Room was spacious and with a lot of light, good beds. The location is close to the center withou beeing in the crowded part of the town. The reception team was very kind and professional. Break fast is complete including sweets, fruit, ham, cheese, etc...
WiFi some times lack of power.
No main light in the room, only lamps with switches at the base.
Newly renovated, clean, quiеt, good location
breakfast was good, but similar everyday
+ Near to some attractions (e.g. Old Town)
- Room: Superior with rotting ceiling, superficial cleanliness and cleaning - Parking: Although we booked a park place for our car, it was only organized when we got there. - Perspective: Although we booked a superior with a terrace like on the pictures, we hasn't a perspective like on those. - Breakfast: We found on each day of our stay dirty plates or cups. - Hospitality: Acceptable, but there is room for improvement. - Check out: I could not go down to my car in the garage to put some bags into it. We had to wait 40 minutes for our car which was in the hotel garage.
Problem with inbuilt Air conditioner. To be repaired. But they have provided me handy air conditioner.
Breakfast is good
Everything. Clean, fresh room. Big open area. Excellent prices and close to the main part.
That the taxi drivers the hotel call for you, don't have money metres in the car
Short walk to the pedestrian area and not far from the railway station. Helpful staff.
nice, helpful, obliging staff location big, tidy room value for money
"old style" restaurant (breakfast)
location. Cleanliness. Comfortable Bed,Luxurious Bathroom. Good and helpful staff.Enough elevator and modern.
Slippery bath tub. sauna massage advertise very complicate booking etc.Breakfast not to the par and minute before 10.they pull a curtain around food without prior warning.
The excellent accommodation, cleanliness and close proximity to Wenceslas Square.Very modern Hotel with all the facilities one could wish for.Excellent food in a great restaurant.
Value for money, especially in a place like Prague in the summer, was excellent. Breakfast was very good with many options and a much appreciated "healthy" touch. Location was excellent: close to Vasclavske Nam. (5 mins by foot) but far enough that you are not disturbed by the noise. Hotel is surrounded by affordable cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes by foot from subway station. Reception staff was very helpful with arrangements like taxis, printing tickets, etc.
No reserved parking for guests on arrival. One spot on the street should be reserved for arriving guests to at least unload and check-in. While the two small individual beds in the room can be put together, one queen size bed would be appreciated especially for couples for once without children. Guest should not expect to be entertained by the very limited number of channels available on room TV.
just one detail- the appointment paper twice sticked on the wall in the restaurant where was breakfast, with caution not to carry things from breakfast and the cost of take away service 5 euros. kind of impoliteness to guests. and a small board with list of coffees and price while breakfast was included in price. when there was that list, what quality of coffee was placed in "coffeemaker"?
We loved the location so close to the main areas and staff were brilliant about organising airport transfers for us!
The breakfast wasn't the best at all!I suppose being in Czech Republic it would be different style of breakfast than that in Ireland but I think a continental style would cater more for travellers.
I liked location as it's very central and within ten mins walking distance of Main area and three mins from sports bar where we saw gaa matches. Breakfast was very adequate, although would have liked some fruit and whole meal bread as it was baguettes only.
Bathroom badly laid out and difficult to shower without water splashing out on floor and no handrail which was problem as bath was very deep. Also no shelf beside wash hand basin to leave personal toiletries.
really really value for money
We had a spacious room that was quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the center and the mestre metro station. We were also told we could check out at 12 on the last day even though it states 11.
The air con seemed to be stuck on 24 degree c. But when you opened the windows it let in a nice breeze.
Very good standard, good price. Tasty breakfast with fresh fruit included, good service everywhere. Good space room. Very clean!
No food served by room service Saturday and Sunday. Air condition made the room a bit chilly. Bed a bit on the hard side, no small pillows to put under your neck.
Very well located, in the city center, close to every point of interest
We specificly asked for a large bed, a double room when we made the booking, instead when we got there there was a twin room(separte beds, separate sheets) waiting for us(we're just married, how could anyone think we wanted separate beds??!!). When I went with my priblem to the reception, the mss/mrs who was there said that all the rooms were the same and that nothing could be done at the time, just put the 2 beds together she said(??!!). And tomorrow someone will put a bigger sheet(really?!! That's the answer I get at a 4 star hotel in the middle of prague???!!!!) anyway..Nothing could be done at that time..exept for me to move the 2 beds coser to one another. We travel to Prague quite often(at least twice a year) and this was the first and definitly the last time we chose this hotel.
every thing except parking
Issues with the aircon. Would not set lower than 26.c. Slept terrible due to the heat in the room. Dirty carpet in room. Breakfast not enjoyable. Definitely not a 4* hotel. More a 3* hotel.
The room was very good, very spacious and clean (this goes for the bathroom, too). The location was OK during the day, as it was close to most sights, but you had to be careful at night.
I found breakfast OK but my partner didn't like it -it needs to be improved. The bathtub was high, so it was a bit difficult to get out of it, as it lacked handles on the walls.
