Rooms very comfortable and spacious, best customer service I have seen in Central Europe in 5 years of regular business travel.

The receptionist showed us a warm welcome. We can choose breakfast on arrival. The 5-person apartment is very spacious and clean. It is suitable for friends and family. It is great value for money!!

Huge Superior room with nice decoration, comfortable bed, ipod dock and strong wi-fi.

Tram noise from the street. Breakfast quality can be improved. Parking should be free.

Spacious, well equipped rooms, furnished to a very high standard. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The extensive choices offered for breakfast should cover all tastes & was of very good quality. Ideally located for the central square & all transport to surrouning areas. We're already looking at booking the same hotel for next year - couldn't be happier!

Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. Apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is very good too. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and those who has a plan to visit Brno.

Very spacious room with kitchinette and sofa. 4 m high ceelings. Cot bed with bedding and extra towels provided. Also very nice were dressing gowns and slippers provided. We stayed there for one night on the way for holidays in Croatia (stop over from Poland to Croatia). Selection of children breakfasts and child seat.

Location. It was quite close to the center - about 10 minute walk but located on not so nice street.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very kind

Very friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms/apartments. Parking is available but not very cheap. Good wifi connection. Breakfast is not the regular hotel continental breakfast but you can choose from different types of breakfast the night before and is of good quality.

Maybe the only slight downside is the location. It is on walking distance from the center and with two tram stops you are at the central station but the street itself is not really upscale so I could imagine that some people would prefer to take the tram or taxi at night instead of walking. Rooms at the street side suffer from the noise from the trams passing by.

Die Straßenbahn direkt vor den Fenstern hat einen höllen Lärm gemacht, ebenso die Transporter.

La habitación asignada, la 107 es según comentario de la recepcionista, la mejor; no sé como son las demás, pero ésta es la que aparece en el folleto publicitario del Hotel. La habitación es totalmente abierta, es decir: abres la puerta de acceso y vés una sala de aprox. 70 m2 mínimo, donde está una cocinita, una cama de 2,4 x 2 metros una mesa con 4 sillas, otra mesa para ordenador, otra mesa para la TV. Los techos decorados de la época tienen unos 5 metros de altura. 3 ventanales amplísimos, una estufa de cerámica de época a modo de decoración en una esquina. Un gran sofá forrado con buena piel te permite ver la TV, aunque lo intenté no supe reprogramar el aparato ya que no sintonizaba ningún canal, ni checos ni otros. Lo dejé correr, no era necesario. Aparte está el baño, de 28 m2 , dos lavabos (muy pequeños a mi modo de ver) una ducha ámplia y una bañera enorme, aparte del WC y el bidé. Dispones de albornoz, zapatillas de baño, y diversos jabones. Tienes plaza de párking dentro del recinto, pagando 10,-€/dia.

El entorno del barrio donde está situado el hotel es bastante mediócre y no se corresponde con precio pagado de 140,-€/noche. El desayuno incluido en el precio hay que pedirlo el dia anterior ya que el buffet libre tiene un suplemento de 15,-€/persona, lo cual me parece fuera de lugar y muy exagerado dado el precio que se paga por la habitación. El baño, aunque muy ámplio dispone de dos lavabos peñísimos y no te puedes lavar la cara sin darte un golpe en el grifo o salpicar el suelo. No dispone de espejo de aumento (ese redondito sujeto a la pared) y que yo uso siempre para afeitarme o mi mujer para darse algo de maquillaje. La iluminación del espejo de los lavabos en muy pobre. Falta iluminación para leer y en la mesa para trabajar con el ordenador tampoco hay una lámpara ya que con la iluminiación general, con los techos de 5 metros de alto, no es suficiente para leer. Tener que pagar 10,-€/noche por el párking me parece una miseria por parte del Hotel no es un servicio al cliente que paga 140,-€ por noche de estancia. No recomendaría este hotel ya que encuentro que el precio por noche es demasiado alto, independientemente de que la habitación sea enorme, demasiado grande incluso. Aparte añadir 10,-€/noche de párking más 15,-€/persona de desayuno. Si sumas todo te sale más caro que en el mejor Parador de Turismo de España. Nosotros estuvimos 5 dias como base de salida para hacer todas las excursiones posibles por la región de Moravia que fué muy acertado, pero Brno como ciudad tiene poquísimo que ver; los alrededores sí vale la pena visitarlos.

Dachfenster haben keine Jalousien, es gibt keine Klimaanlage und in der Nacht ist es dementsprechend heiß. Da die Straßenbahn direkt am Haus vorbeifährt, ist es auch unmöglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Insgesamt ziemlich laut

Der Lärm von der Straße (Straßenbahn und Autos) machen ein Schlafen bei geöffneten Fenstern (Sommer, keine Klimaanlage vorhanden!) nicht möglich! Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern dringt der Lärm der Straßenbahn nach innen. Schade!

Tolles Hotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war schon öfters in diesem Hotel und mir gefällt die Atmosphäre jedes mal aufs Neue.

Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál.

V hotelu není restaurace. Pouze jeden TV program v českém jazyku.
