Great location in the centre, cosy and clean room, nice breakfast, excellent stay
Every time need to log in to use wifi, not so convenient.
I like the location and price and serives
Till now I don't know about my payment in vise not release the authorization for my visa
The room was nice and clean. I liked the bathroom a lot. Location is OK if you want to sightsee.
In my opinion it's more like 3* hotel. breakfast was OK but not very good, I didn't like coffee and croissants finished long before end of breakfast.
Really amazing staff...everything was really good!
Wifi didn't work. TV worked when I first checked in but then lost all channels. USed wellness centre but sauna didn't warm up (rest of facilities ok) room came with a kettle but no tea/coffee etc.
Exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel. Only criticism is the stained carpet in the room. All else was clean and tidy.
very nice hotel
10 minutes walk from the Metro and from the trams. Close to a 24h minimarket and any kind of restaurant.
Breakfast, ok it's international but a nice coffe or tea and some croissant or are definetely the basics.
There was good selection of breakfast food and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a rather convenient location: close to the opera and fifteen minutes walk from Old Town.
The location wasn't that great. As a single female traveler I felt uncomfortable walking to the hotel at night. Past 9pm there were guys on the street that catcalled. Having walked all throughout Lesser Town and Old Town at night, I feel like this part of New Town is not the best part to stay. It's also not in the most picturesque part of town.
Large, comfortable room. Very good bathroom with plenty of hot water and an efficient shower.
Totally impersonal. Staff never acknowledged us. Poor lighting in room. No hospitality tray and nowhere to get any kind of drink in hotel after a day sightseeing or sit comfortably other than bedroom. Hot breakfast food often lukewarm.
Good location, quiet room №704,good breakfast. There are many cafes and restaurants, public transport is not far from the hotel, but we just walked. We would like to stay in Amarilis again.
It is a pity that we didn't have supper in the hotel because we didn't like their evening menu.WiFi was good but every time you used it you had to log in.
Location, value for money
Stains on the carpet, huge uncomfortable pillows
+ location + spa center downstairs in lobby
- bad bathroom (sink, bath),
Location close to Wenceslas Square.
Two separate beds, after the merger very uncomfortable for a couple.
The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and with agreeable natural light. The location is very good, just a few blocks from main avenue and main sights.
The breakfast was not tasty as the products were not natural (artificial juice, watery machine coffee, lack of fruit -excepting a couple of dry oranges, etc). There were no shampoo nor conditioner in the bathroom.
Very good location and very nice value for the money !
location couldn't be better. 500meters from Wenceslas square and 5-10min walk from the old town and Charles bridge.
corridors are noisy, can here all the other guests opening and closing their doors from your room and all noise in the corridor.
pillows and ved v.v.comfortable.breakfast gd.quality.
staff not very talkative.breakfast staff never uttered one word for our three breakfasts......
absolutely recommendable! ... - huge breakfast buffet (warm, cold) - very helpful, kind staff - very clean room (cleaning on a daily base), safe included - central area of prague (a lot of sights within walking distance ... very close to wenzel-square) - nearby restaurants, cornershops
nothing about the hotel itsself ... we travelled to prague by car, found it difficult to find one of the rare parking lots (especially within the central area of prague) & heard about severe fines – fortunately our receptionist informed us about several options (hiring a parking lot in front of the hotel or at a nearby garage or parking outside prague); she even helped us to find a reasonably priced ("prague-wise" really cheap), nearby option immediately (though we arrived very late & all of the hotel's parking lots were booked already) <--- thanks a lot for this, again!
The central location, as we walk to most of the sights. The personell was nice and helpful- we checked in earlier, just 10 min after we got to hotel, even though we were expected to do this after 14.00.
It was a bit cold the first 2 days of stay, and the heat device didn`t really work.
I really liked our room! Very nice and clean with everything we needed. Located on a nice, quiet street.
The location is deceptively far from the old town area of Prague. It's about a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square but from there it takes about another 15 minutes to the Charles bridge. Had I known more about Prague I would not have chosen this location.
Quiet localization and not far from the city center. Nice staff.
Room carpet was dirty. Uncomfortable bed, the sleeping pillow was too high. Almost no fruit for breakfast and no gluten-free options.
