We found the service prior to arrival very helpful, the staff wanting to make your stay enjoyable, the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean and the breakfasts a very good standard. Overall an incredible price for what we received and justifying its four star rating. No real complaints. However, it is a 20min walk to the Old Town, which you must allow for. It has a bar and sitting area being built, which will be provide that little bit extra for the evenings. Probably the only little niggle was although there are tea and coffee facilities in the room, there is a charge of 2eus.....for a sachet!

Excellent choice. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. I can just recommend it, definitely worths its price, I would come back! Kitűnő választás volt. Barátságos személyzet, gyönyörű, tiszta szobák. íZletes, finom reggeli. Csak ajánlani tudom, határozottan megéri az árát, máskor is szívesen választanám!

Customer service is impeccable : I had a problem with my credit card and they were very understanding and patient until my problem with the bank was solved. Despite this issue they still gave me the room I priory requested by email. They helped us make reservation to the Jazz Boat (must do while in Prague!!) and they printed us the check in pass for the flight back. Big room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, extremely clean. Staff very friendly and helpful (everybody speaks English well). The breakfast was the best I've ever had (and i traveled a lot), it truly has everything. Very close to the metro station, 10 min walking. Awesome hotel from all points of view!!!

One of the best hotels valuable for money we spent! Very clean, with excellent breakfasts, free wi-fi and great staff with good english so rare for Prague. It is a little bit far from the old tower but it never took us longer then 20 min to get there on foot. A very good connection with Mala Strana and Prazsky Grad (Tram 22 near metro IP Pavlova in 3-5 min walk from the hotel).

Clean room and bath, the bed O.K., room has air conditioner and isolated windows. (If you want sleep in a city hotel, in warm weather switch the air co. Instead of open the window... A city hotel is not a mountain lodge anywhere in the world ...) The buffet breakfast is good, the staff was helpful. At the check in we have received a map and info where we can find the most important places and how we can go there. The location of the hotel is O.K., tram & metro station is 2-3 minutes, tram No.22 Deliver you direct to the castle district. Venceslas square is 10-15 minutes on foot. There are restaurants and food stores 5-10 minits from the hotel, I recommend you the "Matylda" restaurant (Tylovo námesti 1.), tasty food, friendly staff and environment, normal prices. If you want buy Czech beer to take home or for gift, walk from the hotel toward the the city center and before the first traffic lamp there is a store on your left with good selection of Czech beer specialties. Shortly: the hotel is good choice for a city trip and visit few castle nearby Prague. Not a big problem, but the fan in the bath (room No. 209) was not working and the bulb in a lamp was not working already. In a 4 star hotel shall chek things like this more frequently.

The service of the efficient receptionists is friendly and helpful, Diana is especially charming. The hotel located in a great location near the city center with very good transport accessibility, and even though our room was located above the main road it was quiet. The price is fair, especially for bed and breakfast only - it is in fact what we were looking for. We traveled with two girls, ages 3 and 5 years , the room was large and comfortable. The double room we visited was also larger that we would expected. Scrumptious breakfast, all homemade feel, and the cakes ... The cakes were just excellent! We Slept at the hotel for six nights, and we were happy with every minute. And of course - Wi-Fi internet at the hotel, also in the rooms themselves (!), And computers for the guests' use in the reception area. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Room has coffee and tea at a cost of 2 euros. We bought a box of tea bags at a local shop.

Generally very good hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from the metro and central Prague within walking distance. Room was comfortable and a great choice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Our room was situated between the lift and stairwell so from about 6am there was a lot of footsteps and lift noise. As we were only there for 2 nights this wasn't too problematic, we would have requested to be moved if our stay was any longer.

Very comfortable, easy to reach, clean and good value for the price. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The price on the website in the day of the arrival was half the price we have booked for and eventually had to pay. Not only our room, but all room prices were half the price before. Our bad luck and weird pricing policy I guess, but it is not fair to be that much punished for booking in advance. And parking is a bit too expensive (25 EUR a day!)

It was conveniently placed for visiting the centre of Prague on foot but out of the tourist zone for restaurant prices. Staff were helpful, polite and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good value and delicious. Tea and coffee had to be paid for in the rooms. I expect to pay for the minibar but not for tea and coffee.

Good location - 15 minutes by foot to city center. Rich breakfasts, which are served in the convinient time.Comfortable and clean room, TV with Russian channels. Several times hotel was trying to charge us with some payment while we did prepayment (as requested the embassy and not reservation conditions) and even after our stay they also was trying to take some money from our credit card.Breakfast could be more diverse. If you window is coming out the road so be ready to the noice of traffic and police horns mostly at night.

Very good location, close to the metro line and to Prague's most interesting disticts - not only the touristic ones. Walk one way and you will get to I.P. Pavlova square, one of the hearts of Prague's day-to-day life in 5 minutes. Walk the other way, and you will cross the impressive Vysehrad bridge and get to the Vysehrad Castle (perfect park for jogging). The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms cozy and clean.

Everything was great! Stayed there in the first half on September 2011. Placement of the hotel is good - it took us 10-15 minutes of walking to get to the National muzeum, around 20 minutes of walking to Vyshegrad, 5 minutes to metro station I.P. Pavlova, which is also passed by many trams. The hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned every day while we were away. We didn't expercience any problems with that at all. Our stay was very comfortable. Don't pay too much attention to the comments which say that breakfasts are poor. They are perfectly fine if you want to have a breakfast but not to try different cuisines and spend a couple hours on your first meal in a day. The only bad thing I can remember is that pillows were way too soft and they didn't have toher ones. This caused neck- and backaches every motning - we are used to sleep on harder pillows.

This is a great hotel near the center of Prague. It has a lot of amenities for the price I paid during a great event. I spent three nights in the hotel and was completely comfortable. The bed made me sleep like a baby! The bathroom was excellent! The staff were very accommodating. It's not too far from shopping and other activities :-) It would be nice to be told a little more about their offered services and also the city of Prague during check-in. I noticed they had an in-house car service that would have been beneficial during my stay, but it was not mentioned and so I was not aware of the option. They do provide guides, but it's always good to get helpful hints from those who live in the city!

One of the more expensive hotels on my budget city trip. But good value for money. The room was cleaned completly ahold we were in the city, fresh sheets and new towels. We had the luxury to park our cars in front of the hotel. From the hotel you can walk in about 15 minutes to the centre. Parking our cars cost 25 euros a night per car. Although they are guarded by the hotel I still think that price is high.
