プラハ城にも市内観光にも便利な場所で快適でした。

レセプションまで階段を上がらなくてはならず、最上階にもリフトをおりてまた階段があること。レセプション- スタッフはフレンドリーな人とそうでない人の差が激しい。朝食は８時karaなのに時に行ってもコーヒーは- ぬるいし、トースターのスイッチは入っていないしでちょっとがっかりでした。

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and liked it very much. Very good location - Prague Castle is near by, metro station - 100 meters, but we haven't used it because it takes only 12-15 minutes walk to the centre. We had a big room and breakfast was good as well. We cam recomment you to visit The Mozart cafee in The Grand hotel. They offer a wonderful dinner with Mozart concert. It was really nice, and location of the cafee is also very nice - at the very centre, with the Astronomical clock view!

I think that the bathroom was a little bit akward. There were 3 steps leading to the bath, no handles, so you have to be very careful. And then there were no curtains, so it was very difficult to manage with water. But maybe it was only in our room. I think that this hotel is a really nice place to stay in Prague and I will definately will stay there again if come to Prague.

Perfect location, easy to access any interesting places because of the transportation junction (trams/subway train) are in front of the door. Free Wifi is perfect. Breakfast is absolutely perfected and served you by freshly cook. Front staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Be careful! slipping in bathroom between getting off the bath tube step may happen.

This hotel justify our hopes.

Our breakfast is very simple, not enough froot, good coffe and it has not curd.

Very attracive building, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly; rooms delightful and spacious with all you could want; the hotel was very well located for access to public transport or walking exploration of Prague

At the time of our visit the restaurant/bar was not open.

I loved the building and the classy rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located: walking distance to major sightseeing and next to main public transportation (tram, metro). The Double room we had on the first floor was large and nicely decorated, with "antique-style" furniture. The bed was very comfortable (memory-foam mattress). The windows were soundproof, so no noise came from outside. The bathroom is very large. All was very clean and well-kept. The reception was helpful as needed.

The flat-screen TV is installed on the "wrong" wall, so you can hardly see it from the bed. The curtains are thin, which can be a trouble in summer mornings for people who can't sleep with light from outside. The breakfast was basic.
