Spacious room accomodating a 5 member family and all in all a good experience

. No safe with lock to keep belongings. Too many hotels called Andel so took some time to find the right hotel!

Very nice staff. Even though the parking space (for 4 cars) was full when I arrived, they let me park on the street before the main entrance without problems. Big room with double bed, nice bathroom with bathtub, quiet room to the back, minibar, TV, very clean. Tube station very near, the centre is not far away. For 29€ it was more than great, I would recommend!

A little hard to find. The elevator is old and slow and scary. Everything else was great.

Location and price were great. Very close to Andel Metro. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. They speak fluent english, so we had no issues. Breakfast was good compared to some other places we've been to. No smell of smoke in the room either so that's a plus for us.

It was a like a centre and beautiful area....

The Andel hotel was hands down the worst part of my experience in Prague. It was very unfortunate that I was given a room on the first floor. From my bed, I could hear perfectly all the traffic of people coming in and out of the hotel, breakfast conversations of other guests and the receptionist handling phone calls. Naturally it was impossible to sleep, and when I asked the receptionist to change rooms, she said she could not help me and dismissed me without apology or sympathy. To add to the misery, there was no Wifi access in the room (even though it was promised in the booking) and the only window in room faced a brick wall one meter away. However, the truly worst part of the whole experience was the receptionist's indifference to the situation. She refused to let me talk to a manager (she claimed he/she was away and could not be reached) and made zero effort to show any care. A real shame given that everyone else I met in Prague was quite friendly. If the above has not been enough to turn you off of this hotel, I will also add that the location is far away from the main tourist sites and a good 15 minute walk to the nearest public transport (Andel metro/trams). Given that there are so many great hotels in this price range that are closer to the old city, there is no reason to ever think about staying at this hotel.

The staff of the reception was very kind. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is two minutes far from the underground.

heating floor in bathroom, excellent staff, good location, quiet, wi-fi and satellite tv for free in the room, breakfast was very good, even tho was every day the same but nice

our room was very small, we stayed there two of us plus dog, and i think it was the smallest room i have ever seen. There is only one lift which is the slowest lift on the world :-)little bit noisy caused by chambermaids

location of the hotel is great, Andel metro station is 2-min walk from the hotel. Price included breakfast and was a great deal. Rooms are simple but clean and good.

Temperature regulation in room did not work, too hot. Breakfast could be more varied, but for the price fair enough

I liked breakfast

We got too small room for two people with big luggage (we were there just for one night, next day we continue on our way to Dubai). The whole room was occupied by double bed.
