Nice hotel, reception 24/24h, internet with RJ45 and VPNs work! The private park is crazy: little and hard to access; public park only for paying. |

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect with metro station just 500 meters away.Just 2 stops and you are in the old city centre. Good breakfast. Clean and silent rooms. Private parking has very narrow gate to drive in. Can be tricky when you drive a big car. I even had to help a Chinese family to drive inside the parking lot. |

Nice hotel, helpfull staff, nice room with bath and shower, have small kichen that is quite usefull with all kitchen belongings - forks, spoons, plates, cups, pan, pot, microwave oven and kettle, large wardrobe, good breakfast in general, have public PC with free internet access. A lot of small shops and cafes in the area, close to subway (10-15 min. on foot) and tram stop behide the corner, no problems with hot water. juice served on breakfast was a bit strange, kettle in the room stinks of plastic when boiling water. Low sound isolation of the room - can hear neighbours taking bath or shower, but wasn't disturbing during the night. |

Huge spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Beds were SO comfortable! Very clean, and the hotel was located only block or two away from the metro station. The tram is right outside too. Breakfast was a little limited (cold ham, cheese, bread) and no hot food except hotdogs(?) |

Very helpful reception willing to give tourist information and maps.. Spacious room and the quiet location of the Hotel. Several good cheap bars and restaurants nearby. Very green leafy surroundings. Free use of computer with internet access in the breakfast room was very useful for checking in online for our return flight. Spacious bathroom with good shower and separate corner bath - plenty of hot water. Our stay was during a heatwave and the room could have done with a ceiling fan. Breakfast very repetitive, but adequate. Orange juice was poor - was diluted orange squash and bread/bread rolls not very fresh. |

Good sized rooms. Refused to refund after they double booked one of our rooms. We were forced to cram into the remaining rooms. |

Apartment was spacious, well located for tram or walking, had friendly helpful staff and was near good priced eateries The TV had a huge number of channels and no indication of where known channels were - trawling through the channels to find BBC World News necessitated encountering many dubious channels |

The staff were very accomodating and we stayed during the Iceland disaster, they did everything to extend our stay and keep our room for an extra 4 nights and help us with travel arrangements home. Cannot complain about anything |

The rooms were really large, they also had a full bath and kitchenette. The breakfast was also very good - the same each day but plenty of everything. The hotel staff weren't very knowledgable when it came to asking about trains, local restaurants, etc. They do give you a map of the city and a few leaflets of companies offering trips when you arrive at the hotel but don't seem to know much else about the surroundings. The orange juice at breakfast was also awful. |

Polite staff, a very comfortable clean bed and a large room with an excellent bathroom. After a day sight seeing it was great to come back to a warm welcoming room. It has easy access to the trams and although the main road was only a few yards up from the hotel I could hardy hear any noise and slept soundly in a very comfortable bed. I just wonder what trivial things some people seem to complain about. |

I liked very much the comfort and cleanliness. As well the situation more or less in the middle of Prague and easy access to the transport. It was quiet and still all sort of shops were just around the corner. That also includes places to eat or entertain. I cannot think of anything. Here in England I will tell everyone who wants to go to Prague, that is just the place to stay, if you are on a budget. So easily to reach, when one arrives at the airport. The only thing was at breakfast time, sometimes this or that was short. But I managed. |

For the 27 EUR we paid for a double room with breakfast, this is an amazingly good deal in Prague. The staff was nice, the room spacious and the breakfast satisfying. The coffee wasn't the best and the toaster at breakfast was a little veteran but again, for this price I didn't really care. |

The room was extremely clean and the decoration was modern. It was located just outside the Old Town, easily reached by tram and metro. The hotel staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast served was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying at Apart Hotel Susa, and we will be returning in the future. |

Very friendly staff. The room was a bit austere, but clean and spacious. Bathroom was also big and very clean. I did not expect it to be that good, to be honest. It seems the beds were made, but the sheets not changed. The curtains were too small to cover the complete window, so some light came in the room, but nothing unbearable. Very thin walls, so I could hear the neighbor's TV and conversations in the morning and at night. A coffee machine in the room, since it has a kitchen, would have been nice. Wifi, too. |

Hotel was cosy and intimate, room was spacious and clean and as we went in February it was very cold but the heating was constantly on which we really appreciated! Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. Generally the hotel had a lovely homely feel to it not like the larger main stream hotels such as the Radisson and Ambassador which are more industrial. The staff were always friendly especially the two young guys working there-didn't get their names though! And their english was very good also. The area where the hotel is situated is lovely and quiet with a 24 hour supermarket/pharmacy just 2 mins walk and the nearest metro is just 5 mins walk which will take you to Wencelas Square in just one stop. A few things were broken when we arrived to our room; the door handle, the sliding shower door had come off the hinges along the bottom and the venetian blind was broke which meant we had light coming in the whole time. Also as we were on the top floor there was a constant smell of damp coming up through the sink and bath in the bathroom. These were only minor issues compared to the enjoyment of our stay though and the staff offered to switch us to another room on our 2nd day there. |
