Score from 423 reviews Very good
Very good price and a decent location (about 6-8 minutes on tram from Wenceslaw Square). Helpful staff, decent rooms and quite comfortable bed. Quite close to tram stops
A little difficult to find the hotel at first as it is one a side street.
Friendly staff; quiet room; comfortable bed and furnishings; excellent value for money; easily accessible to central railway station and other important locations.
Toilet was separate from bathroom and a bit cold.
Stayed 2nd time there. Every time felt very welcome. Clean rooms and free wifi.
Quiet ground floor room, quiet area.
The moments I had with my boyfriend and the breakfast at the beginning. Also the area is great.
The location, room and reception was great, that's all what I can say. I booked through another website, planning to have a nice holidays with my boyfriend. But the experience wasn't that great, I asked for a smoke room which apparently doesn't have in there, so they gave us the non -smoking room. On my booking said that the payment would be made when I arrive, instead without tell me they charged me the full price on my credit card. The room have a small kitchen wich was locked and they said just sorry you can't use, when we asked. The breakfast is included on the room price, you can get what you want, in any amount(good )but every single day was the same thing (bad ). The thing was they have a plenty of broken glasses on their edges, green ham was served as well the salam was spoiled too."Juice "was water with color. The first two days workers was on all balcony all the time - they apologize for the inconvenience(good). Even if you are a guest, they charge 10 % of commission, on the money exchange at the reception. Room service was nothing, cause we had to clean there, since the lady never colect the trash. Intead of colect the trash bin, someone end up colecting 2 of my jewleries! I just found out when I was already out of Prague. In there I missed one of my rings but thought would be in one of my jackets pr bags, we look everywhere but didn't want to make acusations. Because I travel all over the world, be in hostels, pensions, 3 to 5 stars hotels and never anything dissapear. Now one week later I notice that the ring I used on my first day there also was missig. So be careful in there. Very sad and disappointed.
It's a walk distance from main train station (10-15 min) and city center (20-30 min). Tram and metro station are quite near. Price wasn't high
Wifi was weak. Door in the shower was broken.
The location is very good. Near to city center
Great staff, woman on at the reception is nice and always smiling. The room is perfect to stay during the night, enough furniture to stack up a decent wardrobe for 2. Close to the bus station and a hill wherefrom you can see beautiful view to the city. Silent street, away from loud streets.
Internet was slow and the shower room needs some places where to put clothes, washing things and the shower holder was broken.
The location was good, not far away from the station. The room was clean and comfortable. And they offered nice breakfast.
Very good localization of a hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Very poor breakfast, and poor WiFi.
* very comfortable bed and clean linen;
Good place,, Kind and friendly crew Comfortable beds Clean and neat rooms
Little bit dark of the lights
they should give you diericton because you have to give the tram which is easy from ther hotel.
Quiet, large room, clean Good restaurant, bar nearby
Smokers in hallways and staircases
I already stayed there 3 times in 3 years. That speaks for itself.
That I couldn't stay longer.
3 stations to center clean and medium room very good price offer
breakfast only one sided wi- fi deconnecting and reconnecting
6 eur for breakfast is too much Shower gel was not provided every day, just 4 small packs on first day. High humidity in room on first floor(way not be true about other rooms).
- good location hotel - fast access to the Florenc - large apartment for a good price
- the broken shower door - Winter in the room especially in the evening when it is cooler outside
Nice a bit old-style quarter, quiet site
A bit away from transportation facilities.
No lift poor choice at breakfast
Good price, relatively close to the center
One (the single bad) of the 3 used rooms was smell as waste canal, probably there is some problem in bath room. Tight parking garage can be problem for big cars.
Big room, good location, friendly staff.
We pay all the days before.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel relatively close to the city center. Quiet area. Very pleasant, we enjoyed our stay very much.
The only two problems we had were the stained bed sheets and covers, and some spiderwebs on the wall.
It is in a walking distance from the city centre and the tram connection is very good if you don't want to walk. good free wifi
Our room was very small and smelly. The ceiling was full of spiders and spider webs. The bedsheets were really small and they didn't cover the whole bed. The breakfast was poor with very few options. We were given shampoo and bath foam but they were only samples and were enough only for one day. We had to go out and buy our own bath foam. It was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in Europe.
