Very friendly staff, simple but large rooms with kitchen, well heated (it was winter), quiet area, free internet acces in the lobby, very close to tram (2min walking) and underground (7min walking), as we like walking we even never used public transports during the whole week (20min walking to Wenceslas Square). Very interesting rate as we came off season. I would really recommend this hotel if you are not looking for luxury but for a place where to feel almost like home! No hairdryer in the room (but we could get one from the reception)

The staff was friendly and helpful and the price was ok! Free internet. Tram stop only 1 minute walk (direct line to the old city) We rented an apartment. We were a company of five and there was no space to move in the room! The beds were uncomfortable and small. No shades on the windows. The quality of the products for breakfast was very poor. It's a good thing that you can park your car but the parking lot is very narrow and you must be very careful not to damage your car

Hotel staff were wonderful! They assisted us with information on the city and arranging tours. Private parking was great .... very narrow entrance, but secure parking. Not many spaces so need to reserve in advance. Room was comfortable. Location perfect. 2 minute walk to tram, about 5 minute walk to metro. Absolutely recommend this htoel.

The hotel is central, and if you want to do some cooking as I do, there are so many shops and such a selection. It is also close to all sort of transports, trams or underground or buses. The reception staff is friendly and helpful if you need any information about sights or trips. I stayed there already three times, and when I want to Prague again, I first try to get accommodation in Apart Hotel Susa. Karlheinz Franke The toaster in the breakfast area needs replacing with a working one.

We found all of the staff very friendly and helpful; our room was very clean, spacious and had a very high standard of modern decor. The hotel was also well positioned near to a tram stop.

The hotel was in a nice location, guard-gated and secure. Just around the corner from a tram station and a 5-minute walk from the metro. The room was sizable and clean. Personnel was friendly. In a word, good value for money. Would certainly stay there again.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The room had a kitchenette, a fridge, TV, both bathtub and shower. The wonderful cleaning ladies kept it immaculate clean. The staff was really friendly and nice. Susa is situated in the lovely neighborhood Vinohrady, only 10 minutes walk from downtown. The place feels secure because the front door can only be opened by the staff 24 hours a day. I strongly recommend Aparthotel Susa. No safe in the room. No real orange juice for breakfast. Not very interesting channels on TV.

Calm, a lot of space in the apartment, comfort of the beds and very nice service at the reception. The parking lot of the hotel. Even if we can park there, it is so narrow that there is a high risk to bump into the other cars when parking or getting out of the parking lot. Also a very narrow entrance, not suitable for big cars.

I liked the location - everything is close, but no crowds of tourists, both in the center. Pretty, pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast for our tastes are quite varied and full, all delicious, thank you. Living room is large, comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom is large and has a bath and shower, someone like that Towels changed one day and one day they lay down and dirty hung back, even one that was on the floor. In addition, 90% were towels with holes and stained - they long ago should have been written off. Arriving at the hotel around 16 o'clock, we saw that the floor had just cleaned up, with traces of dirty water could be seen until the next harvest. Not very convenient for both guests and staff for the gate to the territory should be opened for each inlet and outlet. Self-sufficient to get to the hotel guests may not. Finally, after we had left was the second time written off by credit card money for accommodation, which has still not returned

The staff were always helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the tv and would perhaps a simple instruction of how to operate the tv prove beneficial ??? I found the room spacious the only other comment I would say is that the room at times was noisy due to people walking around with shoes on probably you wont be able to do anything about it but something you should be aware of On the 22 bus route and tram stopping at the top of the road

The apart is located in the center of the city very close to the metro and tram station. Easy access to all touristic attractions. The apart was very spacious and clean and the services great. We had the apart cleaned every day by the personnel. The reception was opened 24h a day and the people there were very nice and willing to help. It was a very pleasant stay and a very good price/quality ratio. The parking was very good and safe, in the interior court of the hotel. We recommend this place.

Extremely large rooms with all that you need in kitchen. Very good location, the hotel is in praga 2, you can go in the center of the town walking - for 10 minutes. The entrance is very tiny, you can damage your car easily ,if is big! also no wlan!

“We were upgraded to Residence Tynska, literally one block off Old Town Square. The location was amazing. Right in the heart of the old city. The residence was clean and very charming. Eva, who checked us in, was so kind and accommodating and was a great source of information. Although we only stayed 3 nights, you could easily stay a month in the apartment. It was clean and safe and had a cute little balcony. We loved it!” Lisa, Rotterdam |

“I would have been crazy not to stay here.I was told Prague is a 'must see' and they were so right. I chose this hotel blind with no prior knowledge of Prague. Amigo is very good value, it's spotless, well appointed (the bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom in my Paris Hotel) breakfast is excellent and the staff are wonderful - friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed the 10 minute walk to and from Wenceslas Square. It was recently refurbished and the sensible thing by management was to ensure staff were trained to an optimum level. Amigo and staff capped off a fabulous stay.” Evangelos, Helensvale |
