We found the service prior to arrival very helpful, the staff wanting to make your stay enjoyable, the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean and the breakfasts a very good standard. Overall an incredible price for what we received and justifying its four star rating. No real complaints. However, it is a 20min walk to the Old Town, which you must allow for. It has a bar and sitting area being built, which will be provide that little bit extra for the evenings. Probably the only little niggle was although there are tea and coffee facilities in the room, there is a charge of 2eus.....for a sachet!

Great hotel, freat value for money. We stayed in Prague for 3 nights and were totally satisfied by our acomodation. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast very good as well! Definately recommend it! Parking in Prague is forbidden for non-citizens!! We had our cars towed away outside the hotel! Payed 60euro each car! The hotel offers parking spaces for 25euros/day which is expensive but safe!

Good location - 15 minutes by foot to city center. Rich breakfasts, which are served in the convinient time.Comfortable and clean room, TV with Russian channels. Several times hotel was trying to charge us with some payment while we did prepayment (as requested the embassy and not reservation conditions) and even after our stay they also was trying to take some money from our credit card.Breakfast could be more diverse. If you window is coming out the road so be ready to the noice of traffic and police horns mostly at night.

Very good location, close to the metro line and to Prague's most interesting disticts - not only the touristic ones. Walk one way and you will get to I.P. Pavlova square, one of the hearts of Prague's day-to-day life in 5 minutes. Walk the other way, and you will cross the impressive Vysehrad bridge and get to the Vysehrad Castle (perfect park for jogging). The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms cozy and clean.

Everything was great! Stayed there in the first half on September 2011. Placement of the hotel is good - it took us 10-15 minutes of walking to get to the National muzeum, around 20 minutes of walking to Vyshegrad, 5 minutes to metro station I.P. Pavlova, which is also passed by many trams. The hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned every day while we were away. We didn't expercience any problems with that at all. Our stay was very comfortable. Don't pay too much attention to the comments which say that breakfasts are poor. They are perfectly fine if you want to have a breakfast but not to try different cuisines and spend a couple hours on your first meal in a day. The only bad thing I can remember is that pillows were way too soft and they didn't have toher ones. This caused neck- and backaches every motning - we are used to sleep on harder pillows.

Excellent choice. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. I can just recommend it, definitely worths its price, I would come back! Kitűnő választás volt. Barátságos személyzet, gyönyörű, tiszta szobák. íZletes, finom reggeli. Csak ajánlani tudom, határozottan megéri az árát, máskor is szívesen választanám!

We had two bedrooms for our family of four. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and functional. The hotel staff was not particularly helpful. It's also a bit of a walk to the old town, esp at night after a long day's sightseeing.

Generally very good hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from the metro and central Prague within walking distance. Room was comfortable and a great choice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Our room was situated between the lift and stairwell so from about 6am there was a lot of footsteps and lift noise. As we were only there for 2 nights this wasn't too problematic, we would have requested to be moved if our stay was any longer.

Very comfortable, easy to reach, clean and good value for the price. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The price on the website in the day of the arrival was half the price we have booked for and eventually had to pay. Not only our room, but all room prices were half the price before. Our bad luck and weird pricing policy I guess, but it is not fair to be that much punished for booking in advance. And parking is a bit too expensive (25 EUR a day!)

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us, the breakfast was perfect with an endless variety of delicious food, the room was relatively spacious and we managed to fit in our little boy babycot, the hotel was 10 - 15 minutes away from the city centre I was surprised that the coffee provided in the room was not free, I had to pay 150 cz crown (6 euros) at the checkout which I was unhappy with. So be careful the coffee sachets are not free!!!!. I was happy with the rest though

It was conveniently placed for visiting the centre of Prague on foot but out of the tourist zone for restaurant prices. Staff were helpful, polite and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good value and delicious. Tea and coffee had to be paid for in the rooms. I expect to pay for the minibar but not for tea and coffee.

Nice looking hotel, very clean, parking place in front of the hotel, good breakfast, helpful stuff. Public transport not so close to the hotel (7-8 min by foot to the nearest metro/tram station). I the early morning, noise coming from the street (police, ambulance maybe...?).

This is a great hotel near the center of Prague. It has a lot of amenities for the price I paid during a great event. I spent three nights in the hotel and was completely comfortable. The bed made me sleep like a baby! The bathroom was excellent! The staff were very accommodating. It's not too far from shopping and other activities :-) It would be nice to be told a little more about their offered services and also the city of Prague during check-in. I noticed they had an in-house car service that would have been beneficial during my stay, but it was not mentioned and so I was not aware of the option. They do provide guides, but it's always good to get helpful hints from those who live in the city!

One of the more expensive hotels on my budget city trip. But good value for money. The room was cleaned completly ahold we were in the city, fresh sheets and new towels. We had the luxury to park our cars in front of the hotel. From the hotel you can walk in about 15 minutes to the centre. Parking our cars cost 25 euros a night per car. Although they are guarded by the hotel I still think that price is high.

The hotel was lovely! Clean, comfortable, located fairly close to public transport, and our stay was very enjoyable! Highly recommended! Charging guests for using the coffee maker in the room was a strange phenomenon. :)
