Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 2 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με την πρώτη νύχτα.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
1 επιπλέον παιδί κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται EUR 15,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται. Χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.

love the kitchen. wish more hotels had even modest cooking facilities because it really saves on food. Also love the big clean bathroom. It was the best I had in 3 weeks in Europe, including private residences. Was really hard to find. We got off the underground station and knew it was within a few blocks, but it took an hour to find it. I guess it's a new street name and not well marked because we asked many locals for directions who didn't know it. |

Great located in the Prague 5 area. Nearby shoppingcenter, transportation and restaurants with really good food and service! Also close to the river, just 10 minutes to walk. The apartment had a good size, and was fully equipped with the things you need. A huge plus for a lot of towels! It was not so clean there. The floors were very dirty and there were a spiderweb in the livingroom. But that's the only neagtive thing we can say about it after our time there:o) |

Excellent place. Brand new apartment and building in very quiet zone. Close to the metro station,big shopping center and typical czech restaurants. Worth every cent! there was not wi-fi signal, only a modem connection of internet |

location was ideal, staff very helpfull, very secure indeed, close to all sights, bars ect, metro 2 mins away.....just a great place to stay and i will ret soon. no english tv chanells at all, but i did not go to prague to watch tv, so those that moan, get real... |

Big Apartment and Big Rooms.... Lcd tv in the main room... Good kitchen and nice balcony on the internal court! Pretty far from the centre but the Metro station is just back the corner! Only the woman at the reception is quite rude! She has not give us any information about Metro, Center and neither a map! But the Apartment is lovely! |

Close to a major mall (Novy Smichov) and tesco is open until 12 midnight on weekdays. I think 10 pm on weekends. Close to trams and subway (Andel stop) that takes you directly to the city (No. 14) or the castle (No.20) A bit hard to find at first. Karla Eglise is a tree lined pedestrian zone. From Andel stn, exit towards the back of the car, walk to your right to the corner then turn right, walk 2 blocks. You're there. Also the floor was dirty, bring slippers. Bring soap and shampoos. |

The location of hotel was perfect close to shops, and public transport. reception staff were very polite and quite helpful. The y need to use a broom to sweep the floor as you can feel the dirt on your feet without your shoes. I had to clean up afterwards as this was getting onmy nerves. The kitchen stuff very basic could do with mugs and not those tiny cups provided. it would nice if the hotel made it clear that once you forget the key in the door then you will be charge 1200 crown to have the door open. Once you shut the door it locks and if you have left the keys in the door then you will get charged to open the door. it was a hard lesson |

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. The apartment is close to metro, tram and buses. The shopping center is very close. Microwave oven cannot be used a conventional oven. No intructions on how to operate the oven. |

Very large spacious clean apartment. Quiet area but close to public transport. Close to all necessary amenities and still only about a 7min tram ride to centre of Prague. Awesome |

It was totally new flat and clean. Locality was better than it looks at the map. Even I got there late, staff lady was very kind. By car was hard to find because it's new small street and there isn't in navigation system. Better to be explained better. And flat was for 4 people but prepared pot was too small. |

Very well placet, close to public transport, comfortable, quite. The hotel staff very friendly. The kitchen could be more equiped like: dipper, one knife more, hand-brush and paddleboard. In the bathroom could be pail and mop for exidental cleaning. |

The apartment was modern with good security. Close proximaty to supermarket, Metro and shopping complex. Short bus ride to old town we even walked the 2klm to Charles bridge quite easily. The kitchen was basically equipped but most servicable |

General environment, with comfort provided by good furnitures, in a simple but pratical materials for a day to day usage. Location is ok, if you think that in 15-20 minutes you can be at city center (tourist center). The place is very calm without noise, which is great i you just want to relax. |
