Andel  

I liked the value for money. Andel delivers what it promises: good honest accomodation at a good price. The staff are helpful and the breakfasts were very good too.

I would like to see ceiling fans fitted in the rooms that do not have airconditioning for the warmer weather, to help circulate the air in the rooms.

The hotel was reasonably close to the Andel metro station, staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had a decent size and was quiet.

The hotel is old and while the bathroom has been updated, the rest of the room is faded, towels and sheets seem well worn and the place could use new carpet and paint. There's no safe. Directions on the website from the Andel metro station are really confusing. The hotel is overpriced and not good value for money.

The staff of the reception was very kind. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is two minutes far from the underground.

The staffs in this hotel are helpful, they gave us a lot of advice for our trip, and the price of this hotel is quite cheap, it is not far away from the metro station, about 3 minutes' walk.

There was something wrong with the light in our room, and we told the staff in this hotel to fix it as soon as possible, but the light was still broken when we checked out. And we also found there were some ants in the bathroom.

The Receptionist was really helpfull and very pleasant person.The location is good,approx.300 M by foot you could reach a big shoping mall and about 5 min walking to the metro station then 3 stops is city center.The price is valuable.Also the breakfast is quite good,many choices despite of the price and 3 stars hotel :-)

Only 2 things made our stay was unpleasant.The door is too tiny,so then we could hear every step from outside.The time we stay,our neighbour from the next doors were so noisy till 3 A.m,so basically we couldn't sleep during the night.And the room was really smelly,so then after my check in,immediately I went to the shoping center to buy room fragrance.To make our room more comfy.But otherwise,nothing to complain.

The size of the room it was very small it barely had enough space to stand next to teh double bed. It was not suitable for longer stay.

The Andel hotel was hands down the worst part of my experience in Prague. It was very unfortunate that I was given a room on the first floor. From my bed, I could hear perfectly all the traffic of people coming in and out of the hotel, breakfast conversations of other guests and the receptionist handling phone calls. Naturally it was impossible to sleep, and when I asked the receptionist to change rooms, she said she could not help me and dismissed me without apology or sympathy. To add to the misery, there was no Wifi access in the room (even though it was promised in the booking) and the only window in room faced a brick wall one meter away. However, the truly worst part of the whole experience was the receptionist's indifference to the situation. She refused to let me talk to a manager (she claimed he/she was away and could not be reached) and made zero effort to show any care. A real shame given that everyone else I met in Prague was quite friendly. If the above has not been enough to turn you off of this hotel, I will also add that the location is far away from the main tourist sites and a good 15 minute walk to the nearest public transport (Andel metro/trams). Given that there are so many great hotels in this price range that are closer to the old city, there is no reason to ever think about staying at this hotel.
