部屋はとても狭く、寝るだけで良いという人以外には不向き。一見清潔そうだが、ホコリっぽく空調が悪い。在- 室中に清掃が来たので、後にしてと言って、後でスタッフに依頼したら「もう掃除人は帰ったので出来ない」と- 言われた。駐車場は敷地内と記載されていたが３００メートル以上離れていた。

This hotel was excellent! When we arrived the room they were to give us was not set up so they gave us other rooms without hesitation. The staff were always friendly and accommodated all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the quiet location, and its convenience to a metro station just 2 stops from Wenceslas Square, The hotel was bright and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and our budget room for 3 was surprisingly roomy. The inclusive breakfast was excellent as was the other meal we ate in the hotel. I would highly recommend the Ametyst Hotel - whether for business or leisure.

Luxury and at the same time cosy hotel with comfortable big rooms is situated about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Prague. Professional and helpful staff. Verious and tasty breakfast.Only excellent impressions!

good quality in everything. Located close to city center. Very neat and friendly staff. Internet costs only 10 Euro for whole stay. Too small room. I never thought a 4 star hotel can have such a small room. And the view out of my window was not a good one.

The website indicates that the rooms have queen beds and the room I had didnt have one, it had a very tiny and small bed which was very uncomfortable.

Location within walking distance to city centre, not expensive access to wifi internet. Although hotel is not modern, it is clean and comfortable with nice choice for breakfast Parking places - few within the hotel and impossible on the street, though with Prague's communication it is possible to park a car cheaply on the outskirts of the city

Very clean and well managed hotel. Although my single room was small it was very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area but near to public transport. Although the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood the noise inside the hotel is awful. The rooms have been renovated and are nicely furnished and equipped. But the walls and the doors are very thin and the place is very noisy. The cleaner's storage room was next to my room and there was constant loud noise from before 8am. I had the family from hell staying in the room next to mine, children shouting and banging doors in the morning. The rooms have doors with a strong automatic closing mechanism so they all slam shut - very noisy.

our stay has been awesome! great staff (attitude), very dog- and kidfriendly hotel. definitly recommandable! yummy breakfast! that we had to wait almost an hour on our dinner at the hotel restaurant 'La Galeria'. only one waiter for a full restaurant just did not match up...

This is a very nice hotel, located away from the busy tourist area, but conveniently close to public transportation. The secure parking is a plus. The breakfast is very good. A great value!

The Ametyst is well located in a Czech district, the room was generally comfortable,the facilities were good and any issues were quickly resolved by the staff. The only thing we did not like was the two single quilts on the double bed as we feel this undermined the otherwise good comfort levels.

The location The hotel is very similar to much cheaper hotels in the area (less than half the price!). The 4 star definition is not justified and certainly not the "boutique" description on their website. We had a room under the roof which was fine as such, but although it wasn't too warm in Prague during our stay, the room became quite hot. During the night you either had to leave the windows wide open, which was not possible during rain, or you had to keep the air-conditioning on all the time.

хороший 4х звездочный отель, доброжелательный персонал , удобная локализация - 10 мин от метро пешком, 30 минут от вацлавки пешком, отличное цена/качество соотношение. завтрак однотипный, каждый день одно и тоже.

In posizione un po' defilata, che assicura tranquillità e totale relax, ma comodamente servito da mezzi pubblici e metro. In 5 minuti a piedi si è su Nàměsti Miru (metro) o sulla via Francouzskà (tram) e quindi vicinissimi al centro di Praga. Ideale per viaggiatori alla scoperta della città, ma anche a famiglie con bambini. Pulizia e cortesia eccezionali. Troppi giorni di pioggia ad agosto. Avevo prenotato il bel tempo...

sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage, Zu Fuss ca. 15 Minuten am Wenzelsplatz, Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, für Prager Verhältnisse sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren etwas warm, trotz Klimaanlage. Zum Glück hatte das Zimmer noch ein Fenster.

“We were picked up from the airport with the free shuttle of the hotel. We were able to change the room given to us to a better one by the help of the receptionist.
