Comfort and decent breakfast

They tried to make me pay the internet use but I did not. Price is quoted in EUR but want you to pay in CZK at a rate they establish: it was 25 to 1, not bad but is the usual crap in Prague with the exchange rate

Clean and staff excellant

Sofa bed not suitable for adult as requested on booking form, bar area to small for size of hotel and not enough restaurant open in the evening.

The Ametyst is well located in a Czech district, the room was generally comfortable,the facilities were good and any issues were quickly resolved by the staff.

The only thing we did not like was the two single quilts on the double bed as we feel this undermined the otherwise good comfort levels.

Location within walking distance to city centre, not expensive access to wifi internet. Although hotel is not modern, it is clean and comfortable with nice choice for breakfast

Parking places - few within the hotel and impossible on the street, though with Prague's communication it is possible to park a car cheaply on the outskirts of the city

This hotel was excellent! When we arrived the room they were to give us was not set up so they gave us other rooms without hesitation. The staff were always friendly and accommodated all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well managed hotel. Although my single room was small it was very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area but near to public transport.

Although the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood the noise inside the hotel is awful. The rooms have been renovated and are nicely furnished and equipped. But the walls and the doors are very thin and the place is very noisy. The cleaner's storage room was next to my room and there was constant loud noise from before 8am. I had the family from hell staying in the room next to mine, children shouting and banging doors in the morning. The rooms have doors with a strong automatic closing mechanism so they all slam shut - very noisy.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstückbüfett war reichhaltig und appetitlich angerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war gut.

Abholung vom Flughafen durch das Hotel :angeblich privater Taxi-Dienst gepflegtes Fahrzeug Aber : kein Taxameter ,Fahrer fuhr sehr hektisch,konnte keine Quittung erstellen,hatte angeblich kein Wechselgeld Rückfahrt auf eigenen Wunsch durch offizielles Taxi : andere Strecke, sehr ruhige Fahrt , war billiger als Hinfahrt , Fahrer hatte kein Euro-Wechselgeld , aber Gerät für unbare Kreditkartenzahlung

Тихий уютный отель находится в пешеходной зоне. До Вацлавской площади 10 мин пешком, ближайшего метро - 5 ми н . В номере было чисто. Постельное белье меняли через день. Завтраки не плохие, можно выбрать на свой вкус.

Специально заказывала 3 местный номер - ребенку 7 лет. Но у ребенка была доп. кровать (раскладушка) у окна. Будьте внимательны при заказе.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, aber etwas zu klein.

Die Zimmer sind zu klein. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank.

хороший 4х звездочный отель, доброжелательный персонал , удобная локализация - 10 мин от метро пешком, 30 минут от вацлавки пешком, отличное цена/качество соотношение.

завтрак однотипный, каждый день одно и тоже.
