Perfect location for just anything in Praga, nice suite at a good price, excellent pickup-services at the airport. The service staff speaks several important world languages, including fluent Russian. Also very good breakfast services, functioning perfectly from 6' in the morning! Please, implement a routine to clean the curtains in the rooms after summer. Seems open windows during summer has collected all the dust of streets of Praha in the curtains :-) |

The room was large and comfortable, all the amenities were satisfactory. The position is central with very good connection (two underground lines) . Good starting point for a walk in the old town. I booked a rate in Euro but I paid I in czk . The change applied is around > 8-10% than what expected. Be prepared for that. I asked for a "no smoking room" but when I entered in the room, the smell of smoke was hard to bear. |

Particularly enjoyed the Thai & Wellness Centre. The treatments were the best ever experienced & the staff were very pleasant. Will be recommending it to all my friends Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will definitely return. I enjoyed the food etc in the bar next to the Thai & Wellness Centre but found the decor somewhat drab. The friendliness of the staff made up for what the room was lacking in decor & ambience. |

The staff were excellent - very helpful and they spoke English. The restuarant was not busy but the food was excellent and very good value for money. very good buffet breakfast. the location was excellent. The room we were given did not have air con and it was very warm and stuffy, especially at night with the curtains closed. We had to open the window and then we were kept awake most of the night with the noise from the street (as our room was on the main road!). The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were rough on the skin. I would advise people to ask to be moved if staying in the older part of the hotel. |

Right in the center of the city, close to everything. Thai Massage was brillient and ok price. Breakfast was very good aswell. None. Hotel Bar is very expensive but was expected. Never step into Goldfingers next door, it is a total rip-off. |

This hotel is very well positioned for sightseeing in Prague with many attractions of the city within easy walking distance and Metro and tram stops within a couple of minutes walk. The breakfast was of a high standard for Prague (where I have found the standard to be low in other hotels) I particularly liked the facility for freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes. The receptionists at the front desk were helpful and informative. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will book it again for my next trip. It is sometimes a bit noisy at night with sounds from the revellers in the street in Wenceslas Square drifting up. However I was on the third floor and still managed to get to sleep. I was appalled to be charged 260 krona for two tiny plastic bottles of water (nearly £9) from the mini bar. I think that this needs to be addressed as I felt ripped off and this was the only negative thing in my holiday. |

Great location, in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops as well as to the historical part of the city and Charles bridge. Very nice and comfortable rooms and the best breakfast we had ever eaten in the hotel. Room with the view on Vaclawske Namesti was very loud for the whole day and night. Also there was no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room. As to the hotel parking we had problems with finding place, because it is part of public parking along the street. |

the room was spacious and clean. For the price the beds could have been bigger and the noise (drunk & rowdy patrons) from the street below went on all night. |

Shopping, the historic part of town, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Hotel food good apart from breakfast which is a bit mediocre. Rooms are clean, nicely designed and spacious. Good value for these days. |
