Emporio Prague Apartments  

We have stayed in January, and everything was nice. The location is ideal,near centre, and Palladium shopping centre is near. Location is pretty quiet.There is Albert supermarket with everything you might need, at a good price. The apartments are spacios and well equiped, with cute kitchenette . The beds are confortable, spacious. We had lcd tv with satelite chanels. The stuff was helpful (within working hours 9-20). Hint:We found parking place for 950CZK(aprox 45e) for 10 days, it is located near Florenc bus station

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was far enough out of the Old Town not to be distracted by noise and not too far that you couldn't walk it in 10 minutes if that. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and everything was as it should be. The apartment had two separate bedrooms & 2 toilets and also had a separate lounge/kithenette. Upon arrival, we had a present of 4 beers and some local wafer type biscuit which I thought was an excellent touch.

If there was a downside, it had to be that building was too hot. The central heating was super efficient and it meant that it was difficult to sleep at night. The shower was temperamental and the water was fluctuating in temperature. If you touched it ever do gently, it completely changed the temperature and so it became a mission to get it right. For anybody visiting from the UK, pay in Euro as it is cash only. Booking. Com states local currency and so if you change from GBP to CZK you will get caught on the exchange. Consequently, if you have already changed to CZK, the hotel will use the Euro to CZK exchange rate which in effect means that you have exchanged GBP to Euro to CZK which inflates the price.

Work time of reception is short

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent sized apartment. Location is very central. Just 5 minutes walk from the astronomical clock, which is the touristic centre of Prague. Very close to many bars if you're up for a drink or partying in the evenings.

Kitchen is basically in a wardrobe, and has a camping spec gas cooker. Don't expect an actual kitchen with countertop.

Everything was perfect. Tea/coffee and gifts in the room on arrival. Staff excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. We requested a second key which they did not have but went and got one cut within 20 minutes. Facilities in the room were perfect too. Would definately recommend to stay and infact have booked again for family. Location and price great too.

Really nice apartments. I booked a two bedroom apartment and it was much bigger than what I expected. Two good sized rooms, large living/dining/kitchen area. One and a half bathrooms. Everything looks very modern, well kept and clean (dont be fooled by the outside, everything inside has been nicely renovated). The staff at reception is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is also great...a 5-7min walk to the old town square and about 15min walk to the Charles Bridge to cross into the Castle District (check out the very good argentinean restaurant -La Casa Argentina- in Dlouha street, 200 metres away...best meal we had in our eastern europe stay).

Only thing I can think of is that traveling with younger kids, and thus spending some rest time in the apartment, the tv system was pretty bad. And the wifi signal was spotty up in the 5th floor.

Firstly, where was this hotel ubicated. The personal was fantastic with us, excellent room and the prize was great.

Empoio is an absolute must if your looking for a place to stay near the center of Prague (5 mins walk to Old Town Square). By far the best hotel/apartment I've ever booked in terms of price, location, room size and cleanliness, and the friendliness of their staff. Trust me it is the place to stay in Prague.

Everything`s all right. I was very happy to live at the apartment. There are good location, good price, comfortable at the hotel. They`ve got a very good stuff. I`m quite happy.
