Friendly staff, nice bathroom, quality mattress, good breakfast selection, pickup service at airport, location near shopping center and removed from noisy city center yet only a 7-8 minutes tram ride to center Hooks for towels close to sink, shower and bathtub. There was a hinge on the glass door on the piece of furniture where the television was placed that needed fixing. There wasn't even a small table in the room. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in an ideal location for catching the famous Prague trams (only 5 minutes to most of the sights). Breakfast was also very good indeed and the staff were efficient and friendly. We were kindly given a room upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Only one very minor thing in that theTV was very old fashioned. |

I think Andel's hotel is the best confortable hotel in Prague in my experience. It's really convenient location and has modern facilities and cleanly room. And the price is very reasonable. |

The location is excellent: plenty of good (and cheap) places to eat/drink. 100m from tram connections into the centre(10mins) and less than five minutes walk to the metro. Staff very helpful and happy to speak English (compare France!).Would certainly stay here again. I can think of nothing to dislike. |

The hotel is at excellent location, and from it there is very good public transport connection to explore the city. The hotel is clean, the rooms well furnished (maybe a bit more storing place would be even more comfortable) the breakfast is lavish and very good. the parking fee for the car seems to be a bit too expensive |

Beautiful Hotel only a few minutes by Tram to all the Tourist attractions also has a multi-storey shopping centre one block away.I Honestly could not find a fault with this hotel. All the staff had english and were very polite also the breakfast had a wide variety of food. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

Very good breakfast buffet, good location just by tram stops and round the corner Metro stop, room enough for two people, nice bathroom design with separate shower and wc cubicles. Impressive shower water pressure. |

Rooms were very clean and well presented. Our room was serviced daily. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location. Hotel is near to a tram stop and takes 5-10 mins to get to the hustle and bustle. I would definately stay at this hotel again. Would have liked tea and coffe making facilities in the room. |

Clean, comfortable room,... good location and easy to move with tram (ask reception for tickets). Good, very good breakfast buffet. Staff pay a lot of attemption to our child, and they were change seats, cleaning table,... I would recomend some hotels to visit this hotel to learn about it. |
