The helpful staff and location, easy for local restaurants and pubs. A good selection of food for the breakfast buffet.
The room was large and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast room was attractive and there was a good assortment of food. Clean and quiet hotel. (I loved the heated towel rack.) Public transportation was nearby.
Good rooms Super staff Good breakfast Comfy beds Suit all types of travelers
Stairs to the reception so not good for guests with any disabilities
The hotel was ideal for our short stay in prauge! It was excellent value for money and have no complaints about the hotel at all. The staff on the reception desk were fatastic, they gave us accurate directions and information about traveling around the city. They pointed out all the local attractions and even if they did not know, they would research and find ofher attractions for us to visit. Perfect hotel for our stay and would definatly go again! Easy transport links from around the corner into the town and plenty of local bars and food.
Nothing to not like.
I still had to take the train to go to best toueit spots. But it eas not really far just 2 stations
Good location of the hotel almost in the citycenter of Prague near Metro and tram stations, in a very guiet street. Clean and stylish interior. Staff members were very nice to us. High standard breakfast with eggs, sausages, cheeses, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, milk, juice and many more. Beautiful dining room in heated (air-conditioned) glasshouse (and summer terrace) in backyard. We have visited some hotels around Europe before and we were very satisfied here in Anna hotel.
Friendly and kind staff. Clean spacious room. Great housekeeping. Great location. Close to metro (Namesti Miru) and tram. Great for exploring the city centre, Vinhorady and Zizkov. Another excellent stay! (If you like your peace & quiet, inquire about a room facing the courtyard.)
I loved the walk in round shower!
Lift seemed awkward
Hotel Anna fulfilled all of our needs as first-time visitors to Prague. The staff was helpful and friendly, even when there was a small issue with our booking. The breakfast was filling with a lot of options. It was well-located within easy walking distance of most major sights. We will certainly return to this hotel when we come back to Prague. Great value for the money!
Liked everything. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Only about 5 mins walk to main metro stn. Excellent value for money.
Quiet location within walking distance of main attractions. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Nice light, spacious room. good breakfast. within walking distance of the railway station and city centre (if you're fit). We will return.
Walking up the hill to get there!
I loved the breakfast! It was delicious and well stocked. Staff was super helpful in giving us directions and advice. Room was clean and comfy. Super close to metro. We loved it!
nice room, friendly staff
The staff were all very alert, pleasant, and smart, and their English was excellent. They gave me champagne and chocolates for my birthday! The room was well laid out, and the ceilings were very high. The temperature of the room was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet as a tomb.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Good location.
If you travel by car, the hotel is in the blue zone which means parking only for residents and hotel hasn't got any allocated space. I had to pay 300 CZK for a car park space which I couldn't find. Reception closed after midnight.
very quiet neighborhood, restaurants nearby, extremely helpful staff, good breakfast, staff gave us great suggestions for places to eat in the neighborhood, convenient to the metro. We loved that we could walk down hill to the old town square and Saint Wenceslaus Square in the morning and then take the metro back in the evening. This was a great family run hotel!
Nothing not to like.
I particularly liked the location of the hotel and also the peace and quietness of the room
I didn't particularly like the bed as it was a bit uncomfortable; also there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
The hotel was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. Our towels were changed each day The staff were very welcoming, A perfect location for a 4 night trip to this beautiful city of Prague.
Spacious room. Quiet room in quiet area. Could open a window at night. No noise. Very big bathroom with walk in shower which was good. Good beds, ample storage space and wardrobe space. Nice, light, modern furniture. Breakfast in the light conservatory.
Would have liked to be in the centre. But connections were excellent. And would have liked an electric kettle or coffee machine in the room.
The hotel is in a good location in Praha (Prague), a little away from the madness of Old Town, yet a nice walk or a short Metro/Tram ride from all the action and the sights. It appears to have undergone a recent renovation so guests get a "new hotel" feel e.g. bathroom fittings, etc. The breakfast while not lavish, is quite adequate. The facilities overall are quite good, and comfort level while more than acceptable will only get better once the process of changing out the mattresses is completed. However, what really sets this hotel apart from others is the quality of the staff, especially Matya's, Adela and Jana at the Reception desk, who make it a point to give you the best directions and helpful suggestions to make your day in the city a memorable one. With them, you will never get the feel that they are simply staff doing their jobs at a small hotel, often working long hours in the process. Instead, you will come to view them as hosts in an otherwise unfamiliar place who take great pride in introducing their hometown to you and who make sure you leave wanting to come back!
Very helpful staff, nice room, tasty and varied breakfast in a pleasant solarium. There is a little gem of a music club next door. We heard the singing the first night. We visited the next evening for a drink and a wonderful, intimate performance by the proprietor: one of our most memorable experiences of a 3 week European tour.
A fan would have been helpful: the room was warm and the patrons of the bars on the block were very noisy with the windows open.
19 EUR for late-check out after 10 am!
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Great location too.
The breakfast wasn't very exciting and it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room.
