Convenient location. That's it. Staff is unfriendly. Very poor service. I asked for a room located not on first floor with double bed. I got a room with twin bed exactly on first floor. There was not shower cabin, just a drain in a floor in bathroom, so there was a puddle after using shower. Washstand's drain was clogged. Of course, housekeeper new it but did nothing. There was strong smell of sigarette stubs in the room, thought I requested non-smoking room. Luckily for us we stayed only one night. |

The hotel was in center of Prague, very easy to get to the main turist atractions. Good value for money. Breakfast was good and included. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable |

The room was very clean and comfortable,the bathroom as well.Breakfast was good but not good enough for 4 star hotel.But overall we good a good hotel for a very good pric since there was a discount.Deffinitely recommended if there is a discount available. The receptionist the day we were checking out could only understand the basics in English.The location was good,just 10-15mins walk from the main square.But here should be better info provided from the hotel on how to get there using public transportation.And they should definately inform their customers about the problems at the discout offices. |

Its located within easy walking distance for all sights. The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is adequate for this style of hotel. I did find that some of the male staff were not as well mannered as they should be. If you're blonde and tarty looking you'll be ok. |

The room is slight out of my expectation..! and I like it very mcuh. - Breakfest need improve slightly and the room space is rather too small during that day. And hotel need to provide car park assistance to the guest. to a new comer to the town, its wasting time to locate the car parking area. and wasted alot of our time. still could not get a nearest and cheap parking for a day. |

Not exactly a 5* hotel but certainly better than average. Breakfast offered selection of cereal but few choices of hot food. All good food though - not just Czech cuisine! Room was an average size but catered all our needs - no tea\coffee facilities in room though. Good size bathroom with bath and shower. We did ask for a double room with a double bed but had two singles pushed together. Overall happy with hotel so would recommend if looking for ideal location. Everything within 15mins walk with Wencelas Square being 2-3 mins walk! |
