Pleasant, central location with a good number of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links nearby. Overall, a very spacious and comfortable apartment. No wireless internet access in the apartments - dial up is available in some of the flats but must be specified in advance. There are, however, plenty of internet cafe's nearby. Missing a few final touches in the kitchen, wine glasses for example. |

The apartment was lovely and the staff very helpful. The apartment was 2 mins away from a large shopping centre with a Tesco(!) and the metro and trams were on your doorstep. Counldn't have been better for a family with young childrem. |

Great location. Comfortable, contemporary apartment. Rate was quoted in Euros -- then an unfavorable and unofficial exchange rate was applied. Also, no wireless internet. |

They claimed to have parking places at the hotel. This was not the case although we wrote and booked one at the same time as we booked the room. |

Very spacious and clean. Quite well secured was a peace of mind too. Air Conditioning was not functioning properly and there were no instructions how to operate this. There was also a lack of information about the breakfasts availability, room cleaniless, clean towels provision. |

excelent apartment, great location, shopping centre nearby as are the trams and underground. cant go far wrong with these rooms Takes a bit of finding (not on maps or sat nav). No air con in rooms |

Close to the city and shopping. Maid service wasn't very good. Floors were dusty, toilet paper not restocked, extra pillow removed without consultation. Customer service / friendliness could also improve!! |

Near metro and tram lines. Near supermarket and shopping center. The apartment was clean every day. Full equipped kitchen. A nearest parking, 8 minutes walking, but in the rain and cold... (there are other parkings near the apartment, but it is more expensives). Suggestion: to do an agreement with another parking. |
