The hospitality was at the lowest possible level. (Non) Cleaning was jeopardizing our health-safety. Despite our kind and repeated requests, the hotel staff was not able to provide hot water in the room.

The stuff is very friendly and speak good English!!! Parking available ot site and is free of charge.

Internet is a little wanky but operational. It was a little bit cold in the room!

Very uncomfortable old mattress, dirty carpet in a room, poor housekeeping- they didn't even change bathroom towels after the first night, slow wifi, we couldn't properly shut the window...

Nice hotel, good value for money. Excellent location, 100m from the metro station, 300m from Staropramen brewery. Free parking in the front of the hotel.

the bed was lovely and the room suited our needs

There was no plug in the sink so receptionist gave us one but this didnt fit- we were then told there were no more plugs. I requested different pillows as allergic to feather and was told they would be changed- they weren't. We were told we should pay in euros at the hotel, but when we arrived we were told we would be charged for doing this. We were told no payment before arrival necessary but money taken from my account two weeks before travelling. There was no hot water for showers on our second night , we were offered a move to another room but at 10 at night we didn't want to do this. No milk in the room to make our tea with. No phone in the room so had to keep going down to reception with problems.

Cozy hotel, room warm and with all little amenities we need and more. Minibar prices were reasonable and breakfast was complete and good tasting.

I was a bit unlucky with my housekeeper who forgot to put a linen over the mattress cover, and when I requested someone to fix that, the receptionist could barely speak english - only enough to tell me there was no housekeeping staff available (at 5pm?). Had to sleep on the bed cover which seemed clean. Also, someone left a jacket there that was never picked up. But overall you get good value for your money (except for the internet, that never worked even though I tried more than one access point, wired cable etc).

Subway location was great - only a block away from one of the exits. A varied breakfast was included and good.

This place needs an update - carpets looked dirty and the elevator was unnecessarily bumpy. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend the Andel on weekends. The tile-covered halls and staircase mean that you will hear late night revellers coming in on the ground floor, even if you're on the 4th floor. Sound reverberates like a lotto ball in the hopper.

Too Small room the bed is taking the whole space ,

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom was clean and mid-luxury.

Wifi hadn't opened the log-in page when you connected to the hotspot-1.

Bedrooms were very comfortable and clean

shower was luke warm everytime we used it and never warm.

I would have given all goods and excellents except the ac was broken and it was hot hot hot in my room.

Terrible hotel, never come back and never suggest to anybody, please change the carpet in the room, its older then the city.
