welcoming and smiling than all female receptionists included . One of them frowned all the time and her attitude was as if she was making a favour when asked for advice etc. I think the hotel would benefit a great deal by getting training from his male member of staff who seems to k know what he's doing and you can tell he enjoyed serving customers , whereas the ladies never ever similed or looked at you in the eye

I chose this hotel for the Location. It is midway to the Prague Congress Center ( near Vyšehrad) and the old city center. Therefore it is at a walkable distance of the city center when metro stops during the nigth and just 5 min away from the Prague Congress Center. The staff is friendly and helpful. the shower was quite small.

Overall was a nice stay in Alton Hotel. Very good value for money. Acceptable breakfast, room size and confort. 15 min walking from the city center and 1 min from metro station I.P. Pavlova. Close to good restaurants and shops. Hotel staff very friendly. Bathtub without water protection and some problem in the tap, which lead to water everywhere after the shower. Furthermore, very appreciated this hotel.

Clean and nice place to stay. Location just at the corner of I.P.Pavlova metro station exit which is just 2 stop from the main train station Hlavni nadrazi. From Prague airport the airport express bus which is the cheapest way of getting to and from the city.

Alton is a great place to stay while in Prague. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good, even on the fifth floor the wifi signal was good. A really nice place on a good location, friendly staff and a good price.

My room was very spacious and the bathroom too ( with huge bath tub!). Considering very central location (walking distance anywhere around central Prague the day the night with no need of public transport, yet next to the underground station, from where its easy to get to the airport and/or main train station), wi fi around all the hotel ( which I consider to be important these days), good breakfast and excellent price for all this, it was good choice out of all nice hotels which are on offer.

Very comfortable, clean, warm, modern, nice room, delicious breakfast. Like being home. Very nice employees. Hot water, the heating worked perfectly (which is important when you have -15º outside) Great situation: The hotel is right by I.P.Pavlova metro station, which is three stations away from Staromestská Námestí, the center of the city. It's ten minutes walking to Wenceslas Square. We asked for one double bed instead of two simple beds and they didn't hear us. The shower has no curtain or screen, what makes it a bit less comfortable to have a shower.

Отношение цены и качества на высоте. Отзывчивый персонал, русскоговорящий. В номере есть фен и моющие, которые постоянно пополняются. Отлично работал Vi-Fi. По телевизору, среди нескольких каналов есть один русский. В номере тепло, что можно регулировать самим. Чистота в номере: за 9 дней прибывания, убирали ежедневно, правда не очень тщательно, трижды меняли постельное бельё и полотенца. Правда постельное было с маленькими дырками, но зато чистое. При поселении предложили номер в котором от сигаретного дыма, можно вешать топор, хотя во время бронирования уделялось особое внимание, что требуется номер для не курящих. После получасового препирательства номер поменяли. Отвратительный вид из окна.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived shortly after 12:00pm. Even if check-in oficially begins from 2:00pm we have received our keys immediately. No problem at all.

This hotel has a great location, right beside Metro stop. You can also walk to the city centre (6 to 10 minutes) or the Old Town Square 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast is good, buffet style No tea/coffee facilities in the room
